I am rejecting this response because:This claim was first submitted on 4/02/2015; I was never contacted by a technician as promised; a technicianrepresenting Stanley Home Warranty. was never at my home on 4/23/or any other date as I live in a gate-guarded community whereas a visitor/vendor would have to be called into the gate guard shack to permit entrance.Finally, on 4/29/I had an air conditioning repair company, Desert Oasis, come to my home to make the necessary repairs which I paid for out of pocket.I submitted the invoice to Stanley Home Warranty by email and USPS mail on 4/29/for reimbursement which has never happenedI am contacted by Stanley Home Warranty for renewal ONLY.I am requesting a refund of the initial cost of the policy or reimbursement of the repair $205.00.Stanley Home Warranty is a fraudulent company which needs to be dealt with

Dear Revdex.com, This information is not truthful*** ** *** was informed that her credit card declined for the renewal of the policyStanley was asked to rerun payment and we refused since its an AMex once it declines it would not be allowed to be reran. The policy has been cancelled

I am rejecting this response because: Stanley's response to you was totally incorrectFrom my experience with them we called them one time and they did not send anybody out to help us within five daysIt was very frustrating I never did get a call from anybody to fix our problemAnd I couldn't get a hold of Stanley for like five daysSo I canceled the service after a gentleman from the company Stanley called meIt also is a blatant lie that this is in collectionsI have never ever gotten a notice about thatI'm not sure if they are legitimate company I paid Stanley a monthly fee for over a year and never had a service callWhen I did have a need for one it was totally not responded to by Stanley. Dear Revdex.com,*** *** is more then welcome to pay her past due balance and remove her account from collections*** *** is not providing truthful facts and her statements are very misleading. One thing I forgot to tell you on my last response is that they told us to go ahead and have someone else fix the washer since they could not find a tech to fix it. They said all the techs were busy because they were doing air conditioning. I told them that we live in the mountains at feet and most homes here don't have air conditioningSo they told me to find my own technician to fix it and to send them the bill and they would reimburse us. We did that and never heard from them on that either. They never did reimburse us. What we told you was all true.

I am rejecting this response because:No one ever showed up on the appointment dates. Also whatever name and number was provided for the service call they had no connection of providing service on behalf of Stanley warranty .First of all it was not even possible to get through the phone line .I was always on hold for at least 30 min to 1 hrs . By any chance if they do answer it was always like passing a ball but not solving issues. Finally I had to take another insurance and suspend my contract with Stanly Warranty, that too without any money refund.

Revdex.comI have been trying to figure out how to respond to the “response” from the business. They replied to my complaint with an explanation of someone else’s case. As you can see from below, they don’t even have the same name attached here! Please advise. I want to continue to work on my refund. This has been going on since August. No one at the company will return my calls. The only guy I EVER talk to is Marcus and he leaves “notes”, emails and “sticky notes” for people to call me back and I’ve gotten nothing. Wednesday, October 28, 2015Dear Revdex.com, On  June 18, 2015 [redacted] called into our sales department and purchased a Silver plan for 2 years at the discounted price of $639.00. [redacted] has only paid Stanley Safe Club YTD $359.99 and has a balance of $280.00 for her Stanley Safe Club policy.  A few days after the policy became active [redacted] entered a claim for the Hvac unit for her rental home. Stanley sent out four different techs on four different days and they reported there was nothing wrong with the Hvac unit. From what our contractors diagnosed the person who was in the property had the location of the ac unit stuffed with boxes and other personal items and refused to make room for any of our contractors to continue there search for a failure. Miriam Dunham can cancel as per her Stanley terms and conditions but will only get a pro-rated refund minus any cancellation and administrator fees. Thank you Resolutions Department  My email address is [redacted]

This issue has not been resolved. Stanley Warranty has given you a website but they never answer their emails, they don't answer phone calls and they don't respond letters. They are frauds and refuse to resolve any issues.

Dear Revdex.com,[redacted] was not paid her reimbursement because she called in and cancelled her account. Stanley cancellation department explained to [redacted] as per terms and conditions if she was going to cancel her account she would void out any reimbursement from Stanley.The most Stanley was able to do is void the cancellation fee. Respectfully Resolutions Department

Dear Revdex.com,[redacted] has been on a little over one year. She has only entered 2 claims since being a Stanley customer. First claim was on 03/14/2015 for an Electrolux Built-in Microwave. Stanley denied the claim because there was no electrical or mechanical failures. The only problem the...

microwave had was the spring on the door and as per terms and conditions this is a non covered item which was explained to [redacted].Claim 2 was entered later on in the day of 03/14/2015 this one was for a Sump Pump. Stanley again reached out and asked [redacted] to go over her terms and conditions when she asked why we explained that Sump Pump Is not included in her policy She would have to add it on separately for an additional charge. She stated she would think about it and call us back. Weeks later [redacted] called and stated she would like to cancel and get a full refund! Stanley explained we can only cancel as per terms and conditions and when we gave her the final amount minus the usage and cancellation fees she stated she would stay on till the end of the policy. Stanley has even gave [redacted] 2 extra fee weeks of coverage. Stanley respectfully ask's The NJ Revdex.com to close this complaint since all we did was follow there terms and conditions that [redacted] was given 30 days to read review and understand her coverage risk free. Stanley would also like to note that as of  10/17/2015 the customer has decided to part separate ways from Stanley
