Stanley Warrenty has never responded to any of my messagesI have called them many times and I have left messagesMy heater was broken in this cold weather and they did not come fix it or even respond to my requestDue to the cold weather I had to get someone else to fix itI have paid Stanley too much money and they have done nothingThis is my complaint please let me know what I have to do nowI do not understand your previous message

Dear Revdex.com,*** *** has always had a very rough way of dealing with our Tech'sShe would defame us and belittle us with all the new Vendors we sent outThis resulted in the vendor's feeling discouraged on working on any of her claimsStanley has asked *** *** on many

I am rejecting for the transfer this response because:Stanley isn`t telling the truthI purchased the powertrain choice policy, according to the waranty the transfer case is coveredWhen I called and spoke to the claims adjuster I was told that it was the transfer case shift motor that I needed which cost about dollars my deductible was dollarsWhen I asked how he knew I was told that the company has technicians on staffNo one from Stanley ever saw my truckWhen I informed the adjuster that I have car knowledge the adjuster hung up on meYes I canceled the policy because I have to pay for the repair myself, my truck is in the shop now for a transfer case replacementAgain I had that warranty for over a year and paid on time every monthIf Stanley wants to compensate me refund some of my money!!

Dear Revdex.com,Stanley will be standing by the original response located below Thank you. *** *** entered a claim on 07/15/and then called Customer service and stated I just entered a claim why isn't a vendor in my home yet to repair my dryer? Stanley informed *** *** as per her terms and conditions it takes 24-hours for all claims to post in our system and then we can set up a vendor to go out and service her dryer.Tonya Miller stated to the representative to cancel her claim since she felt she did not need to wait that long for service. Tonya Miller then called on 09/10/and asked for her policy to be cancelled and requested a full refund of her policyStanley explained we can cancel your account but it would only be a pro-rated refund from what she has paid.*** *** paid $for the policy not $the break down of the cancellation attachedShe owes Stanley $which we have voided out.Stanley respectfully ask's the NJ Revdex.com to close this complaint.Respectfully Resolutions Department

gave *** days to read review and understand her terms and conditions and on
05/15/he opted to keep his Stanley home warrantyAll home warranty
policies are set up for auto renewal just to secure our
customer from laps of

to add before any renewal is done by Stanley we send out the notification
days before the renewal just to give customers time to think about if they will
continue or notIn the event we receive in writing from any of our customers
before the day period that they do not want to renew we would cancel the
renewal and issue a full refundFor the customers like *** *** who
cancelled after the day period they were subjected to A $cancellation

Please look at customers policy number that he has placed on the complaintThat is an Interstate policy number not Stanley. *** *** has always paid and delt with
Interstate as well the adjuster that declined the claim is from INTERState not Stanley. There is nothing Stanley can do for this customer since he was never part of Stanley nor has he paid us anything

Dear Revdex.com,On 08/11/Stanley sent out a repair man that diagnosed there was nothing wrong with *** *** dish washerHe spent a good amount of time diagnosing this appliance for *** *** and when he explained that the customer was just over loading soap he threw
our tech out of the home and refused to pay his service fee that he still owes. With all due respect this complaint should be closed out *** *** is not telling the truth Stanley did there part by sending out a tech for repairs but there was nothing wrong with the unit and also *** *** has verbally abused over different customer service reps with out any reason.
