I am rejecting this response because:Our facility which takes care of up to residents is being taken advantage ofI made myself quite clear in my first statement with multiple reasons for quitting StericycleA reasonable company wouldn't charge over $900/boxI found a company doing the same exact business charging $with no formal agreement requiredIt would also not force an unsatisfied customer to pay out to term more than half of what was going to be paid to get out of an illegal agreementA reasonable company would charge a reasonable price for a service or product to try to hold onto a customerI'm the new general manager of the business and it doesn't take a genius to see that we've been taken advantage of for years and years! We will pay no more! Stericycle has stolen enough of our money and cheated seniors under our care by forcing us to raise prices in order to absorb the cost of doing businessMaine seniors deserve better!

While we regret Ms*** dissatisfaction, the terms and conditions of our agreement does state in section 2a; “This agreement shall automatically renew for successive terms equal to the original term unless either party has given days notice in writing during the six month period prior to
the renewal date of its’ desire to terminate this agreement”One of the primary reasons our agreements are set to automatically renew is so that the medical waste removal continues as scheduled, reducing the risk of non-compliance with state regulationsWe have offered to work with Ms*** on potential resolutions to this matter, however they have insisted upon proceeding with termination of their service agreementNonetheless, we value *** ***, DDS as a long time Stericycle customer and in the interest of maintaining positive relations we have agreed terminate their account without assessing liquidated damagesWe will be sending one of our service personnel to perform a final piand to retrieve any remaining Stericycle boxes or tubs on Tuesday August 16th

Our
service agreements do allow for periodic price increases and these increases
are a standard condition of our service agreement to help cover any cost
increases we may face to meet regulatory requirements across local, state, and
federal standards as well as prepare for investments in our
business to keep
abreast of needed technology and ensure the protection of our customers as part
of our 'cradle to grave' service offeringHowever, we are more than willing to work with our customers to find a service
program with a rate that works for themWe offer a variety of different
program levels and pifrequencies and can help to evaluate these options
We will have one of our Managers reach out to Ms*** directly in order to review potential solutions to this matter

I have had numerous phone calls and emails with Stericycle representatives, as quoted in my complaint, and we feel they are not offering a reasonable price and contract length and we wish to teminate our agreement with them without penalty

I am rejecting this response because:Since you have continued a pattern to contact an office and convince receptionists, dental assistants, and now my RN(these have all been documented that you have done) to echosign for a "deal" to save your boss money, I am going to make sure that is made public so that this will no longer occur I am an entity just like a hospital You wouldn't call a floor and have a nurse sign a deal through the internet for the hospital I was on medical leave My husband was paying bills until I returned and all was sorted out PA Law dictates termination fees are not allowed to be charged when there is no equipment I will be contacting my lawyers

One of our Managers has connected with Ms***, they are currently working on a potential solutions to this matter

I am rejecting this response because: They are not telling the truth..No one from their organization has made any attempt to call myself or my office..I am done attempting to contact them. If they want to contact me they will have to learn how to dial the phone and not lie about these non existent attempts that they say they are making. Again...they are wasting my time

I am rejecting this response because: We have asked for revised statement MANY times and in the time it took to get this we have been called twice and both times we asked for a statement to be sent and it never isWe get a bunch of junk email from Stericycle but NEVER the revised statement in question per the agreement madeAll we are asking is that Stericycle honor the agreement they made

In closing, although we believe our contract to be entirely valid, in the interest of maintaining positive customer relations we will agree to cancel the account without penalty as requestedWe will be sending one of our service personnel to *** *** *** location to remove any remaining Stericycle boxes or tubs on Monday February 29,

Although we believe our agreement to be entirely valid and enforceable, *** *** MD has been a good customer to us over the yearsIn the interests of maintaining positive relations we will agree to remove the balance for service rendered and liquidated damages on account # *** leaving the amount due to Stericycle $
