While we regret Drs*** dissatisfaction, we believe our contract to be entirely valid and bindingThe current service program for Drs*** does include numerous OSHA compliance services such as annual on-site
trainings and inspections in addition to their regular medical waste disposalWe have attempted to resolve this matter by offering to negotiate with Drs*** and believe we presented an amicable resolution for both partiesHowever they have insisted upon proceeding with the early termination of a service agreement still within its' initial term, therefore we feel the liquidated damages provision outlined in section 2c is validAs an attempt to reach a compromise here, we will offer to meet in the middle and Stericycle will waive half of the current liquidated damages charges of $2,610.00, leaving Drs*** responsible for $2,

We do not accept this offer, as we have already paid exorbitant fees by using StericycleOur previous over payment, by thousands of dollars, in comparison to market rate for similar service, should be compensatory in lieu of the remaining "liquidated damages" charges of $As for the "OSHA compliance services", which we did not utilize in 2015, a reputable company will be offering that service to meet our requirement needsWe ask that Stericycle rescind all claims for liquidated damages against our company, as there are numerous, similar claims against Stericycle that have been resolved in that manner

While we regret DrLerner dissatisfaction, we believe we have acted in full accordance with the service agreement signed by Dr*** officeWe have offered to work with Dr*** office on potential resolutions to this matter, however this account does have a signed service agreement on file that does not expire until September 1, and they have insisted upon proceeding with the early termination of a service agreement still within its' initial term therefore we feel the liquidated damages provision outlined in section 2c is validAdditionally, we believe we presented an amicable resolution for both parties by offering to reduce the Liquidated damages chargedShould Dr*** office wish to resume discussions around continuing services with Stericycle and finishing out the remainder of their agreement, we would be happy to continue that dialogue

I am rejecting this response because: My husband, ***, and I have talked with Stericycle a few times directly, each time my request for a sooner pick up is overlooked and there is no explanation of why my pick up was moved from April 6th to June without any notificationWhen speaking to a supervisor at Stericycle named ***, she was very aggressive and yelling over the phoneEach time we speak directly, they ignore that they are in violation of their contract and try to get me to sign another long term contractEven the Revdex.com has warnings against Stericycle for other consumers to avoid signing things with this companyThis is why we are hesitant to contact Stericycle directly, I do not want to sign anymore contracts with themThey refuse to acknowledge that they are in the wrongOur last pick up was 10/20/2016, so weeks after our last pick up would have been April 6th, We had one scheduled on 4/6/and they failed to showWhen I called they stated that our next pick up is in June with no explanationBy their own reply, they acknowledge that the pickups should be weeks apartWhy was mine moved without notice and why is it going to be two months late? Stericylce, please acknowledge you are in the wrong, and please offer a resolutionI do not feel Stericycle is acting in good faith.

We stayed at the Hotel on 9/3/and checked out on 9/4/ When I checked out I asked if we owed anything and the employee with (enicho) stated $ I paid her cash and we left The hotel reservation was under my wife's name *** *** After I arrive home and back to work I noticed that Choice Privileges charged my debit card the $ I contacted the hotel and finally after about or phone calls Jose called me back and said that he saw on the cameras where I had paid the cash and that the account showed that it was direct billed by Choice Privileges and that I should no have paid the cash this was on or about 9/8/or 9/9/he contacted back and said that he would get a refund to me
