Repeated calls- do not even give an opportunity to ask to be removed from a call list- refused to identify themselvesWill only speak with the "owner" and just hang up rudely if questioned on what the call is about

We have used Burley Men Moving twice in Victoria and have found them to be excellent From the moment that we contacted them for a quote, we were dealt with fairly and with concern for what we needed in terms of dates & arrangementsThe movers came right on timeThey made sure that they were careful with moving the furniture pieces in an efficient way and dealt easily with elevators, stairs, and tricky doorways The last move, we were not able to give them much notice, and yet they still accommodated our tight time line I would recommend them highly In fact, I would not use any other Moving Company for moves in and around Victoria and Vancouver Island

I used 2Burleymen Moving in [redacted] , BC to move from [redacted] sqftcondo (bedrooms/living/kitchen/dining room) to another condo of similar size on [redacted] The movers were on time but arrived in a truck that had [redacted] Moving for a company logoThe movers said that they were short of trucks and had to use this oneThings started downhill from thereThere is an elevator in my building and the elevator key somehow wasn't working and the elevator got stuck on the 1st floor (where my condo was- 1st floor but there is above ground parking underneath the building)After fooling around with the key for a good ***, the more experienced mover decided to use the stairsHe told me that elevators were considered a luxury for movers as not all buildings have themThe men got the boxes all loaded up and were efficient with thatAn elevator repair man got the elevator moving again, but the key for it was unusable, so the elevator doors could not be locked openUsually movers fill the elevator up with the goods and can lock the door openThese movers that showed up at my place decided to carry one item at a time from my unit to the elevator, down the elevator, to their truck, and use the elevator to come up again to the 1st floorThey did not pile my things in the elevator lobby (like all other movers I have seen and used before)Some things were very light and a child could have carried themThey did not use a platform dolly to move these lighter itemsThe only time the platform was used was for a few of the heavier furniture piecesThis process from these 'experienced/ and 'professional' movers took them [redacted] hours from start to finishThe job should have taken about [redacted] to maybe [redacted] hoursI phoned the manager on Monday to complain about this move and his attitude was appallingHe stuck up for his men, said I should have phoned as the phone number was on the side of the truck (no it wasn't as it wasn't a 2Burleymen truck), I couldn't phone anyways as my phone had been disconnected and I don't have a cell phoneHe also said [redacted] (Who are these guys - professional movers that don't use stairs?) This manager seemed to think that taking [redacted] hours to move rooms of furniture and things was not unusual [redacted] I ended up hanging up on this so called manager after telling him that I will never recommend his company to anyone [redacted] [redacted] This move ended up costing me [redacted] I have checked the website for 2Burleymen and there is nowhere to write or email them and I see no address for their head office to voice a complaint

In response to the above complaint, we have taken appropriate steps to ensure that all customers receive a positive service and quality experience at our store All customer complaints are addressed by the manager and owner for improvement in our store performance The owner has spoke with this customer and offered to meet with him to discuss his concerns; however, the customer rather rudely declined the offer This customer has frequented our restaurant on many occasions and we have done our best to address his concerns and provide quality sandwiches and friendly service to all customers

Horrible business people.....they sent a pen with my Business name and phone on itThey called me a few days after I received the pen and asked to order more pens and magnet cards but I told them I'm not interestingAfter that day they keep calling my business everyday just hung up the phone without saying anythingDo I really want to do business with someone like this?

If you DARE order from them ONCE they keep calling and keep calling and keep calling -- even if you ask them a number of times (as in dozens now) to NOT call you againBecause their number shows up on caller ID leading us to not answer their calls, they've started calling as "Private Caller." As a business, we have to answer our phone While I'm not a fan of our current president, having a sales person call him the "N" word while forcing yet another awful joke on me was the end of our business relationship Other business owners -- do yourselves a favor and do NOT buy anything from themIt's not worth the hassle and their products are inferior anyway

Watch out for the $Prog and Setup fee After receiving my phone - I got charged $ No one, at anytime during my hour ordeal (I wanted a Galaxy they wanted to sell me a Motorola phone) was there any mention of a fee for selling me a phone I purchased my phone at the New River Mall in Christiansburg Virginia

Received a call from the business stating that they will be sending us a money order for $to forward to the consumer

I have done business with this company a few times and each time it has been a negative experience with promises of fixing the problemEach time the problems are not only not resolved but they tend to only get worseI have lots of pictures and proof of the improper and inferior products shipped to me as well as terrible print quality and mistakes that are simply unacceptableI will gladly share these with the world I'm an attempt to save someone else the terrible experience and awful customer serviceThis place is highly unethicalOnce they sell you something good luck getting a return call or answer to your problemsThey will call and call trying to sell you junk but will not listen to your problems at allSave yourself the headache and purchase from a reputable companyStellar Graffix is dishonest and unfair

Had a move date booked with this companyVery friendly to deal withShortly before the move date, we found that we would need to keep our items 'in storage' as we couldn't move into our new place until the following dayThe office told us 'no problem' we will do a late pick up and then hold everything on the truck for delivery the following dayWhat a relief! The additional cost was minimalThe fellows that did the pick up and delivery were polite, friendly, very good to deal with The only negative I would state about this business is the fact that they are VERY BUSY and it seems that their office should be more automatedThe bookings are written down on paper (I kid you not) and sometimes their debit machine is not working at all

VTB has been in touch with the customer and while we both agree that this issue was caused by human error, we are not able to agree upon the final outcome The brand of tub the customer purchased over the VTB website is a brand that is not warehoused at the VTB warehouse rather it is shipped from the manufacturer’s warehouse directly to the customer The order was placed on 1/12, processed on 1/to the manufacturer and the manufacturer advised same day that this model of tub had been discontinued, apologized for lack of notification and provided the new model number that was available The new model is twice the price of the original so one of the VTB sales reps and the manufacturers sales rep worked together to find one of the original models at another retailer or a suitably priced alternate tub Unfortunately after a few days of communication both lost track of the order, resulting in our customer not being notified that the model was no longer available until the estimated delivery date Understandably the customer was very upset which resulted in this complaintThe customer has asked that her additional expenses be reimbursed as she had already scheduled contractors and to keep the project on schedule, a new more expensive tub was ordered from another retailerVintage Tub & Bath advises our customers via the Order acknowledgement that ship dates are estimates only and we recommend that contractors, plumbers etc., are not scheduled until the product is delivered and inspected The full purchase price was actually refunded prior to the complaint being filed, per our records While VTB did not agree to the amount that customer requested, a $Gift Card was offered but declined by customer as she did not feel that our website offered product that was contemporary enough for her project
