I would like to sincerely apologize for any miscommunication that occurred with changes in routingThere are occasions a route can be adjusted to suit the needs of our business and we do the best to inform each customer by phone of these changesOur goal is to provide world class Customer Service and when we fall short of that goal, we strive to immediately address and resolve the issueWe apologize if these changes were not relayed to you however this it is not in breach of the service agreementA customer can contact us any time to request a sooner or later pickup alternative to the dates provided where routing is available, not exceeding the allowed number of pickups per their agreement period
We have offered to work with *** Dental, LLCon a potential resolutions to this matter, however they have insisted upon proceeding with the early termination of a service agreement still within its’ initial term therefore we feel the liquidated damages provision outlined in section 2c is validWe will cancel Stericycle account # *** as requested and we will be sending one of our service personnel to your location to remove any remaining Stericycle boxes or tubs on Friday June 16th as a final pickupThe request for early termination while the contract is still within its’ initial term will generate an early termination charge of $ in addition to the monthly service fee billed for services to be rendered leaving the amount due $ Should Ms*** wish to resume discussions around continuing services with Stericycle and finishing out the remainder of their agreement, we would be happy to continue that dialogue

*** *** requesting to remove unused services and to cancel additional locations services, but leaving the *** Medical Spa in *** *** activeIn order for any ***ges to take effect on an account a new agreement is generated of the ***ges and a signature is required, this agreement included a year term service as did the previous agreement from We preface our signature line with the statement “By signing below I acknowledge that I am the customer’s authorized officer or agent and that I have the authority to bind customer to this agreement…” so that the individual reading the document will verify before signing that they are authorized to do soOn our end we have no way of knowing who is or is not authorized to sign an agreement for a particular officeTypically accepting and paying for the service for a significant period of time also serves to ratify the agreementIt is unfortunate that your representative did not read and understand what was signed

Our service agreements do allow for periodic price increases and these increases are a standard condition of our service agreement to help cover any cost increases we may face to meet regulatory requirements across local, state, and federal standards as well as prepare for investments in our
business to keep abreast of needed technology and ensure the protection of our customers as part of our 'cradle to grave' service offering
However, we are more than willing to work with our customers to find a service program with a rate that works for themWe offer a variety of different program levels and pifrequencies and can help to evaluate these optionsWe will have one of our Managers reach out to Mr*** directly in order to review potential solutions to this matter

We had one of our managers reach out to the Dr*** and they are currently working on a resolution

It is clear that Mr*** does not understand the role that *** played in his transaction or the fact that our response did not suggest that we attempted contact with Mr***’ attorney. As previously stated, we were advised that Mr***’ had an attorney by *** US LLC (“***”) and was directed by *** not to move forward until we heard from Mr***’ attorney. It is important to recognize that *** has no supervening authority to repurchase or replace a Consumer’s vehicle. That authority comes directly from a Manufacturer and, in this case, ***. *** directed *** to suspend Mr***’ replacement transaction. Since Mr*** has stated that he has not retained an attorney and as a courtesy to Mr***, we will forward his request to continue with his replacement transaction to *** for their consideration
