Dear Revdex.com,Stanley was going to cancel [redacted] home warranty and issue a full refund for the complete amount back on the Visa it was paid with [redacted] refused to wait 3-business days for there refund and just disputed the full on there Visa cardThere is no resolution to this complaint since its not valid and [redacted] was never a Stanley customerRespectfully Resolutions Department

purchased a Silver plan on line on October 30,and was given days to cancel risk free money back guaranteeOn November 29,he opted to keep his policy On September [redacted] entered a claim for his Amana Kitchen Refrigerator built on 2007, two days after we get a call from [redacted] informing us to cancel the claim since the repair was already fixed by some one [redacted] calledClaims department explained to [redacted] as per his terms and conditions this was an unauthorized repair and could possibly be declined for any reimbursement Stanley warranty is offering to give [redacted] $reimbursement for this unauthorized claim [redacted] 's policy is up for renewal as of October 30,there is no pro-rated refund for a few days left to the policyThank you Resolutions Department

Dear Revdex.com, [redacted] entered a claim for her ac in Late July we sent out a vendor to diagnose her ac on August 07,Please view attached print screenTech diagnosed that [redacted] 's ac system was very filthy and has not be properly maintained for several monthsPlease view attached print screenVendor also stated that this ac unit was improperly installed because it had loose wiring that was just falling offWe approved the repairs to be done and paid the Vendor $for the repair of the faulty installation by the original installer not from Stanley.Vendor advised [redacted] that he can do the maintenance on her ac for a discounted rate which she refusedVendor informed Stanley if the maintenance is not done right away then [redacted] would be risking the ac compressor to burn outStanley paid for the parts that are part of her terms and conditions only and informed [redacted] she needs to do the maintenance right away she stated she will handle that her selfOn August 13/ [redacted] called Stanley and asked if we can send out another HVAC vendor to look at her ac that has stopped working, we asked Toby did you get the maintenance done she stated NO August 16,Stanley paid another vendor to go out and take a look at the ac and he reported that the compressor has burnt out because it was in very poor conditions and since no maintenance was done to the ac unit it caused it to over work itself and burn out.Stanley informed [redacted] we will not be able to repair or replace the compressor because the reason of failure was LACK OF MAINTENANCE and not an electrical or mechanical failure plus [redacted] was informed days before if she does not do the MAINTENANCE this will happen.Stanley Respectfully ask the NJ Revdex.com to close this complaint since Late September Stanley's billing department was informed by [redacted] 's financial institute (her BANK) that [redacted] charged back a couple of payment that she made to Stanley on all properties.Stanley Respectfully ask for this complaint to be closed and once again would like to remind [redacted] that her account has been moved to collectionsThank you Resolutions Department

Hi, this complaint was closed and I gave Stanley ample time due to the weather they have had, but still no check I called today and again got Carmine and he states that billing is only there on Fridays I have called the last Fridays and they do not answer the phonecould you help in this matter I would like to get my refund check

Dear Revdex.com, [redacted] purchase a Gold Plan from an online sales agent on August 08, he personally selected the plan he bought and did not speak to a sales agentOn September 08, [redacted] entered a claim for A Maytag ice maker, we informed Mr Patterson the policy he purchased does not cover ice makerHe asked if he may add on the coverage and Stanley allowed him to do soCustomer service explained to [redacted] that even if he adds on the coverage for the ice maker this claim will be closed and declinedStanley explained to Mr [redacted] he will have days to fix the ice maker problem and send in proof of repair or we will not be able to cover any future failures on this ice makerTo Stanley's surprise on October 16,we were informed by [redacted] credit card company that he called them and stated he never authorized Stanley to charge any money to his account and has never heard of us.This complaint is more proof of Mr[redacted] trying to pull a fast one over StanleyThen on Feb 23, [redacted] entered a claim for his Furnace Stanley customer service reached out and explained to [redacted] his account is in collections for compliance failures of his terms and conditions and could not service him do to his bank charging his account back.Stanley Respectfully ask the Revdex.com to close this complaint since we have not done anything wrong we only followed our terms and conditions.Thank you Resolutions department

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have faithfully paid these people monthly, they did not service me when I had air condition problems, all they did is continued to try to take my money without repairing my air condition, I looked at their review on the internet and I am not even in the top that made complaints of this fraud company, I cant see why the Revdex.com cant look that up and take some action against stanley warranty ! they seem like experts in stalling these complaints and not servicing families, they are a terrible company, even though it seems like a husband and wife that's scheming this business together, I contacted to companies and asled them if they service stanley warranty and they assured me that they dont because of the history , if you can please help, but I am tired of reporting these complaints and it seems that Revdex.com is only believing stanley warranty even after there as so many complaints against them Regards, [redacted]

I have not received a check from Stanley Warranty as they promised back in December

It is all a lie Fact # We are not so stupid as to disconnect our washer, then tell them it doesn't work and ask them to come out and reconnect it Fact # I would never threaten anyone with a gunI told them that I would find another way to resolve this issue if they didn't send someone And HE said, "What are you going to do? Come over and shoot me?" I told him NO, I would get a lawyer.Fact # My wife did not call the next day and apologize since there was nothing to apologize for!And if they cancelled our policy early, we were never notified We never heard anything from them What he said in Fact and was after we called them MANY times and they always promised to have someone call us within hours and make an appointment But no one ever called Regards, [redacted]
