Review: On January 15, 2014, I purchased a "Zumba Exhilarate Body Shaping System 7 DVD Set" from SuddenValues.com. With shipping, I paid $56.99 for this item, but I have never received it. When I check the shipment status on their website, it consistently says "Shipping Status: Awaiting Update from SuddenValues Distribution Center". I've tried sending emails inquiring about the product's whereabouts, and I even left a message for the company via their Facebook page; the only responses I've ever received were the automated replies to my initial email saying "Your request ([redacted]) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff." (Number in parentheses changes if submitting a separate email outside the original thread). The company is also no longer receiving customer phone calls; the only phone number I can find for them - and I tried calling - is one that they use solely to accept new advertisers. I did try to leave a voice message anyway; I did not receive a call back from anyone. I need help in either receiving my money back or having the desired product shipped to me.Desired Settlement: SuddenValues.com either owes me the product I've paid for or a full refund of money I pre-paid.

Review: I ordered a 3.4 ounce bottle of Acqua Di Gio Eau De Toilette on January 9, 2014 for $39 plus $6 shipping . My credit card was charged on January 10, 2014 for $45.00. I have never received the product. I found a phone number and tried to call and it said you could only send emails. I have sent two emails over two months ago and neither has been responded too.Desired Settlement: I would like my credit card refunded ASAP.

Review: I ordered Dr. Dre Solo Hd headphones on May 17th. After 2 weeks Ive been calling every week asking when the product will be shipped. I was told it takes about 4 weeks to receive product. We are approaching almost 2 months and neither the product has been shipped nor my refund. I called two weeks ago and spoke with a younger lady who stated she would process my refund. I called today speaking with an older lady who stated that the process is to hold my item until it arrives and then send me an email with either to ship or cancel and refund. I dont want to wait another few months for a product that is being promised to customers of 2-4 weeks and no delivery. No confirmation, nothing, more like my money was taken out of my account a day after ordered and no product. And now a request to refund my money since no product and im told I have to wait for the imaginary product to arrive. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was transferred to tech support line. I have been very patient up to the 4 week mark and even when told to be patient I did but this is now out of patient level as no product has even been sent out and we are going on 8 weeks. I called two days ago and left a voicemail, no response with the accounting department. I called several times today and left a voicemail again. I called a few more times and got through to another young lady who told me I was in line for a refund and that they are behind. It is going on 2 months, I have not received product and 2 weeks ago I ask for a refund and not even a confirmation on that. I feel this company has extremely bad customer service, imaginary product and is playing games with refunding my money.Desired Settlement: I demand my refund so that I can never do business with this company again.

Review: On April 13, 2013 I ordered a Lifeproof Waterproof Case for iPhone 4/4S for $39.95 from Suddenvalues.com. It took more than a month to receive the case. After receiving it and putting it on my phone it did not work properly. I called Lifeproof support to find out what the problem might be. They asked for the serial numbers on all the parts and I was told this was a counterfeit item. Lifeproof created a "Counterfeit Case" for me and sent me an email letter stating that it was indeed a counterfeit. I contacted SuddenValues and told them that I wanted to return the case for a full refund. I returned the case on May 21 and they received it on May 23. I've emailed them several times inquiring about my refund only to be told "it's been sent to accounting" or "I need to speak to my supervisor". As of this date I have had heard nothing further.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund in the amount of $39.95

Review: I made an online purchase 02/28/14 for brush-heads to fit my Sonicare toothbrush for $16.99 because it was a great price. It was paid via PayPal immediately. To date, I have not received the merchandise that I purchased. I contacted the vendor April 9th and received a response stating that my merchandise would ship the following Monday but I never received it. Then I contacted the vendor April 23rd and received no response, and again May 19th and received no response.

It is a very small amount of money but that's not the point. If I purchase merchandise I expect to receive the merchandise I pay for or I consider it to be a fraudulent vendor.Desired Settlement: Please just send my order as soon as possible. If that cannot be done, please send me a check for reimbursement.

Review: On November 26,2013 I bought dr. Dre beats from Suddenvalues.com.as soon as I purchased them the company took the money out of my account. I bough them as a Christmas gift for a family member. I have still not received them. I have tried to contact the company on several different occasions but have gotten no response. I called a few weeks before Christmas and they told me their goal was to have them shipped out by Christmas and they we're waiting for the headphones to be shipped from their distribution center. When it got a little closer to Christmas and I still have not received my purchase I called the company again but the wait time was over 48 hours. I left a message but never got a call back. On December 19 I emailed them and this is the response I received.

"We are still waiting on the product to arrive. It is in route and we

have experienced some shipping delays. At this time our tracking has

updated and the estimated arrival date of delivery is after Christmas.

I apologize but with shipping delays it is out of our control. We will

do our best to get the product out as soon as it arrives and then you

will be notified of its shipping. Your patience is appreciated."

It is now almost three months since I first purchased my order and I still have not received it. I am starting to think that maybe this site is a scam. They have their money but I still have not gotten my headphones.Desired Settlement: I would like for them to ship my product and give me some sort of discount on the product since it has been almost three months since I purchased the headphones.

Review: I placed an order with information about color and amount, then received an email asking for that info, even though it was on the original order form. I waited almost 4 weeks until I phoned customer service to find out where my order was. The confirmation email stated the order would be shipped out 2-4 weeks. When I phoned a month later, I was told they only had an order for one item, although my credit card had already been charged for 2. I received a voicemail the next day stating that the order had been sorted out and that the items were on the way. Two weeks later I phoned to ask for a tracking number and after several attempts to speak to a supervisor, I finally got through to one who told me the items were on backorder and would go out in "about 1&1/2 weeks". I said I no longer wanted to business with this company so they have started a refund process, which I am skeptical. Unacceptable customer service and it's been almost 2 months since the original oder was placed.Desired Settlement: I would like this to be an officially filed complaint and I would like the company to be notified of the complaint.

Review: I ordered a robotic floor sweeper from Suddenvalues.com on 03/08/13. My debit visa was charged $35 03/10/13. I did not receive the sweeper until April 2013. It was complete junk so I requested a RMA which I received and I sent back the sweeper ASAP. I have requested the status of refund twice via email and was told both times that my name was on the list to receive a refund. As of today, 05/29/13, I still have not received the $35 credit that is due.Desired Settlement: Credit back to original visa used.

Review: I ordered Two Ultra Fire LED flashlights from Sudden Values December 22, 2013 for $38 plus $6 for shipping. That amount was immediately charged to my charge card. The expected delivery was 6 weeks on their order page. We got to 9 weeks and no product. I emailed them February 20, 2014 and again Marcy 13, 2014 requesting when we might get the product for which they have my money. I only received an automated response with each request. A neighbor worked locally for them and I asked for help. He contacted Steven Klock the CEO for which he received a response that the product was on back order and it should be in in a couple of weeks. Two weeks passed and still no response. I contacted Steven Klock and he stated the same thing. Finally I received a response from their Customer Service Department stating the flashlight company grew too fast in 2013 and required an reorganization. That we would be put on the priority list to receive the flashlights as soon as they became available. Still no product by April 9th, so I messaged the company again requesting a response in 2 business days and requested a refund of my total $44.00. With no response from their "Customer Service " depatment after 4 days, I again emailed [redacted] last Friday (April 11, 2014) and requested a response from him in 2 business days. No such response, No product and No refund at this time. This is totally unacceptable.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back in full, including shipping and handling ($44.00) with in a week.

Review: On 2/2/2014 I ordered a 5 pack of LED light bulbs and never received them. I tried to contact the online support to find out the status of my order 3 times, and no response.

Please send my product or if out of the product, I just want my $35.95 refunded. There is no customer service to this company which is disturbing.

Since then I have called everyday, about 7 times, I've emailed, left messages, no returns, and still no credit on my card. Please help me get my money back. I don't think it is right that they were able to charge me before shipping it out! Review: I purchased an item through Sudden Value's website on 7/15/13. They never delivered the product. I called to cancel the order, and they said I would receive a refund on my card and an email confirmation in the next 3 weeks. I received nothing, so in October, I called again. They gave me the same explanation--your order's been cancelled; you'll receive an email confirmation and a refund in the next few weeks. I called again in November, then twice in December. Still nothing. So in essence, they have stolen my money.Desired Settlement: I want a refund credited to the credit card used to make the original purchase for the exact amount plus interest, since they have held my money against my wishes for 6 months now!!

Review: I ordered a [redacted] grill from Suddenvalues.com at the beginning of July 2013. I never received a confirm email and had to call thier customer service several times. They kept saying due to demand it was backordered. That was fine. They got another shipment and I was told I would get one of those and that didn't happen. Then I was told there was ANOTHER shipment coming and I'd be on that list, didn't happen. I finally told them that I no longer wanted it since it was for a vacation and that I just wanted my money back. They offered a credit of $45 towards another purchase and I advised them that I had lost all faith in the company, product and especially service and to process my refund immedietly. That was August 8th. I have written them several times and they flat out ignore my emails. This is October 28th and I have yet to see a refund, the product or any response from this POS company. Review: I purchased a Digital Luggage Scale from SuddenValues.com on 11/17/13 for $14.00 (including S&H) and never received my product. On 2/25/14 I emailed customer service to inquire about tracking info or some type of status update and was informed the item was in a warehouse and that information was still not available. I then sent an email requesting to cancel my order and obtain a refund. I received a reply 2 days later advising me that my order had been put on hold and my request for a refund was sent to the accounting dept. I still have not received my refund and have since emailed customer service 3 more times asking when I might expect to get it. On May 24th I still had not received my order or any information regarding it. Unable to find a phone number on the website I emailed customer service and asked for information regarding my order. Review: I ordered 2 PS3 controllers on December 13, 2013 for Christmas presents for my boys ($58 total). I have not received them. I have called and sent multiple emails. At first, they said it was back ordered and I would receive in January, then February, then in 2 weeks. When I did not receive anything, I've contacted again and again and now I am not getting a response at all from them. It's now April and I have not received the 2 PS3 controllers or a refund or a response.
