Review: I originally purchased two pairs of headphones on 8/21 for a total of $130. After 8 weeks, I did not receive my product, so I called their customer service number to request a refund since I was no longer interested. The customer service rep informed me that I should expect to see my confirmation email within two weeks.

It is now February, and I have yet to receive my headphones or my refund. I have called multiple times, have spoken to multiple customer services reps, have left voicemails to their customer service department and their accounting department, and sent emails... and I have not received a dime back. I am frustrated with their lack of customer service experience, delay of my refund, and most of all, their terrible business practices. Even when I called multiple times today and yesterday, nobody picked up.Desired Settlement: It has been since August 2013 and I have not received my refund or my products. Because it's been more than 6 months, I would like my full refund of $130, and the two items that I had originally paid for.

After four weeks, the item had not been shipped. I wrote to Support asking for status, I received a response from [redacted] on 26-Feb-2014 and I was told to wait a full six weeks. After six weeks I began asking for updated status. I have never had any response whatsoever on any subsequent occasion.

I have records of acknowledged receipt of my email requests from 20-Apr-2014, 11-May-2014, 16-May-2014, and 21-May-2014. I am reasonably certain that I submitted additional requests for which I no longer have receipts. But I believe I have evidence enough and can furnish these receipts upon request.Desired Settlement: Initially I would have accepted either the item or my money back. I no longer want the item; at this point I only want my money back. I am not asking for interest on the money they have held from me, the return of my $134.00 will be sufficient.

Review: I purchased an item from Sudden Vaules ($150 Babyliss Pro Perfect Curl on 10-2-13. After over a month of not receiving the item I called (several times) and finally reached a rep to request a refund. Since then I have called numerous more times, left voice messages and email messages through all of their customer service options and have had no response.Desired Settlement: I would like my $150 refunded to the debit card I paid with (MasterCard).

Bought a set of pillows from Sudden Values for an early Christmas present ( $36, normally $260 ). AFter paid, was told to use my voucher at the vendor's website to redeem our offer. Voucher never worked. Called multiple times, was disconnected or outright hung up on multiple times. Finally got hold of a customer service rep, was told that they have no authority and to take it up with the vendor.
The vendor wasn't much more helpful, but finally was able to get us sorted out. Sudden Values is a shoddy company with poor customer service and a lack of follow through. Will be marking all of their e-mails as spam from now on.

Review: On 11/27/13, I purchased an 8 pack of Mach 3 Turbo Refill Blades from the suddenvalues.com website. Upon receiving the blades and trying one out, they were found to be defective. Because the Customer Service number is never answered, I left a voicemail. I did originally receive a call back with an RMA number to ship the blades back and once they received them, Sudden Values would issue me a credit. Since this was outside of their stated return policy a credit was to be issued rather than a refund. I accepted these terms and shipped the blades back via USPS on 1/18/2014. They were confirmed recieved on 1/21/14. Since that time, my several calls and emails have went unreturned. I have filed two requests on their website for information on my credit and have not received any additional information back.Desired Settlement: 1) A call back from the company

2) I would prefer a complete refund since I now know their customer service is widely known as sub-par

3) At the very least I want the credit I was originally promised.

Review: I ordered a Breathe Easy Snoring and Apnea Reducing Mouth Piece online on February 20, 2014 and was charged the same day via PayPal. The next communication I received was an e-mail from the seller on March 27, 2014 notifying me that they lacked an apartment number for my address and were therefore unable to ship the product until I provided it to them. I responded on March 29, 2014, requesting that the company cancel my order because of the exceedingly long amount of time they had taken before contacting me with regards to an issue with the order. On April 29, 2014 I received an e-mail notification informing me that my product had been shipped, listing my address, without an apartment number, on the invoice. I have no reasonable expectation that the product will arrive at my residence, but if it does, I will refuse the package. I specifically requested cancellation of my order prior to the shipping of the product based on the poor service I was provided, and the company chose to ship the product after acknowledging that they could not ensure I would receive it.Desired Settlement: $9.99 USD refund of the charge to my PayPal account and to be removed from all forms of communication with the company.

Review: On 10/31/13 I ordered a 9inch Android Tablet with Leather Case from Sudden Blitz., It arrived broken. I called & left several messages. I also sent several e-mails. Finally, I received an e-mail saying that the problem was solved & I would be getting a credit for the item. I have not yet received a refund. Review: As soon as I received the product I purchased from this business on 2/14/14, I immediately knew I wanted to return it, but didn't know what their return/refund policy was. Review: Back in early 2011 and again in 2012 I purchased 2 separate $20 vouchers for [redacted] in St. Charles, IL. Both vouchers expired before I could use them. Roughly at the end of 2012 or early 2013, I contacted SuddenValues via email and asked for a refund explaining I did not feel I would have an opportunity to ever use the vouchers. I was denied the refund and also told I was a problematic customer and have been put on the "abuser" list. I was very upset with SuddenValues and I even sent an email to it's CEO, [redacted]. He also responded to me in a very negative and derogatory manner. I was very upset and requested SuddenValues de-activate my account so I would not get anymore of their emails. That request was in February 2013. I am moving out of state and I want to try and use the vouchers I purchased before I go. I had to sign up for an account again and I was hoping to have my purchase history in the account. But there is absolutely no purchase history of ANY of the vouchers I have bought since I originally opened my account in 2010. Just a couple of days ago I contacted SuddenValues' customer service to inquire about my vouchers and their whereabouts and again was told there is nothing showing as purchased in my account. SuddenValues has stolen my $40 in purchased vouchers for [redacted] and I want the vouchers back. I'm not asking for a refund of my money, I just want the vouchers back so I can redeem them. I attempted to get back checking account statements from my bank but I would have to pay $150.00 to get all the statements to cover the period back to the beginning of 2011 up until Jan. 2013 to try and find the purchases and I'm not going to pay those fees.Desired Settlement: I would like my original unredeemed 2, $20 vouchers for Sushi Yama put back into my account so I can use them.

I have always used the same email address, [redacted]@gmail.com, with all of my purchases from SuddenValues.com and have not made any changes to my email address as the business's customer service representative asserts. I suggest the customer service department look into my purchases using the credit card I used to purchase them. Then they will find my vouchers and can verify with the business, [redacted], that the vouchers have not been redeemed.

Review: I ordered a product from Sudden Values from November 26,2013. I paid for it and it has never been received. I did get some email coorespondence telling me it was backordered. I have submitted several emails since then and I am getting no response at all.Desired Settlement: I want my money refunded for a product I never received. $39.00

Review: I purchased Dr. Dre studio headphones on 6/3/13 on sudden values website and per website the delivery timeframe is two to four weeks. I'm in week 6 and have yet to receive my headphones! I have called them at least 10 times inquiring about the delivery date and why the timeframe has been exceeded and all I'm told is the shipment hasn't come in yet or only half the shipment has come in and as soon as it does I will receive my confirmation email of shipment. I have asked several times if this was a scam and was assured it was not. Now seeing all these complaints I hate I saw this site and will never return and advise everyone not to participate on this site! I purchased on 3/31 and have still have not received shipment. When I tried to call the phone lines were disconnected. Upon further research it appears this has happened to many people.Desired Settlement: Full refund or delivery of the product.

Review: I ordered 3 "My First LapTop Mini Computers" for Christmas gifts for my children. When I received the envelope, it was promptly placed in my Rubbermaid present tote. In December, I opened the product boxes to place batteries in them for wrapping them for my children. The product was horrible. Cheap plastic, a high pitched foreign voice mispronouncing the words, cheap stickers as buttons, mispellings and grammar errors on the box, the list goes on and on. I then contacted Sudden Values and was told I could return the product for credit. I was given a RMA number in an email from them with a return merchandise procedure form. I returned TWO of the laptops. I had opened one for batteries so I donated that one to GOODWILL. I paid quite a bit to ship the product from Michigan to Washington.

I have not gotten a refund or any communication in months. I call and leave messages and email at least once a week. I think it is awful that they can sell such a horrible product with horrific customer service. I do not want ANY PRODUCTS from Sudden Values ever again. Months have passed since one email that said my claim was "In Review".Desired Settlement: I want a refund for the product plus shipping I paid to return it.

Originally the customer service person in December said I would recieve credit for future purchases. Well, 4 months have passed. I will never use Sudden Values again, I DO NOT WANT CREDIT FOR FUTURE PURCHASE.

Review: On January 23, 2013 my wife purchased a set of ILLUMINATED DANCING WATER SPEAKERS for my son for his birthday from SuddenValues direct. Upon delivery of the package the speakers were damaged and all of the fluid had leaked from one of the units. On January 27th SuddenValues was notified of the damage and a RMA was requested. It is now 6 weeks later and SuddenValues Direct has not credited our account for the defective merchandise and is non-responsive to e-mails and phone messages. Due to SuddenValues poor accounting practices we have cancelled the card utilized for the purchase because SuddenValues Direct is not trustworthy.Desired Settlement: A complete refund of $46.71 ($35.99 for the returned defective merchandise) and ($10.71 for return shipping of defective merchandise)

Review: Accidentally ordered two items from the company. One item has been removed but have not received the $59 credit. The other item has yet to be shipped when ordered on Jan 17,2014. I have sent two emails about this credit. On Feb 25th they said the accounting department had the request and I should hear from them soon. I have heard nothing.

Review: I bought 2 Lifeproof phone covers for mine and my daughters iphones. After calling several times I finally received them, they had no problem debiting my bank account the day I ordered them though. I finally received the covers, these covers are to shock proof and water proof your phone. They looked cheap so I put it in water as it suggested on the box to make sure it didn't leak. It filled with water. I then called Lifeproof and ask them about the covers, they ask for the serial numbers and upon my giving them to the rep, I was told the covers were fraudulent. I contacted Suddenvalue and they agreed to refund my money after I got an email from Lifeproof saying the covers were fake. I mailed all requested documents to Suddenvalue, they received the products back, but have not yet refunded my money. I called today and was told they did receive my return, but didn't know when they would get to refunding my money. Previously they had also agreed to returning my postage because I wouldn't have sent the covers back if they were what I paid for. Now they are saying whenever the money is credited no postage would be included. At this point I'd just like my 79.90 back. Please help me. I am forwarding the email from Lifeproof verifying that the 2 iphone covers that were sent to me are fake. Both phone covers have the very same serial number, which is more proof that the covers are fraudulent. I was told I would be reimbursed for my shipping, but at this point I just want my 79.90 back from the covers. I'll eat the shipping fee, just another sign of the creditability of this company. The Life-proof cases are from a European distributor and are authentic and have been verified. The manufacturer had a delay in shipping therefore it took a little longer than expected to get the product into our distribution center and back out and on its way to the customer.

Our company is a group sourcing company which means that we must hit a minimum number of purchases before we can order from our manufacturer. We also do not keep credit card information on file therefore we charge your card immediately. It is a general practice among most online companies.
