[redacted] purchased our Gold Plan on May 07,2014 and was given 30 days to read, review, and understand her Stanley Safe club membership. We offer a 30 day money back for customers who decide our policy is not a good fit for there home. On June 06,2014 [redacted] decided to keep...

her policy. We covered the  Mesa Arizona home for a full year as well we gave [redacted] one extra month for renewal purposes. Our records indicate that Ms.[redacted] decided not to renew her policy as of September 09,2015. Ms.[redacted]s's home was covered for a total of 13 months by Stanley regardless of the fact she never had any failures in the home.  We don't show any records of communication between Stanley and [redacted] after she stated she will not renew her home warranty with Stanley. For any issues or inconveniences Stanley would be willing to offer an additional discount for Ms.[redacted] in the event she would to change her mind about the renewal, but unfortunately services were rendered and there is no refund due at this moment.Thank you Resolutions Department

Dear Revdex.com,[redacted] entered a claim for her ac in Late July we sent out a vendor to diagnose her ac on August 07,2015 Please view attached print screen. Tech diagnosed that  [redacted]'s ac system was very filthy and has not be properly maintained for several months. Please view attached...

print screen. Vendor also stated that this ac unit was improperly installed because it had loose wiring that was just falling off. We approved the repairs to be done and paid the Vendor $314.00 for the repair of the faulty installation by the original installer not from Stanley.Vendor advised [redacted] that he can do the maintenance on her ac for a discounted rate which she refused. Vendor informed Stanley if the maintenance is not done right away then [redacted] would be risking the ac compressor to burn out. Stanley paid for the parts that are part of her terms and conditions only and informed [redacted] she needs to do the maintenance right away she stated she will handle that her self. On August 13/2015 [redacted] called Stanley and asked if we can send out another HVAC vendor to look at her ac that has stopped working, we asked Toby did you get the maintenance done she stated NO.  August 16,2015 Stanley paid another vendor to go out and take a look at the ac and he reported that the compressor has burnt out because it was in very poor conditions and since no maintenance was done to the ac unit it caused it to over work itself and burn out.Stanley informed [redacted] we will not be able to repair or replace the compressor because the reason of failure was LACK OF MAINTENANCE and not an electrical or mechanical failure plus [redacted] was informed days before if she does not do the MAINTENANCE this will happen.Stanley Respectfully ask the NJ Revdex.com to close this complaint since Late September Stanley's billing department was informed by [redacted]'s financial institute (her BANK) that [redacted] charged back a couple of payment that she made to Stanley on all 3 properties.Stanley Respectfully ask for this complaint to be closed and once again would like to remind [redacted] that her account has been moved to collections. Thank you Resolutions Department

Dear Revdex.com,[redacted] is very misleading Stanley offered to pay $150.00 her Maytag Microwave. [redacted] declined the offer and then she let her policy expire she refused to renew it.  Stanley respectfully ask's the NJ Revdex.com to close this complaint since as a courtesy we offered 150.00...

for a very old appliance and [redacted] turned it down. Terms and conditions clearly stated when an item is very old Stanley can offer fair market value. We offered [redacted] 150.00 AND she turned it down.There no longer is any offer on the Table for [redacted]  Respectfully Resolutions Department

We have been told before that a supervisor would...

be resolving this.  When we have the payment for services approved and rendered in hand;we will then consider this resolved.  We have gone through every email address, phone number, etc provided to date.  We even extended the courtesy of attempting contact through the email on the Revdex.com site before we lodged a complaint.  To continue to jump through endless, fruitless hoops is ludicrous by asking us to contact yet another nameless email.

I am rejecting this response because:I am not behind on any of my payments. I have paid Stanley Warranty in full every month since I have been this this company. In addition, I have written statements and copies of all debit and electronic check transactions from my bank as legal documentation that I have fully fulfilled my be eled my services with Stanley Warranty and did not authorize/approve of them to use electronic checks in their name to debit my account!!! I only authorized Stanley Warranty to debit the cancellation fee, using the same payment method as used before. However, after canceling my policy, Stanly started debiting my bank account using unauthorized electronic checks that are easily missed and hard to track. If I were behind on my payments for this long length of time, why is my policy/ account still active with Stanley, why is Stanley continuing  to use electronic checks to debit my bank account, and why before now, did Stanley not make me aware if there was a problem???? Now, because I am complaining to Revdex.com, it's a problem!!! If no payments were received, why did I not receive some type of correspondences via mail, emails or phone calls, in which I never received, to communicate to me that I was behind on my payments???? Therefore, there are no reasons why I should be sent to collections with added fees, when I was never notified of this before or after I cancelled my policy. Also, I should be refunded my money in full, since Stanley owes me money for taking unauthorized funds from my banking account.

THIS COMPANY STANLEY WARRANTY RIPPED ME OFF, I HAD AN AIR CONDITION PROBLEM AND CALLED THEM AFTER PAYING THEM FOR OVER 7 MO.S. I am rejecting this response because:  [redacted] (customer) did follow the appropriate "terms and conditions" (within 30 days) and [redacted] provided written proof of this in his 12/14/2015 response to Revdex.com.   Please ask Stanley to provide written proof by showing "Incident / Call" logs which should detail my numerous follow-up calls regarding these 2 items. Both of these items show fraudulent activity on the part of Stanley Home Warranty.   When Stanley makes a statement they must provide proof as the customer did.

I am rejecting this response because: I was not under a contract with them for an early termination. I cancelled due to their inability to fulfill the contract as a warranty company. They denied all claims without ever sending a contractor to investigate. I was told a refund of the 48.99 would be sent to me. This never happened. So once again they failed to hold up their end of any agreement.
