I've tried unsuccessfully for years to get this coto stop callingI had to pretend I would buy something in order to get a manager on the phoneWhen she finally gave me a little information about the company I again asked her to remove me from their call list or I would report them to the Revdex.comThe she started an incredible rant calling me a *** *** ***! and other expletives over and over again

MsStewart:My company is in receipt of the attached complaint dated 6-13-2017. I have also attached a letter dated 6-19-from my head of construction, Richard B***. It seems as if an individual is standing extremely far from the sink due to his body type. Water is getting
between he and the sink/vanity causing the peeling. The sink is not peeling or falling apart, as she states. The vanity is peeling, as it is made of wood, not porcelain like the sink.Regardless, my company has run several "service calls" that were either frivolous, or in which we performed work above and beyond the scope of the contract (i.einstalling grab bars). A signed completion certificate is included for the project and each subsequent service call.Her assertion that there is a design default with the sink is unproven. We will be happy to review any evidence presented from a licensed and certified engineer who concluded that the sink design is deficient. On her contract, she has a year warranty on labor and manufacturers warranties on the products. I would be happy to get her information regarding the sink and vanity, and she can discuss the alleged design defects with the manufacturers.Please let me know what if any other reasonable requests we could possibly honor to help satisfy the customer.Josh S***, Member

also presented a coupon of Buy Footlong and oz drink and get the second sub for free (with this coupon applied if there is refund taking place both the subs have to be paid in full)Later that day she did come in the store with the complain that the *** was carbonated which is not true in the first place because we have *** for a while and have received no such complaints.Putting that aside, Employee on duty welcomed her and as customer courtesy she asked the customer to get any fountain drink of her choice but she just wanted a refund or a bottle drinkExchange of fountain drink with bottled beverage could not be possible because coupon clearly states only Oz drink has to be bought with a footlong to get another footlong for freeRefund was an option that she did not want to proceed with because then she would have to pay for footlongs at regular menu since she did not want to buy oz cupWe tried our best to address the situation with the customer while she was in storeWe apologize for any inconvenience that the customer had to faced and we would like for her to come back so we would like to offer her a deal of Buy Get Free sub (any Tier or subs).We are thankful for bringing this incident to our knowledgeIf you have any questions, comments or concerns please don't hesitate to contact us at: SincerelyStore Manger (Subway)

I have reached out to speak with customer but have not received a reply as of yet
The customer was given incorrect information at the time of the orderThe email address that was entered into the account was incorrect, which prevented the customer from receiving the tracking emails
Due
to these errors, the correct action for VTB to take is to refund the customer the full purchase price of the sink as we prevented her from being able to comply with our inspection requirementsThe customers requested refund was issued on 11/16/

As a book rental customer, my experience with Sweeney’s was very disappointing The manager of the store gave out incomplete advice to my son (student) to replace a rental book My son purchased a replacement book which met the standards that were offered from the manager's advice When the book was presented to the manager, the book was rejected due to higher standards that were not previously mentioned The rejection led to late replacement fees, which are very expensiveSweeney should have a more formal written policy instead of a random advice from the Sweeney manager

The steak sub is considered a premimum sub and is not included in this offer
Some markets or stores have opted to offer ALL subs for $5, however the Madison market that this store is part of did not.

I have been receiving numerous phone calls from this company, sometimes daily! No one speaks, they hang up after I have excused my self from a customer or interrupted a project I am working onOccasionally they have called to sell me ink pins with my business logoI decline but the constant calling has got to stop!!!

Yes, we requested multiple pictures because the first picture that was sent was blurred and did not indicate where the hole wasTo make the best, most informed decision, we needed better picturesAfter the pictures were received, it was determined that the damage was not due to manufacturer defect, rather something having been pushed through the tub causing a hole in the interior wallIn acrylic tubs, the defects are cracks in the acrylic and those cracks do not form circular holes that show a clear point of impact with a straight edge running through the centerThe customer stated to us that he was not present during the installation, the hole was not noticed until after the installation was complete and the shower curtain was being hung
Vintage Tub & Bath is a reputable cowe stand behind our products and honor valid warranty claims, if there were any doubt that this could be a manufacturers defect, the tub would have been replaced as quickly as possible for the customer at no cost
Vintage Tub & Bath is not unsympathetic to the customers issue and because we do not wish to profit from his misfortune, we have offered to sell a new tub hull at a greatly reduced priceThis offer will still be honored if he chooses to accept it

The customer did order and return a faucet from Vintage Tub & Bath as stated. When the faucet was inspected by the Returns Deptthey found that there were multiple blemishes in the finish on the faucet, the packaging was insufficient to protect the faucet on the return trip and that VTB
would not be issuing a refund. I sent the pictures to the customer showing the damage and advising that VTB would not be issuing a refund, she argued stating that it was shipped to her in that condition. Because we are a fair and honest coI advised that I would have the Warehouse manager send me some pictures of how a new faucet would be packaged from our factory and shipped, as well as check to see if we could have shipped the faucet to her with the blemishes on it. The Manager sent me pictures of a new faucet and how it was packaged, which was not the same condition that the customer returned her faucet in. The Manager actually took more pictures of the returned faucet showing that the washers and lock washers were laying loosely in the bottom of the box. The parts had not been packaged in the smaller boxes or wrapped in the bubble wrap that it was in originally and that the drain actually had plumbers putty on it, indicating that an attempt at installation was made. When I sent all the new pictures to the customer she indicated that she would like the faucet returned and we sent it back to her as requested. Vintage Tub & Bath is happy to issue a refund for items returned within our Returns Policy guidelines, posted in multiple locations on our site and emailed to each customer that requests an RMA from our co. This customers' return did not meet our guidelines as it was damaged and partially installed, a refund was not issued

Stellar Graphix has been the worst company I have ever had dealings with I've asked them to remove our company from their call list and never call us again, but now they call from a blocked number and continue toharass our employees I've called back and spoken to a manager who assured me that we would not be receiving any more phone calls, but yet we continue to get calls from this company! We will NEVER do business and wish to NEVER speak to them again!
