Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I paid for a service which took lover 2 weeks to respond. In the mean time, I had to buy dinners because my oven would shut off. They responded "use the top stove". The technician did come out after this complaint. However, Stanley Warranty still has yet to send the check for The other warranties appliance Regards, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:When I purchased the home warranty plan from Stanley I was assured I could choose my own repair companies because I am in a very rural area. My freezer/refrigerator motor broke and about 1/2 of my entire freezer defrosted onto my kitchen floor. I needed it fixed ASAP. I had tried to contact Stanley with no response but finally had to contact my local repair person to get it fixed. Many of Stanley's comments are untrue or exaggerated. However, I am at work and my paperwork is at my home. I believe my initial complaint documented my unanswered calls, faxes and emails to Stanley. I also had to submit my bills to them at least three times. I have no desire to do business with this company.

Dear Revdex.com,First and foremost Dorothy Floyd paid $for her home warranty not $as she statesStanely sent out a repair man for the Clothes Dryer on 12/08/he reported back to Stanley.Tech diagnosed that there was to much dirt,lent, and build upHe stated that is this dryer would have
been cleaned every once in a while it would have not failed.Stanley's terms and conditions clearly state failures from lack of Maintenance are not coveredAt this time there is nothing to resolve we acted upon our terms and conditions. Respectfully Resolutions Department

wanted to post date payment for the next month we explained his account needs to be current before we can service any claim. Stanley used to Market Gold Standard extended warranty until September when we parted ways. *** *** reached out to Gold Standard on his own no one has ever sold or told him his account was with Gold Standard. I am rejecting this response because:The response is dishonest.there was a genuine problem with my dishwasher; Stanley warranty sent the wrong technician who only checked the external water line and did not check the dishwasherI therefore refused to pay him.I called another repairman from Sears the following day who diagnosed the problem as a faulty part in the dishwasher which he replacedI am happy to produce a report from their technician if need be.I did not verbally abuse anyone from StanleyIf the conversation was recorded I urge the company to produce that and it will show that the representative from Stanley was rude, refused to engage in a meaningful conversation and hung up.The repairman sent by Stanley himself told me that they should have sent a dishwasher repairman instead of a regular plumber like him

Dear Revdex.com,Stanley would like to clear up the complaint by providing the other side to the story*** *** entered a claim for a clothes washer and a clothes dryer on 07-07-and his claims posted onto his account on 07-09-We reached out to *** *** to inform him that his
claim is being worked on but his daughter responded and stated she does not need service and she was instructed by the NJ Revdex.com to claim all her money back from StanleyWe reached out to *** *** the owner of the policy in order to get a better understanding of what was going on *** *** stated we took to long toservice is appliance's and that he was instructed by someone over in the Revdex.com to call Stanley and demand a full refundHere at Stanley all claims take to hours to post on the systemWe offer emergency service only for heating and cooling claims same day*** *** may cancel his account if he wishes to but the facts that stand are that Stanley will only cancel his policy as per his terms and conditionsHe will get a pro-rated refund minus cancellation fees and usage. Stanley respectfully ask's the NJ Revdex.com to close this complaint since the fact show we did not do anything wrong and we did not cancel *** *** after we were advised by his daughterStanley can only cancel or make any changes with the policy holder no other family member's unless added to the account

Dear Revdex.com,*** *** had days to read review and understand his terms and conditions and he kept his policy as of 12/18/ After the day grace period our terms and conditions clearly state the down payment is non refundableWe voided out the cancellation fee that's the most we can do. supervisors sent well over an hour on the phone explaining the breakdown of the refund with *** *** no further action will be taken on this policy.
