Please add your rejection comments below. Regards, Staples HQ seems to be avoiding the problem I had with Staples-[redacted]. Many of the statements made by Staples-[redacted] and noted in my complaint were never addressed. As an example in paragraph 3 I was assured by Staples-[redacted] they could obtain most if not all of my files. I asked about [redacted], [redacted], [redacted] and [redacted] and was told they could not recover this since the data belonged to other companies. I did not want new information, only what was on my files and belonged to me . When I first opened my reworked computer there was [redacted], [redacted] application Support, and other companies information that had told me they could not recover. Misinformation. In paragraph 6 I asked for an exlanation why 183 songs in my [redacted] file was recoverable and now loaded in [redacted]. They never explained this back to your or to your office. In paragraph 7 I called and spoke to AD something about problems. He visited by home and asked which browser I was using. I told him [redacted] or [redacted]. He suggested to me [redacted] was better. At any rate he change to [redacted] and was able to download both files I needed. Not in paragraph 11 I discussed a memo received from Staples hQ where he sates It is important to note the issue experienced seems to be browser and websites conflicts which is not something the Easy Tech (personnel of [redacted]-Staples) fix. Your Revdex.com office must have missed this on my complaint. No comment or answer provided. Also I recall [redacted] -Staples had advised me Easy kTech would be a method I could use to contact Staples-[redacted] to fix any problems I might have with the repaird computer. Your Nov 2 email notified me the business has sent your office an answer. Staples apologizes for the issues the customer has experience and thates the Easy Tech team has offered to assist which is untrue. They have never called. Why should they with Staples Hq has determined the problem is a browser website problem which they are unable to fix.My complaint against and questions asked Staples were never fully answered by Staples or addressed by the your office.  I am not sure I would let them try if they did make contact.I not satisfied with their lack of response nor your assistance in solving same.[redacted]

Staples apologizes for the inconvenience. We sent an email confirmation to the customer's email address on the order at 2:53 pm on 11/24/2016. We are unable to offer any discounts or compensation for this order.

Staples does apologize for the inconvenience. The sale was "while supplies last" and the item is out of stock. A substitute is not available, nor are we able to backorder the item for the customer.

The response is false.  I'm happy to provide the pictures.  The problem is the unit weighs 50+ pounds and I can't turn it over to take the picture they want.  They are welcome to inspect it or pick it up.Revdex.com:

Per the terms of the 25% Back offer, customers may only qualify for one promotion in a single transaction. The 25%...

back in Rewards would not apply to this item. We informed the customer of these terms via email.

[  Staples has a business contract with the Post Office.  I expect that they not offer a service if they could not trust that it worked. If I purchased a pen from them, they would not expect me to purchase extra insurance that the pen would work.  If the product is inferior, I would expect them to stop selling it.  If they can't get the package delivered, they should not sell the service. If you are rejecting the business's response please enter your rejection comments here.]

Staples apologizes for any inconvenience we may have caused the customer. We have addressed the concern with Associate Relations and Management will use this experience for coaching and training purposes.

Please add your rejection comments below. I did received many calls from Staples. One or two ladies keep calling me. I did call back several times to their number and left voice mail for them with my address. HOWEVER, they still called me and bother me for my home address.  How many times should I call them and left my voice message ?  Due to my work security requirement, I could not accept their calls inside my office. BTW: I have NEVER received any email from staples for this complain. Regards,

The order is delivered in 2 boxes. Each box is the identical size and can only hold 2 laptop each. So I received only 4 laptops for each order. For example, the order [redacted] came in 2 boxes as shown in the system. Box #1 ([redacted]) contains 2 of [redacted] 14-[redacted] and there is no problem. However, Box #2 ([redacted]) that supposed to have 2 of [redacted] 15-[redacted] and 2 of [redacted] 15-[redacted] contains ONLY 2 of [redacted] 15-[redacted]. The weight looks correct because it was pre entered and it didnt really pass the scale. I have pictures of both boxes attached for this order and from those you can see the size of the boxes and what is inside. Please do some REAL investigation rather than just checking the tracking numbers.

Staples apologizes for the inconvenience the customer experienced. We have suspended the gift card on the order on 12/06. The authorization will take 7-10 business day to drop off the account, although some issuing banks may take up to 30 days to remove the pending authorization.

The matter is NOT resolved, A. I STILL have not received a proper receipt, B. They still show the item as SHIPPING to me, when I've already picked it up, and C. They have TWO pending charges for this printer in my Credit Card account when I only bought one. This matter is NOT resolved, I don't care what they think
