I understand the customers frustration, however, the issue is a warranty claim and as previously stated, Vintage Tub & Bath does not warrant a product beyond the manufacturer's warrantyVintage Tub & Bath will assist our customers by filing the claim on their behalf with the manufacturer because we have the record of sale available to us and many customers do notAs with most Manufacturer warranties, The *** Collections cowill send repair parts first and replace a full product only if it cannot be repaired. The *** Collections cohas determined in this case that the issue is with the side sprayer and they have sent a new side sprayer to the customer to replace the defective one. Vintage Tub & Bath has advised The *** Collections coof this complaint and the customers wish to have the faucet replaced. Vintage Tub & Bath is not changing position on our copolicy for manufacturer warranty claim and are not responsible for replacing this manufacturers faucetIf customer feels that he needs to pursue a new faucet, I recommend that he contact the *** Collections coat this time

This customer brought her poodles in for grooming and instructed me to do the same haircut as last one I gave themThey had been in times priorShe had never requested that I shave clean feet on her poodles, nor did she this timeI groomed the dogs, charged her $each, she paid, and was
happy when she leftAt closing time, she came in and said I had not shaved clean feet on her dogsI told her she had not requested that when she brought the girls inShe said she just expected me to do itTo make her happy, I agreed to try to get them shaved the next day, but I wasn't too sure how it would go because the dogs are not very cooperative on anything to do with their feetEspecially ***, who is very old and has panic attacksI did one of the younger ones feet and it was very difficultI told her that I was not going to do this any more on her dogs as it was too stressful on them and meEspecially the old galI wouldn't even do that todayThe customer got all upset and threatened to call the Revdex.comI told her to go ahead and do thatI am not required to do anything, especially something that I feel is not safe and even dangerousShe stormed outside and called the police and obviously made a complaint to youI do not feel I owe her a refund as I did not charge her for the shaved feet to begin withMy fee for poodles is $45, plus $for shaved feetSince she was never charged the extra $5, I should not be expected to refund it!

The company told me to let them know what parts I needed but then each time I told them they'd never respondThey basically said what they needed to for this situation but made no actual attempts to help me at allWhen I did not here a response about them sending I asked them to please let me know if they are sending me parts or not because I was going to be a few hours from there a few days later but still got no response until this claim was filedThe company did say they would refund the bike if I paid for the shipping and also said it would be really expensive if it was even possible because it now had gas in itI was sent a new bike that wouldn't run so the company should've replaced it or made it rightThey would respond to me until I told them what parts I needed then nothingThis is like buying a new car that won't run and having to take it elsewhere to get it runningThe company just kept giving me the run around and did nothing to help meI want my money back

After this incident happened I arrived at the store a couple hours laterThe employee had informed of what had happenedRight away I spoke to the employee who had dealt with the customer directly and the other employee on duty about how this issue should of been handledThe employee received a
verbal warning and since then has been retrained and as well has other employees on providing better customer service as well as correctly ringing up customers so an issue like this never arises again.We would like to apologize for the service received as well as the customer being rung up incorrectlyWe are willing to offer the customer full refundPlease let know how the customer would like to proceed regarding the refund

The service is always poor, the workers answer phone calls in the middle of making subs, constantly standing in the back texting rather than helping customers, every time I come in I have to find someone to help meThe lobby is always dirty and trash is always everywhere

STOP CALLING ME! I have been in business for a number of years and at first started dealing with a nice salesman, PUSHY but nice I purchased merchandise on numerous occasions and some items were not of great quality I explained to him that I was dealing locally as I belonged to a networking group and I thanked him for the past business Then another person called and bad mouthed the nice salesman I was dealing with When I told him I was not interested, he said some very nasty things and used excessive profanity and hung upI asked to speak to a supervisor and insisted I be taken off of their call list Since then, I am contacted at least once a month, same corny jokes, same lines and I usually get hung up on I have to answer the number as it is from a "private caller." PLEASE STOP CALLING ME!!!

The reason I reject this offer is because I paid for a service to have my dogs face and paws trimmed and did not get the service completedThis is not the first time they been groomed at SuperDogs; they been there several times beforeIf ** Linda feels she was not going to give me the full poodle cut, she should have told me so and I would have made arrangements to take them somewhere else, but she still took my money any way and did not give me the service I ask forI never had my poodle groomed without having their paws and faces trimmedThese are poodles, you don't cut their body and legs and leave the paws and faces just growing wildThat was not professional of herI work hard for my money like everyone elseI was robbed by her service

Am a rep for an insurance company and we receive sales calls all the timewhen the owner of the business isnt busy I tell whoever is one the phone that he or she iswhen I told this person who called from this company this, the person on the other end, a male, called me a "Lying piece of ***" and them hung up!!

I did receive my 1st order of key chainsIt came quickly I did test several of them and they do work My order was for royal blue, but they did some blue and black, which is not a big deal to meNot sure if I'll use them again, but it was pretty painless

I am rejecting this response because:I requested a managers name to speak with due to me telling them in person the last time the charged me tax that they could not do anything about itI did not receive any name instead they sent the same response. RED FLAG!!!

advising Mr*** that his vehicle was impounded, where it was, what the charges were and the procedure to get the vehicle releasedOn 2/2/Mr*** came to ASAP and was escorted to his vehicle to retrieve the paperwork that was needed to take to the police station and get his vehicle releaseMr*** did not return with the release from the South Bend PolicePer police rules, nothing may be removed from the vehicle without the consent of the police departmentMr*** did not obtain that consentASAP will not break the law to allow Mr*** to retrieve his belongingsAll Mr*** needs to do is go to the police station with his registration, photo id and insurance (if he has it) and obtain the releaseThen Mr*** needs to bring the release to ASAP and he will be escorted to the vehicle to remove his belongingsThis has been explained to Mr*** on more than one occasionWe will not go against police procedureThe "red tape" is asking ASAP to go against police procedureWe will not do that

The customer asked to wait for a specific color to come in before shipping. That is the reason this ATV was not shipped immediately. The customer has now been refunded. If the customer would like to order again in the future, we will gladly upgrade their ATV purchase to the next
model for free as this was a misunderstanding
