I had arranged for this company to move me on May 2016 from [redacted] to [redacted].. They gave me a quote of 575.00 and no higher than 650.00..I am [redacted] and asked if they had a [redacted] discount..I was advised that they do not do discounts but keep their prices low...On the day of the move they were to arrive at 9am , and at 9:30 I phoned to see when they would be showing up! They told me that I had cancelled and did not have a truck for me! I DID NOT cancel. They did get a truck to me early afternoon and 2 guys started to load the truck..I had a one bedroom apt.and it took them till after 6pm to head for [redacted]...The truck was unloaded by 10:30pm and they gave me my total bill at 1214.00! I was shocked because this is not what I was told at first! They would not accept debit nor a cheque and I have a limit on my Card so my daughter had to help me pay...I am not impressed by this company...I spent 50.00 on food and drinks as I felt sorry the guys had not eaten...My new couch had one of the legs broken and I found lots of scratches on other furniture...I have spread the word to family , friends and social media to not hire these guys...

This is probably one of the most unprofessional companies that I have had dealings with. They called me three times in one day and WILL NOT STOP WHEN I'VE ASKED MULTIPLE TIMES!!! I do not want to do business with these obnoxious people. I bought one product through them and it wasn't any good.

Dear custome we are aware of the problem and if you do want not want any drink then the only option is that you have to pay the difference as you only paid for 1 sandwich and a drink to get another sandwich free. If are to avoid dink in the transaction than your total will go well beyond what you paid much like approximately $5.00 difference will what you owe us. Also the offer that we have given you earlier of buy 1 get 1 free sub is basically saving you atleast $6.00 on a sandwich if you were to look at it. So now coming to the point, we need to know that would you want the 30 oz drink As part of the transaction or not? If you do than there is no refund but we can give you 30 oz fountain drink as customer courtsey and if you do not want it to be the transaction than you will owe us the difference. Again our offer still stands. We appologize for any inconvinience.thank you

After receiving this letter today I tried to figure out who was here that day and what might have happened.  After some research I discovered it was me there my newest employee.  We usually start our new shirts on the first day of the 3rd month. However, since it was new years day they...

started on the 2nd.  This was totally my fault that I did not notice my employee wearing the shirt a day early, I however, did not hear the complaint about the cookies.  I would have honored that price and probably then noticed that he had the advertised cookie shirt one.  My intent was to apologize and take responsibility for the situation.I am an older person with a lot of customer experience and that would have upset me too.  I know it's not the fact that he was overcharged 50 cents.  It's the fact that it was advertised for a price he did not receive.  I am of the age that I do know you get it for the price stated, unfortunately, my younger employee is not aware of that.  I do not recall the customer questioning my employee.  I was probably not present, or I would have stepped in and given him a refund or extra cookies to make up for my mistake.While trying to figure out if I could email this reply to you I called the number on the letter that was sent to me and discovered that I was actually talking to the customer that had made the complaint.  This was not my intent but I did take the opportunity to talk to the gentleman.  I explained to him just what I have stated in the letter.  I think it is resolved to his satisfaction.   I did apologize and asked him what I could do to rectify the situation.  He said nothing was needed, he just wanted to point out the error.  I sincerely apologized and asked him if he would be coming through again, he said no he was just passing through and probably would not be here again.  I also stated this was my error alone and hopefully the other subway managers did not make the error that I had.

With reference to our phone conversation yesterday regarding the refund by a check from Subway, the complaint# is above), please note that our Finance Dept. approved it.  According to our Finance, the business will need to issue the full refund check and put in the Reference section on the check the 16 digits credit card no. and mention that it is “payment for credit card No.”.  The check will be issued to [redacted] directly, once again, it is important to provide the full 16 digits credit card number on the reference in check.  They may send the check to the following address:

We contracted with AZ Sedans to provide transportation on a fixed schedule for three days a week. They were consistently late and sometimes failed to show up. They also tried to change the time on a regular basis in order to accommodate other business opportunities. When we made the decision to cancel their services, we had already prepaid services for the week. The owner, Ben, promised to send a refund and never did. I would not recommend this company to anyone. We were completely dissatisfied with their services.

I bought Pen lights from this company. The first 10 lights I tried didn't work. I contacted the company to return the pens and get a refund. They refused and offered me a $30 credit to my account for a future purchase. I told them till I got satisfaction with this order, there would be no future orders. The company continues tot call frequently from a blocked number and I continue to ask to be removed from their call list. I get hung up on A LOT!! I am tired of this company bothering me and not standing behind their product. I would never have made the first order with this company if I new how they did business and how they don't care about their customers satisfaction. I will NEVER recommend this company! If there is a class action against this company, sign me up.

I am rejecting this response because:This was a take out order. I always tell them it is a take out order and they state that they have to charge on certain sandwiches but could not clarify on which sandwiches. I know that they charge tax on hot sandwiches therefor I never ask for hot sandwich and I also take it to go.

I have been told;

Today, they called and asked if Arnie was there and when I said yes, they hung up.
They will call over and over and never stop.
These people need to be shut down and jailed in my opinion.

The owner Michael C[redacted] is a scam and will not do a professional job on your yard. he was suppose to trim the trees in our yard and remove plants throughout the yard and haul away the debris. he stated it would take 3 to 4 days, but 16 weeks later he is no where to be found and left the debris in our yard, did not trim all the trees, and did not remove unwant plants. He had mowed the plant level with the ground. And to top it all off was caught smoking pot in our yard

She says she would like to take down that complaint about us or even just write a new one since I have contacted her and was very pro active about the situation.   I'm not sure what the next step would be, but I just wanted to let you know that I was able to speak with her and she is very understanding. thanks! We have used 2 Burley Men Moving twice in Victoria and have found them to be excellent. From the moment that we contacted them for a quote, we were dealt with fairly and with concern for what we needed in terms of dates & arrangements. The movers came right on time. They made sure that they were careful with moving the furniture pieces in an efficient way and dealt easily with elevators, stairs, and tricky doorways. The last move, we were not able to give them much notice, and yet they still accommodated our tight time line. I would recommend them highly. In fact, I would not use any other Moving Company for moves in and around Victoria and Vancouver Island

They discriminate against the sex of a minor(17 yr old girl) upon being hired.
They also discriminate against size of said minor in her job duties some of which were illegal for her to do because of her age(working a meat slicer).
Termination was done via text message, and they would not voluntarily return her original working papers.
Then management informed her that she can use them as a reference and they would say she worked there for 6 months. When in reality she only worked two days(7 hours total).

Letz’y TV & Appliance 02/02/2015 Revdex.com #10392298 In response to Consumer Complaint - [redacted] On June 10, 2014- [redacted] and [redacted] purchased a Frigidaire refrigerator. Model: [redacted] Serial: [redacted] from Letz's TV & Appliance. We delivered and setup the refrigerator per our delivery agreement. At no time, during the sale of this refrigerator, did we state that a 1 year parts and labor warranty was provided by our store. The warranty on this refrigerator is a factory warranty provided by the manufacturer "Frigidaire". Letz's TV & Appliance is a Frigidaire product retailer and servicing company that honors the factory warranty of the products we sell. It is not "our" warranty, it is the warranty of Frigidaire Corporation. At the time of the first service call, we responded to a service call on their refrigerator that stated the refrigerator wasn't getting ice from the icemaker. We removed the icemaker, checked it out and reinstalled the unit. The icemaker cycled and filled with water. Since we cannot wait the 2-2.5 hours for the first batch of ice to freeze and dump, our service tech told [redacted] to keep track of the progress and call us. The second call was made by [redacted] stating there still was no ice. Our service tech ordered a new icemaker. When we received the new icemaker, we contacted [redacted] to install the icemaker. Again, because of the time it takes a new icemaker to make the first batch of ice, the service tech instructed [redacted] to call us on the results. We were called by [redacted] and told that the replacement icemaker did not make ice. and we set up another call to check the icemaker. Again we found ice in the icemaker but it would not dump ice. We contacted Frigidaire Factory Tech Support to ask if they were having any problems with their icemakers. We were told at that time they had no complaints out of the ordinary. They would get back to us. We were getting into our busy season between Thanksgiving and Christmas and were overwhelmed with service calls for the season. We did not replace multiple icemakers , and our tech did not refer to the refrigerator as a "lemon" The customer [redacted] and [redacted] state that they assume we are responsible for the repairs under warranty. We are a servicing company, working for the manufacturer "Frigidaire". They are the ones who honors their warranty. The manufacturer is the only one that can issue authorization for an exchange. We notified the Wilbanks' of this and they did not want to call Frigidaire to have them exchange the unit. Also, at the time they were in our store, they loudly expressed their dissatisfaction with out store and service, stating our service tech was incompetant and at that time we suggested that the [redacted] should consider another service shop since they did not have confidence in our service. As of 02/02/2015 we were informed by Frigidaire that in fact they were having issues with their icemakers and a replacement will be available shortly.  If the [redacted] wish for us to install a replacement icemaker, they can contact us at 307-234-9159. If they still think they need a replacement refrigerator they need to contact Frigidaire Corp. @ 1-800-374-4432 #0 for a customer care agent. This customer is correct that there was an issue with how points were added to their Loyalty Card.  Our location had hired multiple new team members in order to staff another location and many of our employees were still learning how to use the register properly.  When...

the mistake was made, our team made every attempt to apologize to the customer immediately and the team also made attempts to resolve the issue at the store level. The staff offered to void the transaction and to ring it up again properly to ensure that the points were added, but the customer refused to let us do that.  We do make mistakes at times, but we also make steps to try to correct those mistakes.  In this case, the customer would not allow us to correct the issue at the store level.
