[redacted] [redacted] [redacted] Dear: MR/ MRS My respond about the complaint from [redacted] The cash register at the subway restaurant was down at that moment ( it's computer system ) that's why the employee fail to give [redacted] the receipt and he ask ** [redacted] if he can wait little bit ....but [redacted] give him attitude and left the store, and about we charge him extra money or tax, sorry this is not correct very simple we have no control at the prices it's control by subway corp ( it"s already software programmed ) if you have any question please feel free to contact the store manager [redacted] at ###-###-####Sincerely [redacted]

We used Burly Men for our move a couple of years ago My husband had recently had foot surgery (he has great timing) and we had year old and a tight timeline The smaller truck we had ordered wasn't available, so they came with a bigger truck (great for us) They were on time, very fast and very efficient They moved all the heavy awkward stuff I will never move without help again!

Consumer just wanted her refund We are sending her a refund per a money order

Business states that there are two separate buttons for the diand take out optionsMaking it very simple to charge the customers accordinglyOnce again, if the consumer is adamant about being wrongly charged, they may bring their receipt into the store and have it reviewed by ***(store manager)

This is probably one of the most unprofessional companies that I have had dealings with They called me three times in one day and WILL NOT STOP WHEN I'VE ASKED MULTIPLE TIMES!!! I do not want to do business with these obnoxious people I bought one product through them and it wasn't any good

Burley men, [redacted] and [redacted] , were fabulous! They were very helpful, considerate, and took great care with our belongings I've never hired professional movers before but in the future will not give it a second thought This experience was very positive and these two strong and personable guys made my move so much less stressful I was also impressed at the accommodation the company was able to do for us since we phoned up the day before at the last minute

I bought Pen lights from this company The first lights I tried didn't work I contacted the company to return the pens and get a refund They refused and offered me a $credit to my account for a future purchase I told them till I got satisfaction with this order, there would be no future orders The company continues tot call frequently from a blocked number and I continue to ask to be removed from their call list I get hung up on A LOT!! I am tired of this company bothering me and not standing behind their product I would never have made the first order with this company if I new how they did business and how they don't care about their customers satisfactionI will NEVER recommend this company! If there is a class action against this company, sign me up

We needed a plumber for a few issues and our neighbor recommended Charles moon plumbing out of dagsboro DelawareI gave them a call and had them send out a technicianThe technician was very professional and seemed to be very knowledgableI would recommend this company to anyone

The account balance was taken to a zero balance as explained by the customer. However, another transaction caused the account problems. Due to privacy concerns I cannot give any detail. If the customer calls our office at [redacted] we can explain in detail. Also, part of... that discussion can include asking the client for a settlement.

The owner Michael C [redacted] is a scam and will not do a professional job on your yardhe was suppose to trim the trees in our yard and remove plants throughout the yard and haul away the debrishe stated it would take to days, but weeks later he is no where to be found and left the debris in our yard, did not trim all the trees, and did not remove unwant plantsHe had mowed the plant level with the groundAnd to top it all off was caught smoking pot in our yard

my daughters vehicle was taken there by AAA repair truck so it can be fixedwas told first it might be a camshift actuator solenoid than they said fuel pump and it will be alrightand I said fix it so my daughter can be able to take her yrold to day care and herself to work which she's not even a year thereI was charged so she picked up vehicle thinking it was fixed drove it around Monday the day she got it picked up her yrold started to going shopping for groceriesThan leaving out at Walmart car stops in traffic and wouldn't startthe baby was panicking and my daughter as well called me up mind you I'm miles away in Arkansasso I talked her through it finally she was safely on side of roadwas able to restart vehicle and went straight home and told her to take it back could of been killedshe took it back so they could make adjustmenti thought they would of looked at their era fix it for free and have my daughter safely drive aroundBut now trying to

Terrible serviceHusband booked this for our 5th anniversaryCouples massage with therapistsNo one answered his calls all dayIt was a holiday weekend *** promised him he would receive communication on who was coming and when
He heard nothing all dayOnly showed and she was lateShe couldn't get ahold of *** either to find out where the other therapist wasShe did end up doing massages and we tipped her well

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]

I have reviewed the details of the complaint and customer
did place an order over our website for a product that was out of stock at that
time and is currently due to arrive back into inventory next week. The website actually stated” CALL FOR
AVAILABILITY” not “In Stock” as customer states
The item is still out of stock and the site
still states “CALL FOR AVAILABILITY” At the time customer placed the order the
product was due to arrive in Mid November and the back order status was
confirmed via the Order Acknowledgment as well as a verbal confirmation from
one of our Sales representatives. At
that time the customer chose to keep the item on order and wait for itCustomer later called in days later and spoke with our
Sales team to cancel the back ordered item and order an alternate which shipped
within days of ordering. Our records
show that the customer emailed us asking for a RMA (Return Materials
Authorization) on 10/which we issued and sent to him via email. In regards to the later emails that customer advises were
sent, I checked all the In, Sent and Deleted mail boxes for our Customer
Service deptand found only one subsequent email sent on 11/which we replied to on 11/Customer returned two boxes as stated but only one box was
originally received from ***. While it
is true that the tracking for both boxes shows signed for by the Receiving
dept., the Receiver signs for a number of boxes listed on the delivery receipt,
not for each individual package. The
large Enclosure box was not on the pallet of returns on the day that signature
indicates it was received *** found it
and delivered it the next time they made deliveries to VTB which was 11/ On 10/our Returns Deptnoted that the RMA was received
in Part and was not complete, the Accounting deptthought it prudent to wait
to see if the missing item would be received and refund for all products at one
time. The VTB website states that “We will notify you via email once we have received
and processed the returned productPlease allow business days for
processingRefunds will be credited to the original purchasing credit card
account number onlyYour credit card company may take up to days after
processing to post the credit to your account” The refund was issued back
to customers Credit Card on 11/which was business days after receipt of
the large enclosure box. A restock fee
of 5% was deducted not 15% as customer stated. We are sorry that customer felt that we were withholding the
refund and that we were neglecting to reply to emails, my investigation does
not support those statements
