I received your letter today in regards to the customer complaint. The customer contacted our corporate office on August 27, at 8:00am. That comment
was then forwarded to me the local owner on August 27, at 9:11am. On August 27, 2015, I sent the customer a letter. The letter stated:
Mrs***,
I received your comment from our corporate office. I am sorry about the rude behavior you received from all three of my employees. I have or will be speaking with each of them about how they handled you. The offer you saw on SPOT.ph Eat+Drink Cheap Eats was for the Philippines. The article stated to click here for a list of Subway branches. If you clicked on it, it then brought you to the Philippines web site. Then you could click on restaurant locator to get a list of restaurants. The list was for the Philippines. Again sorry about the confusion. The employees should have explained that this offer was for the Philippines only when you called. I have included a coupon for the rudeness you encountered from my employees***
I included a picture of the web site she saw the offer on showing she needed to click here for a list of Subway branches, then a picture of the next screen showing the button for restaurant locator, and then the next screen showing the list of restaurants all in the PhilippinesIf you need any additional information please contact me at *** ***

Horrible company! I was called by their promotional rep to purchase some promotional keychains for my business They arrived and they all had the wrong company info on them I called Stellar Graphix and some woman tried to sell me ice scrapers! I told her I wanted a refund for the items sent due to the wrong info....she hung up on me in a huff! Couldn't believe it! I called the next day and talked to a man who essentially did the same thing! I am calling the Revdex.com and the AZ State Attorney General's office to complain (I will have to wait in line it seems!) I don't know why Stellar Graphix is allowed to prey on honest business people....they need to be shut down! Please, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM...THEY ARE CROOKS!

I am rejecting this response because: it's been over a month since my faucet started leaking and over a month since I've been able to use my kitchen sink -- all because of a defective product and because the company kept dragging out their responses and not taking action So far I have had to pay for plumber visits and if I accept this response I will have a 3rd plumber's visit to pay for -- just to see if the part they send does resolve the problem What if it doesn't? I want a sure answer to the problem and only one more plummer visit -- I want a replacement faucet.

As you can see in the attached copy from the store records as well as Subway on-line ordering records, Customer's $was refunded on the same day, Friday 08/11/17.Customer placed an online order on 08/11/17. She called the store to change the order and I told her that we are out of egg and
I could substitute other meats or refund her money.She made irrelevant statements, I assume because of my accent, such as "I work at a law firm, do you know what that is" and "when you come to this country, you should learn these things."I replied that the money will be refunded and I don't care where she works, not particularly those terms.Thank you

We apologize for the inconvenience you had to go through with your order. The ATV ordered was waiting for a delivery time from the customer by the shipping company. It was at the local terminalDue to the customer’s request to have a refund the ATV was shipped back. The customer
has now been refunded. If the customer would like to order again in the future, we will gladly upgrade their ATV purchase to the next model for free as this was a misunderstanding

The customer did place an order on our website for a brand of product that is drop shipped from the supplier’s warehouse, not stocked in the VTB warehouse. When the order was placed, VTB was not aware that the product was out of stock and not available to ship immediately. The order
history shows that the supplier notified VTB of the back order the same day that customer called to check the status. The CS representative marked the order for cancellation and the order was cancelled, however, there was a coding error after the cancellation which prevented the Accounting deptfrom being notified that a refund was due. Once this error was brought to our attention, the refund was completed and a member of VTB Management contacted the customer, apologized for the delay and provided the refund details for her records

This company totally misrepresented equipment charges for a Verizon phone upgrade offer accepted at the Knoxville Air Show earlier this year I received no satisfaction in calls with their representatives

A guy who said him name was *** ***, but did not identify himself as being with Stellar Graphix (my caller ID gave me that info) called and asked to speak with *** (who is my wife) When I asked if I could help him with something, he hung up on me Did he think my wife would be an easier sell? I can't stand these call center cowards!
