Dear Revdex.com, [redacted] purchased a Silver Monthly plan for $not $as he stated And so we may remind [redacted] the reason he never received the reimbursement allowance was because he disputed his monthly paymentsRespectfully there in nothing to resolve on this complaint [redacted] took it upon him self to dispute and refund him selfRespectfully Resolutions Department

Dear Revdex.com, [redacted] warranties were cancelled on 03/06/and refunded back on his credit cardThe only reason the accounts were cancelled was because of a declined claim.Stanley has nothing to resolve in this complaint since it was solved way before he even entered the Revdex.com complaintRespectfully resolutions Department

Dear Revdex.com, The technician went out to customer house and established that the parts are no longer available due to age of the itemClaims department offered the customer a $reimbursement for the item needing repair even though the amount as per the service contract is $thank you

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Stanley stated, on several occasions, that they would be dispatching a technician but never didEach time I called they stated that they were going to send a technician, but the business they supposedly contacted stated that they had not been contacted by StanleyIn addition to this I never said that it was a serious leak, only that it was a plumbing issueI have the gold plan which clearly states that interior plumbing is covered Regards, [redacted]

Dear Revdex.com, [redacted] repaired her Kitchen refrigerator with out notifying Stanley and she was informed this might not be approved [redacted] was then instructed to send in proof of the repair and maybe Stanley would issue her a one time courtesy reimbursement checkSince it was not authorized originally by Stanley [redacted] was informed it may take up to days from the day we receive proof on 05/04/via email attached you can find the email sent by [redacted] Stanley was set to send out a reimbursement check for the amount of $on 09/4/On August 04/Stanley's billing department called [redacted] and informed her that she would need to keep all her monthly payments current so there is no delay on her check[redacted] has declined on payment since August,September,October,And November we have called [redacted] more then ten times to inform her that she is past due more then days and has been sent to collections for the total amount of $Stanley respectfully ask's the NJ Revdex.com to close this complaint since we followed our terms and conditions and we went above and beyond for this customer

Dear BBB, [redacted] never paid for the home warranty his Title company did and it was for the sum of $799.00. Policy became active and he entered 6 claims in one day for all pre-existing problems in the home which are not covered by Stanley. Stanley spoke to [redacted] ... [redacted] from Colorado on 01/21/2015 and explained the problem we were having with [redacted] they understood and we refunded via check to the [redacted] from Colorado for $359.99 the pro-rated amount minus any cancel fees. Dear Revdex.com, [redacted] authorized Stanley Warranty to charge the renewal of his home warrantyIt was charged the same day [redacted] gave the sales rep permission and provided his banking infoWhen [redacted] called in to cancel the renewal it was December 2,We informed [redacted] its not an issue we have cancelled his account and issued the refundThe check will be placed in the mail on Monday 12/28/2015, Stanley can only follow protocolThe most Stanley can do at this point is shorten the refund period from days to Stanley would like to respectfully remind the Revdex.com and [redacted] Stanley has not done anything wrong and this information was disclosed to Mr[redacted] Respectfully

Dear Revdex.com, [redacted] entered a claim for her ac system and when we reached out to her we explained we can not service the claim until the past due balance is paidMs [redacted] provided an updated ACH payment that declinedThe amount due is $plus declined fees of $bringing the grand total of $Stanley reached out to [redacted] informing her with the complete amount owedNo one is harassing [redacted] we simply informed her she will be moved to collections as of November 7,Stanley respectfully ask the Revdex.com to close this complaint since [redacted] does owe the balance of $and the account is delinquentRespectfully Resolution's Department
