While we regret Mr. ***’s dissatisfaction, we believe our contract to be entirely valid and binding. We have attempted to resolve this matter by offering to negotiate with Mr. [redacted] and believe we presented an amicable resolution for both parties. As an attempt to reach a compromise here, we will remove the fees billed leaving the amount due 0.00.

Please note, the terms and conditions of our service agreement do allow for price increases to address cost escalationOur price increases are a standard condition of our service agreement to help cover any cost increases we may face to meet regulatory requirements across local, state, and federal standards as well as prepare for investments in our business to keep abreast of needed technology and ensure the protection of our customers as part of our ‘cradle to grave’ service offeringWhile we try to absorb most of these costs, at times we must pass them on to our customersStericycle uses its business judgment to allocate increases in costs that are incurred on a system-wide basis to individual accounts.One example of a significant investment made by Stericycle is a massive incinerator improvement projectWe are required to upgrade all incinerators nationwide in order to meet EPA requirementsThis is a multi-million dollar investment that Stericycle has made in order to remain complaint with federal guidelines.Nonetheless, we value [redacted] as a long time Stericycle customer and in the interest of maintaining positive relations we have agreed to terminate their Stericycle account # [redacted] without assessing liquidated damages, leaving the amount due $ We truly appreciate the opportunity we have had to serve [redacted] over the years and wish continued success for the business

While we regret Ms [redacted] 's dissatisfaction, we believe we have acted in full accordance with the service agreement signed by [redacted] We have offered to work with [redacted] on potential resolutions to this matter, however they have insisted upon proceeding with the early termination of a service agreement still within its' initial term therefore we feel the liquidated damages provision outlined in section 2c is validShould [redacted] locations , Stericycle account numbers 8005085-001, 8005086-001, 8005869-001, 8005088-001, 8006046-001, 8006002-001, 8238414-001, 8005089-and 8005868-& wish to resume discussions around continuing services with Stericycle and finishing out the remainder of their agreement, we would be happy to continue that dialogueWe will be sending one of our service personnel to perform a final piat the above locations and to retrieve any remaining Stericycle boxes or tubs

We preface our signature line with the statement “By signing below I acknowledge that I am the customer’s authorized officer or agent and that I have the authority to bind customer to this agreement ” so that the individual reading the document will verify before signing that they are authorized to do so On our end we have no way of knowing who is or is not authorized to sign an agreement for a particular office Typically accepting and paying for the service for a significant period of time also serves to ratify the agreement It is unfortunate that your client’s representative did not read and understand what was signed.In closing, although we believe our agreement to be entirely valid, in the interest of maintaining positive relations, we will remove the penalty as requested effectively removing the fee’s billed were no services were rendered

My name is [redacted] ***I stayed at the Suburban Inn hotel on 11/3/2017-11/5/2017.I filled out the review request that was sent to me from Choice HotelsI did include in my review about the discomfort we experienced while at the Suburban Extended Stay in Avondale, La(roaches, A/C not working and the loud neighbors) I did receive a phone call and message from Stacy S [redacted] stating that she would add points to my Choice hotels account for my troublesI still have not received the points I earned for my stay nor the points she supposedly gave meShe did explain to me that she was just filling in for another manager and she gave me the general manager's emailI emailed the GM times and have not received any response

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Stericycle has not honored the contract The contract allows for increase in price to justify their operating costs A twenty percent increase in price every year is well beyond the increase in operating costs, therefore a breach of contract Other companies are providing identical services for a fraction (namely 1/4) of the cost that Stericycle is trying to charge me.Sincerely, [redacted]

While we regret Mr [redacted] ’s dissatisfaction, we have reached out to Ms [redacted] regarding the credit card request inquiring about a refund This credit card autopay was setup by your place of business to process credit card paymentsAs for the amount billed for the liquidated damages, we believe we have acted in full accordance with the service agreement signed by [redacted] ’s officeWe have offered to work with [redacted] ’s office on potential resolutions to this matter, however they have insisted upon proceeding with the early termination of a service agreement still within its’ initial term therefore we feel the liquidated damages provision outlined in section 2c is validShould [redacted] ,DDS wish to resume discussions around continuing services with Stericycle and finishing out the remainder of their agreement, we would be happy to continue that dialogue

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Our major complaint is that we are being held to a contract with Stericycle that in itself is not necessarily valid The way in which Stericycle has continued to use deceptive practices in an attempt to make us pay for unnecessary products and services make us not trust the company and we do not wish to continue with the company any further We are requesting that Stericycle let us out of this questionable contract without any penalties We just wish to go our separate ways and not be forced to do business with a company that we can't trust Sincerely, [redacted]
