My cheaply made product, that they sent me 2 of and charged me for both, which is not true to size is non returnable because their customer service department doesn’t exist.
55$ dollars that they stole from me since getting it back from them is not happening and because I’m unable to use their product, which results in stealing in my opinion, is a lot of money for me, a single mom of 3 kids who ordered a back brace because I bust my rear end to take care of my kids and now cannot even use it or get my money back to put towards Purchasing a real one from a reputable company.
This seems like an illegal practice of business but what so I know.

I ordered 2 sauna vets off of their website. 1 small black and 1 medium blue. After I purchased these items on their website, they charged me for 3 vests all together. I tried to contact them to remove one of the vests but I they never messaged me back. I tried to message them on *** messenger and through email. As I received the vests, they were all black. I did not order 3 vests, as I have no need for 3 of them.

I ordered shirt which was too small and they wouldn’t return it or refund my money. Stupidly I thought it was a different company (one that I like). I ordered their sauna suit in a larger size but it has no give and not meat to fit a tall person. I wish I had read reviews first. Shame on me. Stay away from them

If I can give this company no stars I would. I ordered a body shaper on February 11, 2019 which was suppose to take 5 to 6 days to arrive and it is now February 22, 2020 and I tracked my order and its been saying its in Arizona since February 12, 2020. I tried to contact customer service and the only info they got is a number to leave a voicemail or email and someone will get back to you within 24 hours. It has been over 3 days now.

Placed order on Feb 8th and have sent in multiple requests for status update. The company does not respond and item has not been delivered.

There back braces are WAY to small. They took forever to reply and refused to return my money. I agree this company should be shut down.

I have made several attempt too contact this business about the item I purchase, I’ve sent email, and I’ve called, a few times too let them know I wanted too exchange my item for much bigger size . But since I have been giving the run around I’d just prefer a refund and I’ll be done with the whole matter.

No Product was delivered...no refund issued,no way to contact them to resolve the issue. They will not respond to e mail or answer the phone. You can only leave a message. They will not contact you back. Basically stole my money.

They have not sent my package to ups for it to be delivered this didn’t happen the first time I ordered the same item

Order on line a product. The invoice showed two items when in fact I only ordered one. Trained to cancel transaction but couldn't speak with anyone at the number they provided. I email them but no response.

I ordered a shoulder brace for my daughter and received it soon after. It is too large and want to return it for a refund. The website states that it has easy returns and exchanges. I made the mistake of ordering without checking the Revdex.com site. I have contacted them via email, text and phone more than ten times with no response. All for $20. This site is a scam. I am going through my credit card to get the money refunded since I have purchase insurance.

Their products are poorly made I bought two waist trainers from them before and within a week they had started falling apart . I made a mistake thinking it was a different company and ordered another waist trainer and sauna vest from them and when I received them I realized that it was this company I tried to find out how to return the items to get a refund but they won’t return my emails .

This company is a scam. I ordered a waist trainer with back support and never received it. Customer service, as we know, is non-existent. I hope these people are prosecuted and fined.

I wish I had read the reviews BEFORE I dealt with this company.....I ordered Men's Belly Shaper ~2XL / Black and Men's High Waist Stomach Compression Briefs XXL / Black ..They sent me a WHITE BRIEFS....Per their website guidelines,, I send TWO (2) emails asking for instructions how to return everything ...NO REPLY, I called the customer support number ..No human , they direct you to send an e-mail to support at stabilitypro dot com...I sent TWO emails......No Reply to date ....

I wish I would have checked Revdex.com before using this company. I had trouble getting the correct size for back braces. They sent the wrong size. The first time this happened I took their offer to keep the wrong sized item (I gave it to my sister) and took the 50% discount code they offered for another item. That was a mistake. When the back brace arrived it was way to small for and XL. Their size chart claimed the waist would be 35-38 inches and it measured 31 inches. They offered the same deal as before when they sent the wrong size. I see a pattern here. Their return policy is not customer friendly by any means. They sold wrong sized items and want me to pay the shipping prices for returns or exchanges. I would not recommend using this company ever!

I wish I would have checked with Revdex.com before using StabilityPro. This company sends miss sized items and has a very poor return policy. Don't get ripped off. Try another site.

Wish I could give zero stars. My order has been in the same location for almost two weeks. I tried emailing twice with no response. This company should be shut down.

I DID NOT LIKE THE WAY THEIR COMPANY PRESENTS THE ABILITY TO GET A REFUND. AFTER YOU HAVE BOUGHT A PRODUCT YOU FIND OUT THAT IF THE ITEM IS ON SALE YOU CAN NOT GET A REFUND. NOT BEING ABLE TO TRY ON THE PRODUCTS YOU END UP WITH ITEMS WHICH ARE NOT USABLE. I WANT TO WARN ANYONE THINKING OF GETTING SOMETHING JUST KNOW UPFRONT WHAT YOU PURCHASE IS YOURS. ALMOST ALL OF THEIR PRODUCTS ARE ON SALE, THEREFORE THEY DO NOT GIVE RETURNS. I WILL NOT EVER USE THEM AGAIN.

I ordered a product from this company. Dissatisfied with the quality, I reached out via e-mail and phone to initiate the return process. I received no response via email or phone after 3+ days of outreach. They offer an Instant message service however, I can not use it cause I do not have a *** account. No one has returned my voicemails, e-mails or calls. I've already sent the item back via mail and would like my refund as it's been delivered.

I purchased one waist trainer from this company online. After I giving them my credit card information to check out, a window pops up showing the exact product I'm buying and asks if I would like it half price. I was under the impression that It was asking if I wanted my order at that time to be discounted. After I clicked yes, it pops up another window asking if I wanted a different product at a discount. I said no, I only wanted that one product. A few more windows pop up asking if I wanted yet another different product. I once again said no. After the final window pops up and I say no, it charges my credit card for two of the same products when I only wanted one. I could not go back. I could not cancel my order because they already had my credit card information and no way to cancel it. I immediately went to their chat window and got no response. I've called and have not been able to reach anyone. The email address does not exist. I've recieved both the products today and have no paper work or receipt. Just the two products in a bag with a shipping label. I never had the option to cancel my order or update my cart after they added the 2nd product.
