I verbally and in writing requested an onsite shred truck up to 200 boxes for 2 locations within 3 miles of each other. I was very clear on what I needed, where and when. ONSITE SHRED TRUCK - said it several times. They sent me one man and a box truck to load and shred OFFSITE. The best part...a month later I get a bill for over $4000 billing me for 180 boxes which there is no possible way he picked up 180 boxes from 1 site AND $600 in gas/mileage. Valuable lesson - do your homework. READ all the reviews. ASK questions about each and every little add on fee.

I have every other receiptAs an office, these are things we keep track ofWhy do we have to hide our boxes if the driver is only making authorized, scheduled pick ups? How is this resolving the issue? The "response" from stericycle is the exact same as the previous response word for wordClearly it is a pre written reponse that does not have anything to do with my vomplaintMy complaint is that they do not pick up their scheduled sharps pick ups & yet they insist on charging me! They scheduled a pick up after my last complaintThe driver again did not show upAfter another complaint that the driver did not show up, they finally had a driver come for a pick up The service on private doctors offices from this large corporation that charges a premium is subpar I can not wait until my contract runs out

As an attempt to reach a compromise here, Stericycle will accept the settlement amount of $ Upon receipt of payment we will consider this matter closed
