I've experienced the same issues as everybody else.....company does not respond to contact requests and even though they state "free and easy returns", that is simply a lie. My wife bought me two knee supports for Christmas that were too small. We immediately attempted to contact them to set up a return/exchange, but it took over 6 weeks to get any response to our phone calls and EMAILs and by that time, we were outside of the return/exchange period!!! They agreed to "make an exception" this one time if we paid shipping both ways - so I agreed and followed their instructions to the letter. Now they've kept the returned items AND HAVE NOT SENT REPLACEMENTS!!! People like this should not be allowed to remain in business.

The website cover page states “Free Shipping and Free Returns”. But the hidden fine print states they only return for store credit. Also, “free return” means no restock fee, not free return shipping. This is so misleading! To top it off, their products are of extremely poor quality and not true to size. Don’t even get me started on customer service because there is practically none. They don’t answer phone calls and take days to answer emails. My advice to anyone reading this is to take your hard earned money elsewhere.

I ordered a back brace for medical issues to stabilitypro . Unfortunately, after placing my order, I realized this was a fraud. Within 5 minutes of placing my order, upon realizing this company was fraudulent, I requested a cancellation. I never received a reply via email, chat, or phone call, After a day they sent an email notifying me my item shipped (though when I try to track order, it says the tracking g number isn't legit), This company refuses to contact me though I've sent several emails begging for them to. Nothing. My hard earned money they have taken. I still haven't received my item, and all reviews says the items (if received) are either not as described or very very cheaply made.

This is not a company. It's a fraud. They use addresses of buildings that are for sale. They use shell programs to send fake email and chat versing. If you watch their site, you will see name after name pop up as having just purchased an item. All fake. No response from support. No return email. No live chat. All fake. I give them 1 star because there is nothing lower by which to rate them.

I wish I would have checked the Revdex.com first. I can't believe I just wasted $60 on garbage. Doesn't even look like the advertised picture. How is it even legal to stay in business like this? What complete trash these items are. And to have a phone number that's just a recording? Makes no sense that they are still in business.

I purchased an item that was too small. I was told I could not refund, only exchange/store credit. I ordered 2 sizes up and it fit exactly like the original. There was nothing else I wanted from their website so now I'm stuck with this useless item. Their products are inaccurate, misleading and false advertisement. I will never order from this website again.

I bought a item that was not true to size. I tried to get a refund and they refused. I told them they did not have anything that would fit me and the still would not return my money. I would never had did business with them had I known they would not give refund. Buyer beware!!

I purchased a product that is misrepresented, all reviews on the products are obviously fake and after sending multiple emails to their customer service requesting return shipping and a refund I still have yet to receive any form of response.

I recently purchased this cheaply made product. I tried to ask for a refund via email since there is no customer service to call because the first items purchased was the wrong item initially. The lack of customer was despicable. When my daughter received her belt she mom this thing feels so cheap and there is no support. They emailed us back and told us who there is no refund because the product was purchased at a sale priced. I purchased the sweat belt which is so cheap it’s disgusting. At this point I’m just taking my lost and throwing the product in the garbage where it belongs. And I’m telling all my friends and family to never purchase anything from this company. Their product belongs in the dump.

This company is a total scam they will take your money and send you a discount code as if you really want to deal with them again the Revdex.com should put them off of the internet and out of business dealing with customers the way they do this is not and ethical way to conduct business and I would suggest that no one ever purchases anything from these people scam artists.

They are advertising a Veteran company. Yet this Vetrran bought into it, just to be ripped off! I want a refund for the poor quality items I purchased they portrayed to be great in every way. I paid for 2-3 day shipping received it over 10 days later when I emailed them
requesting a refund they had the audacity to offer me 20% off on my next purchase! Are you kidding me? I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!

I ordered a double strap compression waist trainer according to the measurements on the website. The last night I received it and it was too large and there was a bone/wire sticking out. I asked for a refund or exchange immediately. They replied this morning with because they dont know if I wore it or not and it was on sale or discounted, (which it seems to never sell for full price) I would not be granted with either a return or exchange. They did offer to send another one out at my expense. No thanks.

Customer service is non-existent. I -started- an online order, but purposefully did not finish as I had a measurement to take to assure proper fit per their sizing chart. I have an email to that effect from them, saying "Please sign back in to complete your order". I received a second email a few minutes later saying, "Thank you for your order" which I had -NOT- placed. I called their customer support line immediately to cancel the order, as well as emailing immediately - both times explaining the issue. I have, within the last 18 hours, received (2) emails. (1) stating my request to cancel was denied, which prompted several more emails and calls - all unanswered. The second email from them was saying my order had shipped, prompting yet another flurry of emails. I have pursued a formal dispute with my card through my bank. This company has NO avenue to speak to an actual person, and NO accountability for their COMPLETE LACK of a customer service presence. I see MANY Revdex.com complaints, and I only wish I had read them before -starting- to place an order. I hope everyone else does read these, and they avoid any contact with these scam artists.

No. 1. The website is very misleading on the website the first thing I read was easy returns/exchange. 2nd. The lumber support belt was ordered in a large it said fits 32-34. The item is not a large for an adult it’s more like a large for a child it did not fit my husband. I asked to return it and obtain a credit. They responded saying no refunds just a store credit or exchafor another item. Their sizing is very small why would I chance it with another item? This is not right and I really feel scammed. I am willing to return it for a refund.

I placed my order on Dec. 16, 2019. I ordered one knee brace, then after a pop-up window appeared offering 30% off if I ordered a second item, I decided to take advantage of that offer. So I ordered a second knee brace (same product), exactly the same size and price, for a total charge of approx. $60. However, I received and was billed for four knee braces. In other words, my order was doubled by Stability Pro. I called twice, left voicemails on the phone number supplied on the site, AND I sent several emails, the first of which was on 1/9/20. On 1/13/20, Kristine responded to my first email. She stated that I was not eligible for a refund because it was a sale product. Upon reviewing a few of the 147 complaints against this company in less than 2 years, this is a common refrain. I believe this is a scam. ALL of StabilityPros' products are "on sale." Their website states that they offer "free & easy returns" but that's not true. They haven't responded to my request for a "free return" label, and have stopped responding to my emails and won't return my call. I have not been refunded any money, even though I have returned the two extra knee braces to them.

THEY SUCK BIG TIME!! If your smart you'll shop else ware. Product TERRIBLE! Customer service the PITS!

I ordered a cervical neck brace for my husband who had 2 disks replaced in his neck. I ordered the LG/XL. They sent me a medium. I made them aware by email that they sent me the wrong size and sent a screenshot of my confirmation when I ordered it and it clearly says LG/XL. They then asked me to take a picture of what they sent me to verify that I received a medium instead of a LG/XL which I did. They respond to me that they sent me the correct brace. Again I sent both pictures and screenshots with my order #*** and they offered a store credit if I return the brace at my cost or send them the brace for them to inspect before they will send me another or I can just purchase a new one and they will give me 50% off. None of their options are feasible due to the time sensitivity of this needed brace. They will not call me. They will only communicate via email and I have proved them my phone number to contact me and I have called and was only able to leave a message. They will not acknowledge their error and they are wasting precious time that my husband does not have. I don't understand how this is my mistake or why they won't conveniently make it right and they have made it clear that they will not give me a refund only a store credit. How would a store credit benefit me. I do not wish to do business with them again. Their website says they do free and easy exchanges and returns yet I have not been given those options by a lady named Kristine who has been doing all of the responding for the company. I should not have to pay to ship this back to them when this is their mistake. I just want my money back because again they have wasted precious time. If you wish I can send you all of the email traffic that includes screenshots of the confirmation of my order with the size LG/XL and the screenshot of what they sent me.

The waist trainer is not what is is advertised to be. It is not the actual Kim Kardashian waist trainer it is an imitation . The waist trainer is poorly and cheaply made and does not give support. The StabilityPro website say, “easy returns and exchange” I did not encounter any problems in placing my order online purchase of two Kim Kardashian waist trainer with my debit card but after receiving the waist trainer a few days later I immediately called and a an email StabilityPro for a refund. It has been over a month and StabilityPro have not contacted me as yet in regards to receiving a refund.

I agree with the other unhappy customers. Company has low quality products and a horrible return policy. I don’t buy from businesses that do not offer your money back for an unsatisfied product. I got took on this one. Not happy and might be out of the monies spent for these items purchased. Product does not look like the pics on their site. Please, please DO NOT order from Stability Pro.
