belive it is better for us to terminate the contract at this timeunless they offer us a services for pickups a year for $a month. stericyle left a message and I returned the call but was going to voice mail

One of our Managers is working directly with Mr***; we are awaiting a response from Mr*** to resolve this issueWe look forward to reaching an amicable resolution for both parties

While we regret Ms*** dissatisfaction, our service agreement does outline in section 2c that a liquidated damages charge will be assessed when an agreement is prematurely terminatedStericycle faces costs associated with building each customer into our routes and processing schedulesThis helps us recoup after an un-planned loss which does have an impact on our business
In closing, we believe we acted in full accordance with the service agreement signed by Ms***However, as a means of maintaining positive customer relations, we will agree to waive the balance for the early termination fee of $account #*** as requestedWe truly appreciate the opportunity we have had to serve *** *** *** of GB over the years and wish continued success for the business

They have reached out to me and proposed to "wipe the slate clean" and come up with a new contract proposal If their offer works out I may accept it, however in dealing with this company, until I see it in writing (which they have said they will do) nothing is resolved at this point Therefore I am waiting for their follow-through

While we regret Dr*** ***’s dissatisfaction, we
believe we have acted in full accordance with the service agreement signed by
Dr*** ***’s office. We have offered to work with Dr***
***’s office on potential resolutions to this matter; however this
account does
have a signed service agreement on file that does not expire until
December 1, Dr*** ***’s office has insisted upon proceeding
with the early termination of a service agreement still within its' initial
term, therefore we feel the liquidated damages provision outlined in section 2c
is validAs an attempt to reach a compromise here, we will offer to meet in
the middle and Stericycle will waive half of the current liquidated damages
charge of $2,494.00, leaving the balance due $1,247.00, effectively removing
the service fee’s bill for no services rendered on account #***

well as prepare for investments in our business to keep abreast of needed technology and ensure the protection of our customers as part of our ‘cradle to grave’ service offeringWhile we try to absorb most of these costs, at times we must pass them on to our customersAdditionally, please note, the current service program for *** *** of the * * does include numerous OSHA compliance services, in addition to their regular medical waste disposalTherefore the comparison with other local competitors may not be 'apples to apples'.We have offered to work with *** *** of the * * on potential resolutions to this matter, however they have insisted upon proceeding with the early termination of a service agreement still within its’ initial term therefore we feel the liquidated damages provision outlined in section 2c is validShould Ms*** wish to resume discussions around continuing services with Stericycle and finishing out the remainder of their agreement, we would be happy to continue that dialogue
