Dear Revdex.com,*** *** purchased an extended auto warranty on 02/22/that became active on 03/22/She called in wanting to cancel days after the day grace period she was instructed on how she can cancel and she never did.Stanley's terms and conditions clearly state's if the agreement
is cancelled before the day grace period then *** *** would have got a full refundStanley's terms explain on the day she is no longer entitled for any type of refund for her down payment and she would have to pay a cancellation fee. This account is in collections the only offer Stanley will give is to remove this account from collections and dismiss all past due monies owed to Stanley. Respectfully resolutions Department

response because: I was never sent the $in spite of repeated follow ups.Please have them provide a check ## for the $they offeredIt was never sent and there is no good reason for anyone to reject $- I would accept anything if it was offered.There is no way a customer would renew his policy with two claims still open and no payment made.This company has unethical business practices where customer service representatives trick customers by saying they will get back to them and they never doCustomers with children cannot wait for months (in my case, years) for their critical appliances to be fixed

Dear Revdex.com,*** *** entered a claim on 07/15/and then called Customer service and stated I just entered a claim why isn't a vendor in my home yet to repair my dryer? Stanley informed *** *** as per her terms and conditions it takes 24-hours for all claims to post in our system and
then we can set up a vendor to go out and service her dryer*** *** stated to the representative to cancel her claim since she felt she did not need to wait that long for service. *** *** then called on 09/10/and asked for her policy to be cancelled and requested a full refund of her policyStanley explained we can cancel your account but it would only be a pro-rated refund from what she has paid.*** *** paid $for the policy not $the break down of the cancellation attachedShe owes Stanley $which we have voided outStanley respectfully ask's the NJ Revdex.com to close this complaint.Respectfully Resolutions Department

Stanley is lying 100% - they never set any appointments and did not try to resolve any issuesIn fact they stole my money and never delivered any insurance that they claimThey are a company and even their office in NJ does not exist.I am surprised that they are allowed to do any business and continue to cheat their customers in the United States !!!!

I am rejecting this response because: I have listed below the start of this home warranty incident as 1/17/2015, the actual service call was done on 1/19/where I was told to replace the dishwasher and they would reimburse. My first inquiry for reimbursement was on 1/25/which is days from start to end of this warranty incident. I have never been reimbursed which I consider theft. Please post my article to all readers of Revdex.com website...This company is a total fraud. I am rejecting this response because: First of all, this is for me,
not my momThe reason they have so much trouble getting that straight, is because they offered us a deal if we purchased the policies for both our houses togetherMy mom used her credit card and I gave her the cashThey were supposed to have fixed that numerous times, but couldn't even get that right.I was never offered a refundIn fact I was REPEATEDLY told I was getting a check...that they were putting a "rush" on it. Then they called and tried to get me to renew! When I told them they weren't checking their accounts, or they'd see they owe me money, but hadn't paid me yet, they said they would put the money they owe me towards another year contractWHY would I renew, when I've had such lousy service.The contract they gave me never said there was an age issue on of the pump, or any other item I could seeThat's the point of a home warranty, they are there in case you have troubleThey didn't even have to replace anything, there was a simple valve fixThey owe me $500, but said forget itWhy would anyone turn down money owed themThis is just awful! Look how long it's been! There are multiple complaints online about themThey shouldn't be allowed to do business, if they won't do it right.I'd appreciate any help you could be.Thank you!*** ***

Zero follow up or response from them, had this been a real emergency they would have totally wasted the consumer's time by their lack of follow up and response.
