While we regret Ms*** dissatisfaction, we believe we have acted in full accordance with the service agreement signed by *** Dental Care that does not expire until June 1, We have offered to work with *** Dental Care on potential resolutions to this matter, however they have
insisted upon proceeding with the early termination of a service agreement still within its' initial term therefore we feel the liquidated damages provision outlined in section 2c is validShould *** Dental Care wish to resume discussions around continuing services with Stericycle and finishing out the remainder of their agreement, we would be happy to continue that dialogue

Our service agreements do allow for periodic price increases and these increases are a standard condition of our service agreement to help cover any cost increases we may face to meet regulatory requirements across local, state, and federal standards as well as prepare for investments in our business to keep abreast of needed technology and ensure the protection of our customers as part of our 'cradle to grave' service offering
However, we are more than willing to work with our customers to find a service program with a rate that works for themWe offer a variety of different program levels and pifrequencies and can help to evaluate these optionsWe will have one of our Managers reach out to Mr*** directly in order to review potential solutions to this matter

As stated in the complaint I filed, I never signed a contract with StericycleAs the company deceived people in my business to obtain an electronic signature for a contract that they were never authorize to enter into
into it on my behalf, the only true solution would be the cancel the contract that I never signed or reviewedI first saw the "contract" when I went to cancel my service and they sent us a copy of a contract that they claimed one of my employees electronically signed although she told me that she never did so and has no memory of itI would have never entered into any contract with Stericycle as I was already looking into other companies to have this service provided for my officeIn their response, they mentioned about "cost increases" That was not my issueMy issue is that I never and may I repeat never, signed a contract with stericycle or authorized any my employees to do so

Please note, the terms and conditions of our service agreement do allow for price increases to address cost escalationOur price increases are a standard condition of our service agreement to help cover any cost increases we may face to meet
regulatory requirements across local, state, and federal standards as well as prepare for investments in our business to keep abreast of needed technology and ensure the protection of our customers as part of our 'cradle to grave' service offeringWhile we try to absorb most of these costs, at times we must pass them on to our customersStericycle uses its business judgment to allocate increases in costs that are incurred on a system-wide basis to individual accounts
One example of a significant investment made by Stericycle is a massive incinerator improvement projectWe are required to upgrade all incinerators nationwide in order to meet EPA requirementsThis is a multi-million dollar investment that Stericycle has made in order to remain complaint with federal guidelines
Nonetheless, we value Fox Valley Ear Nose & Throat as a long time Stericycle customer and in the interest of maintaining positive relations we have agreed to terminate their account and will wave the liquidated damages

This is the LOWEST plan you have!!!! So no you don't have any agreements that will fit us any longerTwo picks up with less than pounds total a year for $is not in any way reasonable, it is highway robbery, not to mention the sneaky way you "slide in" new contracts that bind the client for at least years and to get out of this unreasonable mess you now want almost $how is this in any way reasonable? you are having to tie your clients in because that is the only way to keep them or use your scare tactics of pay us this money if you want outWe are not having this, with no more business than we used with your company this is over kill and we are not going to settle for thisWhat I suggested above is the ONLY resolution we are agreeable to

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me

We preface our signature line with the statement “By signing below I acknowledge that I am the customer’s authorized officer or agent and that I have the authority to bind customer to this agreement…” so that the individual reading the document will verify before signing that they are authorized to do so
On our end we have no way of knowing who is or is not authorized to sign an agreement for a particular officeTypically accepting and paying for the service for a significant period of time also serves to ratify the agreementIt is unfortunate that your representative did not read and understand what was signed
In closing, although we believe our agreement to be entirely valid, in the interest of maintaining positive relations, we will remove the liquidated damages previously bill $4,on account# *** leaving the balance due $for service renderedWe hope that this is an amicable resolution to this matterWe have enjoyed servicing the Dr***’s office and we truly appreciate their business
