I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
but I would like to know what about my refrigerator they said they will come and bring the original part so it will be fixed correctly and they never came back from bills appliance place to repair it I have a problem with the draw door inside it cant close its still out since the repair men was there the first time and said he got the wrong part its just temporary fix can they please come an get the right part to install as they told me they will after I called them so many times and they said they will call bills appliance company and get them to fix it right   thank you

after the policy became active [redacted] entered a claim for the Hvac unit for her rental home. Stanley sent out four different techs on four different days and they reported there was nothing wrong with the Hvac unit. From what our contractors diagnosed the person who was in the property had the location of the ac unit stuffed with boxes and other personal items and refused to make room for any of our contractors to continue there search for a failure. [redacted] can cancel as per her Stanley terms and conditions but will only get a pro-rated refund minus any cancellation and administrator fees.  Thank you Resolutions Department

issue with his pool. [redacted] called in on September 16, 2015 for the first time after purchasing his policy and spoke and asked a claims manager to enter a claim for his pool filter system that has a bad leak. Mr. [redacted] was informed that as per his terms and conditions we only cover electrical and mechanical failures and that leaks are not covered, He insisted that the claim be entered knowing that it was going to be declined for leaks not being a covered failure. Our records indicate [redacted] has not reached out to Stanley after this issue. Stanley will assign a supervisor to reach out to Mr. [redacted] in reference to a Resolution. Thank You Resolutions Department

from the Stanley Company as it is filled with lies and false accusations.  I made contact with them almost  a year ago and this is all that they can say.  I was not behind on my account with them.  All my service calls were rejected with frivolous excuses.  You tried to make contact with them with no response and now they want to place my account  in collection on my credit report, I beg their pardon.  As was on my complaints that was filed last year I still would like to be compensated for my losses and a return of all fees that was paid to their company.

I am rejecting this response because: I did have failures in my home. As stated in my original complaint, I tried repeatedly to place a claim but was unable to get through on any of their provided phone numbers. Thus, I paid for this service and received nothing. This company simply became TOTALLY UNAVAILABLE.  No help what so ever. I couldn't reach a representative. Basically, I signed up for this service, and they disappeared. Many other customers had similar experiences when trying to place a claim. All anyone has to do now is Google Stanley and you'll pull up dozens of similar complaints. This company takes customer's money and then disappears, leaving customers with no other recourse, no help, and no coverage for their covered repairs.  I left repeated messages to have a representative call me back (AS REQUESTED ON THEIR OUTGOING MESSAGES), but no one ever called me back. When calling their provided claims phone numbers, one is on hold indefinitely, or sometimes, it sounded like someone answered and then put the phone down leaving a customer to hear background office noise. This was the most worthless service I've ever purchased. I mean really, who wants to pay $459 for absolutely NOTHING!!! The only time I've spoken to Stanley in 2015, was when they called to solicit a renewal. Why on Earth would this company insult us further (in their response to my complaint) with an offer of a discount for future services? It's real easy for Stanley to claim they provided a service and then say they never received our calls when we needed service. This company needs to be held in strict accountability for the fact that customers weren't able to access their home warranty coverage.  They took our money and ran.

He answered  my complaint because he wanted the Revdex.com to say the complaint was answered.He is a liar!  He was paid and I have all the proof.  He was not entitled to any money yet after he got my bank account ( worst mistake I made)He took money out as a draft unauthorized!  That is a federal offense.   I filed a police report and he did not respond to my complaint until I closed out my bank account and he couldn't get any more money.  This company is a complete fraud and needs to be stopped!!!!
