I am rejecting this response because: Stanley Warranty is only saying they...

are assigning a supervisor to look into this matter. I need the supervisor's decision how he or she will resolve this complaint. Just letting me know a supervisor is looking into this matter does not resolve my complaint. Please respond to me Stanley's company decision. I have paid $*50 to join Stanley on July 25, 201*. I e-mailed them to cancel my membership on 9/6/1*. They should reimburse $350 to me, not $15 as they have proposed to me.

It is all a lie.  Fact #1  We are not so stupid as to disconnect our washer, then tell them it doesn't work and ask them to come out and reconnect it.  Fact #2   I would never threaten anyone with a gun. I told them that I would find another way to resolve this issue if they didn't send someone.  And HE said, "What are you going to do?  Come over and shoot me?"  I told him NO, I would get a lawyer.Fact #3  My wife did not call the next day and apologize since there was nothing to apologize for!And if they cancelled our policy early, we were never notified.  We never heard anything from them.  What he said in Fact 2 and 3 was after we called them MANY times and they always promised to have someone call us within 24 hours and make an appointment.  But no one ever called.

Hello I just want to ask what happened with the money that Stanley warranty  company was sopose  to refund me I never got the money from them to this day and when I called Revdex.com they said the case has been resolved I just want to say that I still did not receive any money from them pls if u can advice me what to do next thank you [redacted]

Dear Revdex.com,[redacted] purchase a Gold Plan monthly contract for 1 year on 02-21-2015. We gave [redacted] 30 days to read review and understand her terms and conditions and on 03-23-2015 she decided to keep her new policy.On 07-24-2015 [redacted] entered a claim for her Clothes washer brand name...

Maytag. She stated in the description (Water leaks from front when clothes are in spin cycle) Stanley customer service reached out and explained to [redacted] as per her terms and conditions we only cover electrical and mechanical failures. The problem [redacted] was having was a leak and again we explained as per her terms and conditions leaks are not covered.[redacted] lashed out and stated if we do not repair her clothes washer she wants her account cancelled. One of Stanley's cancellations managers spoke to [redacted] and explained if in the event she had her mind set on cancelling her account it would be cancelled as per terms and conditions. Which means she would have to pay the early termination fee.[redacted] stated she would think about it and call Stanley back thats the last time we have heard from her. [redacted] he now over 100 days past due and her account was sent to collections for the past due balance totaling $329.97.Stanley respectfully ask the NJ Revdex.com to close this complaint since all Stanley did was follow there terms and conditions.

Dear Revdex.com,[redacted] authorized Stanley Warranty to charge the renewal of his home warranty. It was charged the same day [redacted] gave the sales rep permission and provided his banking info. When [redacted] called in to cancel the renewal it was December 2,2015. We informed [redacted] its not...

an issue we have cancelled his account and issued the refund. The check will be placed in the mail on Monday 12/28/2015, Stanley can only follow protocol. I cancel 1 day before my 30 day and was told I cant get my refund back and was told I couldn't cancel they will still charge my charge every month, so I cancel my card on file with them

Stanley did not address my complaint at all, which I will repeat here:1. They did not deliver on my current request for repair: A) they "scheduled" a service appointment that was a no-show; B) when I called them about the no-show (a few weeks ago, when I was still able to reach them via their phone #), they gave me the number for the service provider, which turned out to be a non-functioning phone #. C) since then, no one is picking up Stanley's phone-- so I've not been able to reach them for weeks now. All this is for a "current" service request.2. Even while I was able to get services from them (a few months ago), it always took "great effort": spending for hours to get thru their phone, no-show appointments, staff giving out email address that are not responded to, etc. In summary, the first few months after I purchased the 1-year warranty, Stanley made a concerted to avoid service requests, which I barely managed to work thru. But recently, they simply stopped servicing requests at all.

Dear Revdex.com,[redacted] entered a claim for his Amana Kitchen Refrigerator on 05/04/2015, he stated there was ice build up and it would leak on the floor. Stanley informed [redacted] this is a non covered item and he insisted that Stanley send out a tech to diagnose the issue which...

we did. Tech stated there was a clog and a leak causing the water that leaked out to turn into ice. Stanley informed [redacted] this is a non covered claim and he is more then welcome to use the vendor that was in his home for repairs and he would have to pay him directly. We explained once again to [redacted] our policy only covers electrical and mechanical failures, clogs and leaks are not covered.[redacted] stated he would call back later and speak with service and when he did call he stated he wanted to cancel his policy. Stanley explained if he would cancel his account he would have to pay the termination fee. Stanley waived the termination fee and just charged him $48.99 for the month of May's payment he agreed and we cancelled his account.Stanley respectfully ask's the NJ Revdex.com to close this complaint since we have already accommodated this customer.Respectfully Resolutions Department

purchased does not cover ice maker. He asked if he may add on the coverage and Stanley allowed him to do so. Customer service explained to [redacted] that even if he adds on the coverage for the ice maker this claim will be closed and declined. Stanley explained to Mr [redacted] he will have 30 days to fix the ice maker problem and send in proof of repair or we will not be able to cover any future failures on this ice maker. To Stanley's surprise on October 16,2014 we were informed by [redacted] credit card company that he called them and stated he never authorized Stanley to charge any money to his account and has never heard of us.This complaint is more proof of Mr.[redacted] trying to pull a fast one over Stanley. Then on Feb 23,2015 [redacted] entered a claim for his Furnace Stanley customer service reached out and explained to [redacted] his account is in collections for compliance failures of his terms and conditions and could not service him do to his bank charging his account back.Stanley Respectfully ask the Revdex.com to close this complaint since we have not done anything wrong we only followed our terms and conditions.Thank you Resolutions department
