I am rejecting this response because: I have faithfully paid these people monthly, they did not service me when I had air condition problems, all they did is continued to try to take my money without repairing my air condition, I looked at their review on the internet and I am not even in the top 20 that made complaints of this fraud company, I cant see why the Revdex.com cant look that up and take some action against stanley warranty ! they seem like experts in stalling these complaints and not  servicing families, they are a  terrible company, even though it seems like a husband and wife that's scheming this business together, I contacted to companies and asled them if they service stanley warranty and they assured me that they dont because of the history , if you can please help, but I am tired of reporting these complaints and it seems that Revdex.com is only believing stanley warranty even after there as so many complaints against them.

Dear Revdex.com,[redacted] is not telling the truth and frankly he has never reported any type of claim. He declined on his second payment to his account and has defaulted for his complete year.Past due balance owed is $587.88 and is in collections there is nothing to refund here. Respectfully...

I am rejecting this response because: I paid for a service which took lover 2 weeks to respond. In the mean time, I had to buy dinners because my oven would shut off. They responded "use the top stove". The technician did come out after this complaint. However, Stanley Warranty still has yet to send the check for The other warranties appliance

Dear Revdex.com,Stanley is not sure why [redacted] has filled a complaint also why would they say they can never get anyone on the phone that is false. This complaint was entered 08/07/2015 and on August 28,2015 Stanley spoke to [redacted] and updated their past due bill with a new payment...

I am rejecting this response because: Stanley stated, on several occasions, that they would be dispatching a technician but never did. Each time I called they stated that they were going to send a technician, but the business they supposedly contacted stated that they had not been contacted by Stanley. In addition to this I never said that it was a serious leak, only that it was a plumbing issue. I have the gold plan which clearly states that interior plumbing is covered.

I am rejecting this response because: I waa paid up on my payment with standley when the incedent happen I cancel my policy because they broke the contract first by not responding and I could never get awhole of them in this matter..I will never get another policy with them and other people need to be warned before purchasing there plan since they do not uphold there contact I was without heat for 2 weeks in 30 degree and below  weather before I finally got someone to fix the ac unit on my own.,. and could not get awhole of anyone to get the ac fix in a timing matter.. I has been over a year and they are just responding to this complaint so there you go....

Dear Revdex.com,Stanley spoke with customer on 11/13, she mentioned she has been having a hard time contacting anyone about her claim.We let customer know we apologize for tech no-show and if they knew a tech they could go ahead have them come out to diagnosis the issue,since we were having a hard time...

I am rejecting this response because:Dear Sir:       Stanley Home shield was very dishonest and unprofessional.  They did not give me the service I actually paid for.  Now they are saying that my bank, [redacted] somehow credited my account is untrue.  I would like to submit to you a statement showing  that [redacted] did not credit my account even thought I did an appropriate dispute of the charges.  See my credit cards allow me to dispute a charge f merchandise is lost or never arrives after a purchase.  But my bank said I have to check the quality of the vendors, before I do a business transaction with them, because some unscrupulous companies will not honor their agreements and then my bank cannot help everyone who is cheated or taken advantage of.      Can you please tell me when I allegedly had the money redeposit to my account by my bank, [redacted], according tot the Stanly Company?   Thank you for the communication and your cooperation.[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because as stated I waited atleast 6 days for someone to come to my condo and called several times and when no one came I told the representative that I could no longer wait for someone and if this is how the service was going to be I would cancel this warranty. He told me that I could pay and send a receipt to him and they would reimburse me but I told him I didn't feel like I should have to pay when I have a warranty.   He then offered the Gold membership, and I told him that I don't care what kind of membership it is I just want someone to come repair the dryer.  I have two other warranties on my homes in Georgia with Choice home warranty and am very familiar with the 24 to 48 hour dispatch period and would not complain about that as it is reasonable and expected.  When he cancelled the membership, I requested a refund of what I paid or the repair that I had to pay which was 278.00. I paid for the warranty in full, so it does not make sense that I would owe anything. Instead Stanley owes me because they did not meet their obligation of getting someone to even come to my home to evaluate the work, much less get someone to repair it.  When I requested a supervisor or help with anyone else to try to resolve this THE SAME PERSON ANSWERED THE PHONE FOR ALL DEPARTMENTS.

We gave Lisa 30 days to read review and understand her terms and conditions and on 05/15/2014  she opted to keep her Stanley home warranty. Please view attached [redacted]'s terms and conditions.  Also to add before any renewal is done by Stanley we send out the notification 30 days before the renewal just to give customers time to think about if they will continue or not. In the event we receive in writing from any of our customers before the 30 day period that they do not want to renew we would cancel the renewal and issue a full refund. For the customers like [redacted] who cancelled after the 30 day period they were subjected to A $75.00 cancellation fee as per terms and conditions.
