all of our foot longs sandwich has different formula which is determined by Subway Hq we just follow it,all of our Footlong sandwiches were 6.00  in April 2015. If customer order turkey foot long that's $6.00 but if they add bacon or additional item price will change its the company policy it...

This business is HORRIBLE! I am a small shop in Mn. and made the mistake of ordering pens from a sales rep one time. Cheap pens! From that point on the rep calls my business multiple times per week, sometimes multiple times daily and refuses to take "NO" for an answer. He hangs up if anyone other than I answer the phone. He is rude, pushy and arrogant! I strongly suggest that you NEVER place an order with this company or you will most likely be harassed for life!

I used them for a long haul move from [redacted] to [redacted] and they called me 2 days before the move and said they HAD to come pick me up the next day in the morning ... less than 14 hours notice to finish packing etc. Then he showed up 6 hours late and was alone... 2 burley men turned into 1 man... so, my boyfriend ended up having to help move all the stuff with him. In 30+ degree weather.. When we got to [redacted] they showed up with my stuff and the bill. The bill was 2x more than the owner said it would be and he hung up on me when I tried to explain that my boyfriend had basically worked for him when they picked our stuff up. I will NEVER use, nor promote them in any way.

I am rejecting this response because:
I had called spal prior to speaking with brassworks and again they stated that I need to contact brassworks to handle the return. The fan does not have enough cfms to cool my motor, which brassworks told me it would, as the attached emails that brassworks had FWD to you. Brassworks also informed me that they would allow me to return the wireharness that I purchased if it was not needed. So I am confused as to way the fan does not qualify. For the same. I feel I am being punished due to the fact that I had returned a fan shroud that was defective.

Not sure why they never called me to settle upfront.

I used to deal with this company for pens and other gadgets for my customers. I just received a phone call and stated that I have already ordered these pens that you are describing to me and tried ripping me off when I told him that I have gotten them cheaper with stellar graphix...I stated that I found another vendor who sells them for 89 cents each....not $1.90 each....he said no you didn't and hung up....never will spend another dollar with this company...

I am writing this letter due to a complaint that was filed with you on January 20, 2014 by Mr.

I spoke with both of my employee's that were working that night, according to my employees,
when the customer returned to the store every time the tried to talk to him or...

offer a solution
customer would keep talking and would referred to them as stupid, was talking very loudly and
also said a few choice words, when they asked him to calm down or they were calling the
police, customer just continued on. When I arrived at the store the police were there and one
of the officers took me outside and talked to me, I was going to offer to replace subs or his
money which ever the customer would prefer but the officer suggested that I just refund his
money so that he could leave.
I called and spoke with Mr. [redacted] on January 31, 2014 and apologized again for the experience
he had at our Subway. Told him that I spoke with both employee's about how to properly
handle a customer that is not happy with their product, that they should always either remake
the customers food or refund their money, which ever they preferred and makes the customer
happy.
I also emailed the customer with an apology and sent him an offer for two 12" regular subs, I let
him know that I was doing so as well. I let him know that we value his business and that I
wanted to keep him as a customer. He was pleased with the outcome and told me his problem
wasn't with the store it was with the employee's and I assured him that something like this
would never happen again.

They will continuously harass you with unsolicited calls no matter how many times you tell them you are not interested and to remove your number from their call list. They block their phone number when they call you, so only PRIVATE CALLER appears on the caller ID.

The cash register at the subway restaurant was down at that moment ( it's computer system ) that's why the employee  fail to give [redacted] the receipt and he ask **  [redacted] if he can wait little bit ....but [redacted] give him attitude and left the store, and about we charge him extra money or tax, sorry this is not correct very simple we have no control at the prices it's control by subway corp ( it"s  already software programmed ) if you have any question please feel free to contact the store manager  [redacted] at ###-###-####. I rented a storage space here and there is a sign stating 24 hour access. When I returned the next day after 7 PM, I was unable to enter and saw an employee outside. Asked him why I was unable to enter. He asked if I had paid an additional $10 for 24 hour access. I had not because I had not been advised it worked in that manner. I advise the signage said 24 hour access and no one told me additional payment was required for 24 hour access. Female employee told me a "new" employee wrote the rental and didn't know. Why wouldn't they know. I told her the lack of knowledge by their staff was not my problem. RIP off. This is a totally unprofessional establishment. From the rental of a truck to rental of the storage unit. Get your self someplace else for services. Not here.

The customer was angry over a coupon and starting using foul language at staff and another customer. I had to call police to escort her out.

The manager,  [redacted], advised she has already provided the consumer a full refund.

Business states that they only charge taxes...

on hot, heated, toasted and/or dine-in orders. If the consumer believes they were wrongly charged they can return to the restaurant with their receipt so it may be reviewed. Business would be more than willing to explain which items they charge taxes for.

Product was satisfactory but have been constantly bothered by sales reps since the one order. Have asked them not to call again multiple times and they continue to call weekly if not more. I placed my order 2yrs ago and am still dealing with their sales reps. Each time we asked them not to call again we received foul language as a reply. I would not recommend this company to anyone!
