Please note that the terms and conditions of our agreement does state in section 2a; “This agreement shall automatically renew for successive terms equal to the original term unless either party has given days notice in writing during the six month period prior to the renewal date of its’ desire
to terminate this agreement”One of the primary reasons our agreements are set to automatically renew is so that the medical waste removal continues as scheduled, reducing the risk of non-compliance with state regulations.This particular agreement was signed in August of 2013, and did automatically renew in August of We continued to provide service as scheduled until we were requested to cancel the account in May of At the time of the cancellation request we did offer to work with *** *** * *** *** on a modified service agreement that could be adjusted to suit any changes in their medical waste needs, however they declined our offers.In closing, although we believe our contract to be entirely valid, in the interest of maintaining positive customer relations we will agree to waive the penalty previously billed leaving the balance due We have enjoyed servicing the *** *** * *** *** and we truly appreciate their business

I am rejecting this response because:The issue here is that the contract Stericycle is referring to would never have been signed in the first place were it not for their misrepresentation of what was in the document. The email containing the document was titled
"Stericycle Container Correction" and the instructions in the email said it was "paperwork for your office to correct the container allotment". There was never any discussion or communication about signing a new contract. Additionally, $18,is not a reasonable estimation of Stericycle's actual damages and seems to be functioning instead as a penalty. The only acceptable resolution in this case would be for Stericycle to waive the liquidated damages fee

Our service agreements do allow for periodic price increases and these increases are a standard condition of our service agreement to help cover any cost increases we may face to meet regulatory requirements across local, state, and federal standards as well as prepare for investments in our
business to keep abreast of needed technology and ensure the protection of our customers as part of our 'cradle to grave' service offering

Stericycle picked up the box from one of our locations yesterdayThis was done prior to our rebuttal submission on this site yesterdayOur company President states that no official termination with Stericycle has been signed and as the current dispute is unresolved the boxes should not be removed from our contracted locationsWe have not agreed to pay any termination feesThe box should be returned to the Kinston locationOur Corporate Attorney will be reviewing this matter

I am rejecting this response because: We as a business do not feel like we have been given what we were promised prior to attempting to leave StericycleService was terrible and our biohazarded bins were not picked like promised by the companyWe feel like Stericyle mislead our office and was given a representative who wasn't willing to help our officeWe are sorry that this matter was not able to be resolved

While we regret Ms*** dissatisfaction, we believe we have acted in full accordance with the service agreement signed by Ms*** that does not expire until April 1, We have offered to work with *** *** *** *** on potential resolutions to this matter, however they have insisted
upon proceeding with the early termination of a service agreement still within its' initial term therefore we feel the liquidated damages provision outlined in section 2c is validAs an attempt to reach a compromise here, we will offer to reduce the amount due to Stericycle leaving the balance due $

I am rejecting this response because: WE WILL NOT PAY FOR SERVICES NO LONGER RENDERED FOR SERVICES CHARGED EXTREMELY HIGH BUT SERVICES ARE EXTREMELY POOR WE ARE NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE THIS IS THE REASON WE CANCELLED THE SERVICES ASIDE FROM AUTOMATICALLY RENEWING OUR CONTRACT WITHOUT NOTIFICATION, THE UNEXPLAINED HIDDEN CHARGES, ETCETC .In order to maintain a positive relationship with us, we would like Stericycle to completely waive the penalties for services no longer rendered and services that we are not happy

Stericycle provides recall related services to manufacturers and in accordance with those manufacturer's guidelinesWe have received and reviewed the records related to this reimbursement request and although Stericycle did issue the checks properly we have received authorization to reissue the
checks related to this requestMs*** will be receiving replacement checks via *** in the next days

I am rejecting this response because:The avenue that Stericycle is suggesting, having a specialist contact Dr*** or Dr*** to try to 'tailor' a better or different contract for their business to help resolve this complaint, was the same solution that was undertaken about three to four years agoWhen the same complaints were voiced by our office then pertaining to our first contractAfter they perceptually renegotiated a more amicable verbal agreement that they stated would meet all our needs based on our complaints, the contractual monthly fee promised the second contract once again changed to reflect an increase that continually goes up each monthThere is no way that their regulatory or any other increases they state go up each month that significantly. We have been running a business for over thirty years and have not ever seen such increases in cost on a monthly basis as they state.We, at *** Dental Care, do not want their services anymore
