I used 2Burleymen Moving in [redacted], BC to move from [redacted]sq. ft. condo (2 bedrooms/living/kitchen/dining room) to another condo of similar size on [redacted] 2016. The movers were on time but arrived in a truck that had [redacted] Moving for a company logo. The movers said that they were short of trucks and had to use this one. Things started downhill from there. There is an elevator in my building and the elevator key somehow wasn't working and the elevator got stuck on the 1st floor (where my condo was- 1st floor but there is above ground parking underneath the building). After fooling around with the key for a good [redacted], the more experienced mover decided to use the stairs. He told me that elevators were considered a luxury for movers as not all buildings have them. The 2 men got the boxes all loaded up and were efficient with that. An elevator repair man got the elevator moving again, but the key for it was unusable, so the elevator doors could not be locked open. Usually movers fill the elevator up with the goods and can lock the door open. These 2 movers that showed up at my place decided to carry one item at a time from my unit to the elevator, down the elevator, to their truck, and use the elevator to come up again to the 1st floor. They did not pile my things in the elevator lobby (like all other movers I have seen and used before). Some things were very light and a child could have carried them. They did not use a platform dolly to move these lighter items. The only time the platform was used was for a few of the heavier furniture pieces. This process from these 'experienced/ and 'professional' movers took them [redacted] hours from start to finish. The job should have taken about ** to maybe** hours. I phoned the manager on Monday to complain about this move and his attitude was appalling. He stuck up for his men, said I should have phoned as the phone number was on the side of the truck (no it wasn't as it wasn't a 2Burleymen truck), I couldn't phone anyways as my phone had been disconnected and I don't have a cell phone. He also said [redacted]. (Who are these guys - professional movers that don't use stairs?) This manager seemed to think that taking [redacted] hours to move 4 rooms of furniture and things was not unusual [redacted]. I ended up hanging up on this so called manager after telling him that I will never recommend his company to anyone. [redacted]. [redacted]. This move ended up costing me [redacted] I have checked the website for 2Burleymen and there is nowhere to write or email them and I see no address for their head office to voice a complaint.

I have done business with this company a few times and each time it has been a negative experience with promises of fixing the problem. Each time the problems are not only not resolved but they tend to only get worse. I have lots of pictures and proof of the improper and inferior products shipped to me as well as terrible print quality and mistakes that are simply unacceptable. I will gladly share these with the world I'm an attempt to save someone else the terrible experience and awful customer service. This place is highly unethical. Once they sell you something good luck getting a return call or answer to your problems. They will call and call trying to sell you junk but will not listen to your problems at all. Save yourself the headache and purchase from a reputable company. Stellar Graffix is dishonest and unfair.

I have done business with this company and even though they call you every other day, I ended up buying pens and the price was great the sales person was nice. I have no gripes or bhes about my experience with stellar graphix.

Business response taken over the phone on 3/15/2016 by Revdex.com staff (**)
Maria, the owner, states the consumer received a free sandwich, beverage, and chips because of what happened. She received the items prior to reporting them to the Revdex.com. The business believes they have done their...

due diligence and is not willing to offer the consumer anything more.

The business answered  my complaint with the promise of suspension to this employee and a written reprimand in his...

file.  I agreed to this at this time.

My call was returned from New Hampshire, gave me a price of 240.00 to grind stump. told me his men would call before coming to look at the work and give me a firm price. Returned home to find the work done without my approval and no cleanup done when they left. Called mike to talk to him and he hung up on me when we started to talk about price.

Business states that there are two separate buttons for the dine-in and take out options. Making it very simple to charge the customers accordingly. Once again, if the consumer is adamant about being wrongly charged, they may bring their receipt into the store and have it reviewed by [redacted](store manager).

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

I have used the services of 2burleymen 3 times and all times have been a positive experience. They are quick, efficient, courteous and timely.

2 Burley men, [redacted] and [redacted] , were fabulous! They were very helpful, considerate, and took great care with our belongings.
I've never hired professional movers before but in the future will not give it a second thought. This experience was very positive and these two strong and personable guys made my move so much less stressful. I was also impressed at the accommodation the company was able to do for us since we phoned up the day before at the last minute.

I am the manager at this subway location and I listened to 3 sides of the story. 1 from the customer, and another from each of the 2 girls working that night seperately, to find out what went on and why. After hearing the stories it is clear that one of the employees did not handle the situation...

correctly. She should have listened to her Co worker and helped this customer and not ignored the calls made. I have spoke to this employee and written them up since this incident because of the way she handled this situation. I have also had a discussion with her about customer service and the experience we hope to provide to customers when they visit our store. This employee was a key holder and has had that responsibility removed as well to ensure that the store get locked up at the proper time. We have many regular customers who continue to come back to our store and it's unfortunate that this woman had such a poor experience. We have addressed this issue with the staff involved to make sure it does not happen again.

Thefirst Email response was not a quote. It was an automated response with a briefdescription of our rates.The2nd Email sent was a quote based on the customer’s request for anall inclusive price.Aswe said before, the quote we sent included everything (time, packing supplies, fuel and tax). There was no breakdown of time or any additional charges in an all inclusiveprice. The fact that a customer assumed packing supplies were included in an hourlyrate was not due to any of our emails or phone conversations.None of our Emails state packing supplies are included. It's understood that an all inclusive price would include everything but oncethe customer decides to go hourly, all inclusive is no longer in effect and inno way did we inform the customer of that over the phone or in writing. All the Emails we sent never stated that all packing supplies are included. We will not refund packing supplies since it is valid charge.

DONT SHOP HERE! THIS IS NOT A VERIZON CORPORATE STORE!!!!!
There is a big difference between corporate owned and operated vs Verizon Wireless "authorized retailer."Verizon's corporate stores have a standardized 30 Worry Free Guarantee policy that offers a new phone or money back. The return policies of authorized retailers may differ (I had 15 days - which wasn't long enough to realize what a piece of crap they sold me!). Authorized retailers can offer different prices (my phone cost more=higher monthly payments) on phones and accessories, while VZW direct agents have standardized pricing (and they don't get incentive kickbacks like "Authorized Retailer" agents). Only corporate locations can offer VIP upgrade discounts if you're enrolled in the program, and not all authorized retailers honor the Early/Annual Upgrade option.
Go to Harbor Center store or the Kiosk in Annapolis Mall. They are the "real" stores, and you are treated fairly there. Can't say the same for this place! You've been warned!

This is one of the worst companies to work for. I can not even begin to tell you how awful they treat their employees. The owner Sandy curses at the employees if they are not perfect. If Sandy does not like you, she will make sure you are not paid all of your hours. They hire everyone who comes out of prison because normal people will not work for them. They treat people they way they do because they know they need the job. Having a felony makes it hard to find a job, so Sandy thinks she can talk to people any way she wants because she thinks they can't do better. Her husband John just hides out and avoids having to answer the employees questions when there is a problem with the checks or his wife Sandy. I told him 3 times my check was short, he never corrected it and paid me for the hours I worked. They are in litigation with several people. I hope all the madness and evil is stopped one day. Somebody has got to take a stand. I will be the first!

As everyone else here says do not do business with this company, is there possible anything we can do as consumers to possibly put them out of business because out of the 70some complaints on google and 30some here non of which are positive, there has to be something done! Although our experience with them is not as bad as all reviews I've read about them it is still unacceptable! We actually placed an order with these losers which had a dead line for a trade show and the order showed up 2 months late after the date we needed them by none the less they were very crappy in quality, aside from the annoying sales calls we get at least twice a day today was the last time they will ever hear anything other than [redacted]off coming from me. This business which should not even be called a business should be completely closed down forever!!! HORRIBLE...

After placing an order with this company well over a month ago, AND PAYING FOR IT, we never received it. When we called the numbers were disconnected. Fake shipping labels were made on their behalf. I truly believe this company is nothing but a scam!!!! I would recommend steering clear of this company AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2015/08/25) */
I am the owner and I was in the store as the cashier at the time that Ms. [redacted] came into the restaurant. She asked which sandwich was the $6.00 sandwich of the day. My employee told her that the tuna sandwich was the $6 sandwich of the day. ...

She said that she didn't want tuna and ordered a different sandwich. She asked that the sandwich be toasted. When it came time to pay and I told her that the price was $7.17 she started yelling and said that my employee said that it was $6 out the door. I told her that I heard the whole conversation and that wasn't what he said. The tuna was $6 and this sandwich was $6.60 plus tax for being toasted. She blew up and demanded that I sell her the sandwich for $6.00, and that I shouldn't charge her tax. She started to make a scene, calling my employee of 7 years a liar. She did not have possession of the sandwich, I did, I turned and put the sandwich on the back counter and asked her to leave. She told me to shove the sandwich up my a__, and that she was going to call the corporate office and complain. I didn't want to waste the sandwich and would have liked to have worked something out, but she got loud and started yelling at us from the doorway. She left and kept coming back to yell at us. My employee remained professional the whole time, and I kept quite trying not to agitate her or prolong the incident.
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 8, 2015/09/02) */

Representative called and sternly insisted on speaking with the principal. As I pried for information, the representative hung up on me. If you are soliciting for business, don't hang up on a potential client. I WILL NEVER do business with this company as a result.

This company is outrageous, they call from private #s after you block them and when they are asked to stop calling they become very rude.

I have received several phone calls from this company, under various numbers. Stating that I am eligible for auto insurance discounts. First, I do not have auto insurance, do not own a car, nor do I have a license. Secondly, if they are a "Graphics" company, why are they making telemarketing sales calls about auto insurance?
