As I had explained in my initial complaint that Stanley Warranty Insurance Company had sent me...

several email stating that a refund check would be mailed out. However, I never received a check in the amount of $187.20 or any other amount. Unfortunately, the company does not hold any integrity or value. Therefore, I request Revdex.com of New Jersey to continue investigating and provide a copy of the cleared check from the bank,  I would truly appreciate your cooperation in this matter.

Stanley has reviewed all the recorded converstaion with [redacted]. We don’t show any request to cancel the account or him ever speaking to anyone about cancelling his account. Stanley found a recording were [redacted] asked to cancel his appointment with the service man. When Stanley reached out...

to the service man and explained that Mr. [redacted] no longer needed the service they felt upset that we were cancelling an appointment that was already scheaudled and asighned to a service tech. Since [redacted] cancelled the appointment [redacted] garage services stated that is a bad start and they would no longer work with us because of the appointment being cancelled by [redacted]. If [redacted] would like to cancel his account he would have to do one of two things. Send an email requesting his account be cancelled or Fax a cancel letter to [redacted].  Stanley will cancel his account as per terms and conditions minus cancellation fee's and usage for the months its been active.

Dear Revdex.com,[redacted] repaired her Kitchen refrigerator with out notifying Stanley and she was informed this might not be approved.  [redacted] was then instructed to send in proof of the repair and maybe Stanley would issue her a one time courtesy reimbursement check. Since it was not...

authorized originally by Stanley [redacted] was informed it may take up to 120 days from the day we receive proof on 05/04/2015 via email attached you can find the email sent by [redacted].  Stanley was set to send out a reimbursement check for the amount of $104.50 on 09/4/2015. On August 04/2015 Stanley's billing department called [redacted] and informed her that she would need to keep all her monthly payments current so there is no delay on her check.[redacted] has declined on payment since August,September,October,And November we have called [redacted] more then ten times to inform her that she is past due more then 120 days and has been sent to collections for the total amount of $310.00. Stanley respectfully ask's the NJ Revdex.com to close this complaint since we followed our terms and conditions and we went above and beyond for this customer.

I am rejecting this response because:they never brought anyone out to fix yhe stove.  My tenant was out of a stove over one month.  I habe proof of it.  I refuse to pay this is the company to work with.  I guess I will see them in court

grand total of $291.00. Stanley reached out to [redacted] informing her with the complete amount owed. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
The frustrating part of all this is that literally for WEEKS they promised to get me a technician to fix the problem, literally weeks...After 15 or so phone calls and emails back and forth they finally told me that a leak was not covered. Why the heck didn't they say that in the first place instead of hanging me on and blowing sunshine up my you know what? I filed this complaint with you during the hanging on period that I went through. Thank you.

purchased a Silver plan on line on October 30,2014 and was given 30 days to cancel risk free money back guarantee. On November 29,2014 he opted to keep his policy.  On September 2015 [redacted] entered a claim for his Amana Kitchen Refrigerator built on 2007, two days after we get a call...

from [redacted] informing us to cancel the claim since the repair was already fixed by some one [redacted] called. Claims department explained to [redacted] as per his terms and conditions this was an unauthorized repair and could possibly be declined for any reimbursement.  Stanley warranty is offering to give [redacted] $100.00 reimbursement for this unauthorized claim. [redacted]'s policy is up for renewal as of October 30,2015 there is no pro-rated refund for a few days left to the policy. Thank you Resolutions Department

I am rejecting this response because:
Their phone operator told me a check # [redacted] was mailed to me on 1-21-2016 & I should receive it 7-10 business days in the amount of $410. Every time I get through and speak to someone, it's a different lie. They say all phone calls are recorded, I if this is true, they have a copy? I've sent them a certified mail in December to cancel and it was sent from their address of record to a P O box and then returned to me undeliverable??? If they don't respond to calls or mail, how do I make contact??? They are lying to you just like they have done to me. This is unacceptable. Their operator named [redacted]?, asked me if I wanted to drop their services and I said yes and he said my entire $410.00 would be reimbursed because it was within 5 days.

I am rejecting this response because:
I would like to hear the recordings myself, because I absolutely did not call back and say that we wanted to purchase only one year. I said that my husband did not want to purchase any, and to please not run the payment. [redacted] then even replied how my husband would regret that decision because the price was so low. The next morning, I received an email from Stanley about my warranty that I had not purchased, so I called once again to make sure he had not run my payment, to which he replied that the email had been sent out prior to me calling to say that my husband did not want to purchase, and not to worry because he was not running the payment.

Dear Revdex.com,Stanley has reviewed all the recordings between [redacted] and our sales agent.  On 12/02/2015 [redacted] purchased 1 year of service and was offered a second year for an additional discount, she stated she will need to speak to her husband and call back. The next...

day [redacted] called in and stated she will only be able to purchase the one year due to financial issues. Stanley processed the authorized payment and then [redacted] called in the following day and cancelled the policy with one of our supervisors. Stanley explained to [redacted] once the payment has been charged we can not reverse the transaction as well Stanley explained to [redacted] that her refund check will be mailed out on 01/02/2016.Stanley respectfully reminds [redacted] that all the calls are monitored and recorded for this very reason. I am rejecting this response because: It shows they obviously are refusing to send me the money they owe me. I don't have any idea how to get my money back, and since I'm out of state, I suggest anyone from out of state stay clear of this business...or even those in this state. I don't believe they should be able to do business in my state at all...especially how this is affecting my 87 year old mother's health. She is very upset that we are being taken advantage of in this way. In California we would consider this elder abuse!They "stand by their original statement" because they have no excuse for what they are doing.Shame on them for showing such bad business practices!Please let me know any recourse I have in getting my money back?
