This does not resolve my complaint. I was given the 3 to 5 business days answer regarding my original complaint and I still have not received the check. It was supposedly sent on August 2nd. Obviously they were not truthful in their response. If I wait 3 to 5 business days to provide my accepting or rejecting response, I will just have to submit another complaint if I don't get the check as promised. This is why I asked it to be overnighted.

Review: I made an online purchase on March 4, 2013 for 2 Micro Digital Sports Cameras on 3/4/2013. Once I received the cameras and found the quality and the picture presented online was not what was sent to me so I returned them the following week, right around 3/18. I contacted Sudden Values the week of April 14, 2013 at the email address provided to inquire about my refund. I was told they did receive the product I returned (both cameras) and they would be processing my refund that following Friday, which would have been April 19th. I have yet to receive a credit on my credit card for the full amount of my return. I have sent several email to this company, only to recieve a reply that they are working on it. The most recent email sent last week, May 27,2013 I have not received a reply, which is the reason why I am filing this complaint.Desired Settlement: All I am looking for is a credit totaling $59.90, Which is what I paid for the 2 cameras, minus any shipping charges, be applied to my credit card for the products I returned in March 2013. Why it would take them so long to process this credit is beyond me. I have no plans to purchase any products from this company ever again.

Inquired on 8/11/2014 as to when it was expected - was told on 8/12/2014 they were out of color ordered, and would I like another I replied yes, send Blue. They said it was in stock and would ship the following week.

Inquired on 9/2/2014 why Blue wasn't received. Was told on 9/6/2014 that I was being "placed on the priority list"

Inquired on 10/31/2014 - told them to refund my money. No reply.

Inquired on 11/21/2014 - told them to refund my money. Was told on 10/24/2014 that there was a problem with the supplier and they would offer me a company credit of $25.00

I declined and told them I wanted a refund. The funds were debited from my paypal account on 3/7/2014 - $19.00.

It is voucher numer [redacted]Desired Settlement: I want the check and I want the company to be shut down. This is the second time I've had to contact Revdex.com to get my refund.

I've learned my lesson and will unsubscribe from their email.

Review: Ordered via online a product 8/7/13 and never received item. After multiple unanswered emails and non returned phone calls regarding delivery and finally reaching someone I was told that delivery was delayed but the item ordered would be sent the next week. I heard this same excuse over and over but no product ever showed up. 3 weeks ago I got a hold of someone and they said that the product was not coming and that they would "upgrade" my product ordered and send that out the following week.....never arrived. I called two weeks ago and was told that it would be sent the next week, but I asked to refund my payment instead. I was told I would receive that payment this past week, but nothing. I have called both customer service and the AR dept to find out status with no response. I left a message this week giving them the opportunity to contact me and confirm the refund and made it clear that if I didn't hear back I would file this complaint, so obviously no response.Desired Settlement: I would like an immediate refund

This has not been resolved we never received a refund from this company and I’m not sure why it would be closed before I said we did. This company shouldn’t be allowed to be in business based on all the same ripp off activity listed on any posting you read. This needs to stay open and unresolved as no repayment has ever been attempted!

Review: I previously filed a complaint regarding this very issue back in September. 3 2013. Complaint # [redacted] email connected to this complaint is [redacted] After a long drawn out process suddenvalues agreed to give me a complete refund if I sent the items back which I have done. I have however not received my refund and when I email and call them they do not return my calls or emails. With my return I also included a self addressed stamped envelope to help with the refund process. I shipped the items back signature confirmation and it was received and signed for on December 23. The items are two sets of bose in ear headphones. My refund should be $119. My previous complaint was considered closed with the Revdex.com because sudden values told me they would refund my money and I accepted those terms. They have however not follow through with their end of the bargain.Desired Settlement: An immediate complete refund of $119.

Review: On June 6, 2013 I purchased a [redacted] 2 from Sudden Values. Prior to making the purchase I contacted Sudden Values to confirm the item was a genuine [redacted] product as I have recently heard there are many on the market currently that are counterfeit. In fact, I sent them a link to a website showing how to spot a counterfeit. They reassured me that the product was genuine and said they offer a 60 day money back guarantee so I went ahead and purchased the item. After receiving the item 8 weeks later I tried to register the product on [redacted] website. The product could not be registered so I called [redacted] on the phone. The [redacted] Rep told me the lot number on my unit was not a [redacted] lot number and that the unit I purchased was counterfeit. I contacted Suddenvalues and they told me that they had purchased a number of units from [redacted] for a special price without the warranty. I contacted [redacted] once again and they told me they DO NOT SELL UNITS WITHOUT THE WARRANTY AND THAT THE UNIT I PURCHASED FROM SUDDENVALUES IS A COUNTERFEIT. I asked suddenvalues to issue a call tag to have the unit picked up (why should I pay for returning it??? They reassured me it was a genuine [redacted] and it, in fact, was not). They refused to issue the call tag so I sent it back via [redacted] to get the signed receipt to prove the item was returned. I am now awaiting my refund for the unit. We will see. I just don't know how a company can sell products they know are counterfeit and not be prosecuted.Desired Settlement: I expect a refund of $99 dollars that I paid for the unit plus the $9.43 it cost me to ship it back to Suddenvalues.

Please find attached email correspondence I have had with Sudden Values regarding the purchase of the [redacted]. As you can see from the email, I contacted Sudden Values prior to making the purchase and expressed concerns of the item being a counterfeit model. They reassured me that the unit was a genuine [redacted] product and told me they would offer a 60 day money back guarantee. With that reassurance I proceeded with the purchase. Upon receipt of the unit I tried to register the warranty at [redacted]’s website but it would not go through. I called [redacted] and they told me the model number on my unit was not a [redacted] lot number and that my unit was counterfeit. See photo attached showing the model number of the unit I received. I emailed Sudden Values and asked them to issue a call tag to have the unit picked up for return and they refused. I went ahead and shipped to the unit back on my own dime. See [redacted] charges and the signed receipt from Sudden Values attached. I also included the RMA in the return package which is also attached. I have attached more photos of the packaging and the unit I received. This is an intentional attempt at representing a product as the genuine article although it is not. It is illegal to sell counterfeit items in this manner and I’m not sure why Sudden Values is getting away with it.

1. I returned the item and it was received by Sudden Values on 8/5/13.

2. I have not yet received a credit for the return on my order.

3. I paid to have the item returned to Sudden Values but feel like this should be reimbursed to me given the fact that the item I purchased was a counterfeit model being sold illegally.

4. If I am charged a restocking fee I will fight that too. I do not want to be charged a restocking fee for a counterfeit item!

5. Product was returned in the exact condition I received it in and included all original packing and documents. Sudden Values mentioned to me in the email that they purchased the units at a special discounted price as they did not include a warranty. [redacted] confirmed to me on the phone that they do not sell any of their products without the warranty. I appreciate your time and for looking into this matter. Hopefully we can stop the sale of counterfeit goods or at least warn other unsuspecting consumers of the practices of Sudden Values.

So as per previous conversations SuddenValues will not be reimbursing for shipping costs.

Review: In July 2013, I ordered Rosetta Stone Spanish from suddenvalues.com . On July 25th, my debit card was charged $199. I waited 10 weeks for delivery and contacted the company on October 10th. when the product was not delivered. I was told via email that the product was not available.. I was offered a credit for another product which I declined, and requested a refund. On Oct 14th, 2013, I received an email from sudden values stating that my refund request had been transferred to accounting. After several weeks, there was no action. I sent another email and received a reply on Nov 21, 2013 stating that accounting was working to "catch up" and that "as soon as they issue the refund, you will receive an email notification". I have left phone messages, sent email messages through the support center, and still have not received a reply, even though receipt of requests have been stated, along with "is being reviewed by our support staff".Desired Settlement: refund of $199 for product not received

Review: Ordered a MH2001 5in1 Wireless Headphones with Mocrophone Emitter & FM Radio. It was defective and I returned according to their requirements and used their form. Review: I purchased an item from this company on Cyber-Monday (12/2/2013). I paid for it immediately and received an email stating that they had received and processed my payment. It said to allow 2-3 weeks for delivery, so I knew it would be close to the Christmas deadline, but I had hope. I called them on 12/17 to see if it it had shipped and was told they had not received shipping notification from their supplier, but that I would receive an email when they had it. I called again on 12/20 requesting an update and was told the same thing. When I had not received it on 12/24, I called again and had to leave a message, but never heard back from their customer service department. I called again on 12/30 and had to leave a message and never heard back. So, I tried to call again on 1/7, but found a message that stated that all customer service requests had been moved to their online form and to submit the request there. So, I submitted the form requesting information on where my order was. Still, heard nothing back. I tried the form again on 1/27, and got the same response...none. So, I tried one last time today to go through their process of the online form.

I have maintained a calm and collected demeanor when dealing with this company, but since they took my money and have not sent my product, I am beginning to believe that SuddenValues is a fraudulent company. All I want is what I ordered. All I would expect from a company would be a positive customer service experience. I cannot by any means refer anyone to use their services. Although the price appeared to be a great deal on the surface, I guess it was too good to be true. This has definitely been a NEGATIVE experience!Desired Settlement: I would prefer you deliver my order and that it be sent via UPS or FEDEX overnight AM delivery at their cost. I have waited 9 weeks for my order to arrive, so I think that is the least they could do.

Review: On 01/08/2014, I ordered 2- $18 for a Natural Bamboo Charcoal Slim Bodysuit a ($45 value), totaling $ 42.00. Review: Ordered & paid for a Neoprene Bikini Swimsuit on 8/1/15 for $30.00. By 9/1/15 it had not been received so I contacted Sudden Values on their Facebook Page (they don't list a phone #) but I did not hear back from them.

So on 9/4/15, I e-mailed them asking them where the swimsuit was and could they please tell me when it would be delivered and I received a blanket reply "we received your request #11766 and our staff is looking into it".

By 9/9/15 I had not heard anything so I again e-mailed them and received the same blanket reply with a different request, #11810. I really don't think I am ever going to get this swimsuit.

Today, 9/15/15, I e-mailed them that I just want my $30.00 back and that I am going to file a complaint. When I went to the complaint form area I found a phone number which is constantly busy and the other number I found is disconnected.

The thing is, when I ordered the swimsuit I also ordered two watches at the same time and I received those within a week.Desired Settlement: Sudden Values sends me $30.00 within the next 30 days.

Review: On 2/11/2014 I ordered Beats headphone from Sudden values, after several emails I finally got a response 4/24/14 saying "We had a problem with the supplier and are now in the process of refunding customers for there purchase of this item. " I waiedt one week then began emailing and leaving messages about the status of my refund. Review: Suddenvalues.com advertised a product for sale. A Lifeproof case for an iphone. I purchased the case and once the product was finally shipped (after 3 weeks) and received, there were issues. I contacted the manufacturer of the product. The manufacturer stood behind their product and was willing to offer a replacement until I provided them with the serial numbers. The serial numbers on the product are registered as counterfeit. So suddenvalues.com sold me a counterfeit product. I contacted them for a refund and they will not even provide me with a shipping label in order to return the product and process my return. I will now be out the original shipping charge plus the return shipping charge for an illegal, counterfeit product. Suddenvalues.com customer service has become rude and denies their products are counterfeit.Desired Settlement: I would like my original shipping charges reimbursed in addition to the return shipping charges. I also want to ensure that my total purchase cost is refunded promptly.

To the best of our knowledge the life-proof cases are authentic, they are purchased from a European distributor. If you go to our return policy it states that we do not issue shipping labels unless the product is damaged upon receipt of the product. We need the customer to ship the product back and have it be received by our shipping department before we can issue a refund.
