 As per our discussion this morning, I am reporting that the complaint with Letz’s appliance in Casper regarding our ice maker under warranty and lack of service has been resolved.  We contacted [redacted] regarding the complaint several times over late January and February.  [redacted] arranged to have another appliance service company replace the ice maker.  The ice maker was replaced this Monday the 9th and has been working since.  The other service company was very courteous and seems to have successfully completed the replacement in one short service call.  Your assistance with this complaint is appreciated. [redacted] This email and any files transmitted with it are personal and confidential, and are solely for the use of the individual or entity addressed. My move took place June 23 from a high-rise condo. [redacted] and [redacted] were the two "Burley Men" assigned to my move. They had a great attitude, they were thoughtful, and made everything stress free. I am moving again in December and will hire the 2BurleyMen company again to move me to my ultimate home.

First the guys starts out with a joke about cows. He said I had done business with him before, which I had not. They are trying to sell pens. As soon as I said not interested he hung up. They continued to call back during the day asking for the owner and then hanging up. When you ask them to stop calling they hang up on you. I know this is the company because of Caller ID.

In response to the above complaint, we have taken appropriate steps to ensure that all customers receive a positive service and quality experience at our store.  All customer complaints are addressed by the manager and owner for improvement in our store performance.  The owner has spoke...

with this customer and offered to meet with him to discuss his concerns; however, the customer rather rudely declined the offer.  This customer has frequented our restaurant on many occasions and we have done our best to address his concerns and provide quality sandwiches and friendly service to all customers.

Had a move date booked with this company. Very friendly to deal with. Shortly before the move date, we found that we would need to keep our items 'in storage' as we couldn't move into our new place until the following day. The office told us 'no problem' we will do a late pick up and then hold everything on the truck for delivery the following day. What a relief! The additional cost was minimal. The 2 fellows that did the pick up and delivery were polite, friendly, very good to deal with.
The only negative I would state about this business is the fact that they are VERY BUSY and it seems that their office should be more automated. The bookings are written down on paper (I kid you not) and sometimes their debit machine is not working at all.

Horrible business people.....they sent a pen with my Business name and phone on it. They called me a few days after I received the pen and asked to order more pens and magnet cards but I told them I'm not interesting. After that day they keep calling my business everyday just hung up the phone without saying anything. Do I really want to do business with someone like this?

The employees at this location are completely unprofessional. Janet the manager was yelling and cussing at her employees in front of me and other customers. She proceeded to say that her general manager gave her permission to talk to her employees that way. I don't know what kind of business they're running but it's not one I'd revisit or work for. Horrible experience.

all of our foot longs sandwich has different formula which is determined by Subway Hq we just follow it,all of our Footlong sandwiches were 6.00  in April 2015. If customer order turkey foot long that's $6.00 but if they add bacon or additional item price will change its the company policy...

Watch out for the $40 Prog and Setup fee. After receiving my phone - I got charged $40. No one, at anytime during my 2 hour ordeal (I wanted a Galaxy 7 they wanted to sell me a Motorola phone) was there any mention of a fee for selling me a phone.

I purchased my phone at the New River Mall in Christiansburg Virginia

This company constantly harasses me. They call every day from a private number. They refuse to remove you off their call list. When hearing frustration in my voice they start to laugh and use obscene language. This is a very childish company with no professionalism at all. I regret purchasing one item from this company and STRONGLY advise you use a different company for all your business needs.

This number calls us and asks for the Owner if we say he is not available they just hang up. This is unacceptable and harassing. I called to have us removed from their call list. I had to leave a message. We'll see how that goes.

My Experience with 2 Burley Men movers

I called and reserved a truck from 2 Burley Men in late [redacted].

My move was to be for [redacted]. I have been extremely anxious to move and focused on this date as I have found out the owners of that home were entering the premises while I was at work and made every minute until I had to leave unbearable.

This made my interacting with [redacted] and [redacted] at 2 Burley Men Victoria even harder to swallow.

At [redacted] after no calls I started to get very worried. I called 2 Burley Men at that time and was told the truck was probably gassing up.... I asked him to check. I had requested the truck for [redacted] as I own a business and needed to open after [redacted]am... if they shwed up whenever that made this pretty unprofesisonal.

I was bounced from person to person each speaking to me like [redacted].

Im standing in a room stacked with boxes, my friend has taken the morning off to help... and NO TRUCK IS COMING.

I told the man he had really [redacted].... He responded.. "[redacted]." and he hung up the phone.

This was on speaker and while totally annoyed we assumed the company would make it right.... we were without a doubt..... shocked.



I have an incarcerated hernia and am waiting for surgery. I can't lift the larger itens without fear of further injury. This made me feel even more stressed and ultimately inefectual and terrible.

I called back and asked for the owner/manager... the person who answered the phone said "[redacted]".

I told him I couldnt believe what was happening. Scott [redacted]... and[redacted]....

Shocked.

I said I was a business owner and that 2 Burley Men advertise outside my store.. thats where I made the call from and where I got the number.

[redacted], did not apologize and left me completely feeling [redacted] already stressful, emotional day.

I [redacted] this company and really cant believe they are in operation with such a poor business ethic.

Shame on you 2 Burley Men and [redacted] for an disgusting business ethic and your poor customer service skills.

The part in question is an electric automotive fan.  The part functions but the customer's engine is running hotter than the customer expected.  We have no idea of the cause of the heat or the degree but I was informed the part did (and does) function.  The company does not warrant...

functioning parts and does not warrant fans.  Customer did not want to speak to the fan manufacturer or have us speak to the fan manufacturer.

I've gone to this subway location a few times and NEVER has the cashier given me or any other customer their receipt. This is just not acceptable.
Never have I ever complained or given any "attitude" about not getting a receipt. In fact it was suggested to me by another subway manager that I file a complaint against this particular
location.You lost my business.
I will not go back to this location and I will file a complaint about this at the subway website.

I have received multiple sales calls from Stellar Graphix (SGI as they refer to themselves on the phone). Their telemarketers have the same canned line, "Hi, I told you that I'd follow up with you on the magnets/pens last time we talked to you..." I have asked multiple times to remove my cellphone number from their calling list as I have never done business with their company. It seems I'm not the only one they keep calling. Their numbers come through as blocked or unlisted.

These people have their telemarkerters call daily and they refuse to respect your request for removal. They just hang up on you and call again the next day. Make a note that they will call and say they are SGI in Mesa. It is a play on words so you call the actual SGI in Phoenix to complain about their poor marketing tactics. Don't be confused... it is actually this company trying to deflect angry people. I would never do business with a company like this!

A young woman called our customer service line asking for the owner, I informed her this is a customer service line and I could help her set an appointment if she wished to do that, otherwise to please remove our number from her list. She replied by verbally insulting me calling me a little [redacted] and hung up. It was very inappropriate and I felt compelled to share my experience. Apparently, I'm not the only one with this type of experience from their callers, pretty astonished they're still in business.

Consumer just wanted her refund.  We are sending her a refund per a money order.
