Review: I ordered sunglasses from their website on February 5, 2014, and never received the product. I contacted them on April 3 because it had been two months, and I did not hear anything from them and the status online still said "Awaiting Update from SuddenValues Distribution Center".

I received the following response:

"The sunglasses have arrived at our shipping department, but they've run out of the box needed to ship them. We are currently in the process of obtaining more boxes. The sunglasses are expected to ship tomorrow, and I've added you to our priority list to ensure you are the first to get your order shipped. Thank you for your patience."

On July 7, I followed up again because I still had not heard anything.

On August 5, I finally received this response:

"This item is currently back-ordered. I am placing you on the priority list, so when the item is ready to ship you will be one of the first. I don't have an ETA yet, but you will receive an email from us with tracking information upon its shipment. I apologize for the inconvenience the delay has caused."

Upon hearing this, I asked for a refund, and was told:

"I can offer you a company credit of 25.00 if you would like to choose another product. This credit can be used for any SUDDENVALUES DIRECT OFFER.

I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused."

My response was that I only wanted a refund, and not credit, because I had already been waiting 6 months for the sunglasses.

Here was their response on August 7:

"We are in the process of issuing refunds for this item. Your name has been placed on the refund priority list. I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused."

I followed up a month later, and received this on September 5:

"We had a problem with the supplier of this item. I can offer you a company credit of 25.00if you would like to choose another product. I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused."

I already clearly stated to them that I did not want credit, and only wanted my money back. On September 8, I received this response (which I was already told a month prior!):

"We are in the process of issuing refunds. Your name has been placed on the refund priority list. You will receive an email notification once your refund check has been issued. I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused."

I asked when I might be able to expect a refund and on September 11 was told:

"At this time the Accounting Department is 3 weeks out. Your name has been placed on the refund priority list. You will receive an email notification once your refund check has been issued. I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused."

I let the three week pass, so I once again inquired about my refund, but was again told:

"At this time the Accounting Department is 3 weeks out. Your name has been placed on the refund priority list. You will receive an email notification once your refund check has been issued. I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused."

After I received that response, I told them that I had already waited the 3 weeks that they stated, so they followed up with this on October 9, 2014:

"I will inquire with the accounting department and find out what the delay is and ask them to expedite your refund. I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. "

It does not sound like they are actually issuing refunds for this and that they're just hoping that people forget or stop asking about the product so they don't have to issue any refunds nor provide the product that was purchased.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund from the company. This has caused me a lot of stress and wasted time, and they have led me to believe that their business is a fraudulent one. And to be honest, a refund alone does not feel like enough.

Review: I purchased 3 items from suddenvalues.com on 3 different dates, 12/16/2013, 1/14/2014, and 1/31/2014 and were charged for these items and have never received them 8 months later. Their website still says awaiting update from sudden values distribution center and their phone number goes to a fast busy signal. 4 attempts to email have had no response. I have been charged $119.99, $33, and $14.Desired Settlement: refund my credit card for these items since I clearly won't be receiving them.

I've called and spoken with a representative of the company who assured me that my product would be sent out soon, NEVER HAPPENED! Review: I ordered a 10 inch tablet from SuddenValues and the product froze after 3 days. I sent the product back to be exchanged for a new one, and they promptly sent out another tablet in about a week. That particular tablet would not hold a charge, so I sent the product back for a refund rather then getting a replacement. That was just shy of 3 months ago and I still haven't seen my refund. Every time I call them, they tell me something is going on in accounting and they will get back to me. Yet I still don't have my money. Will I hve to take legal action to get my money. I bought items in 2012 and I got 2 of the 4 items in decent time period. The other two items someone finally got back to me from SuddenValues around March 2015 and said the items are not in stock and they will give me a $90 credit and too pick out other items which I did. I have not heard from them since, no replies to my emails, nothing.
Do not deal with them, they disappear or don't respond it seems and do not deliver the product you purchased.

Review: I purchased [redacted] Beats on December 6, 2013 for my children as a Christmas present. Product said it could take up to 6 weeks for delivery. After said 6 weeks, I began calling the company. After several months of stating that the product hasnt been delivered to their warehouse and their promises of delivery of said item in 2 weeks, I left it alone for a while. It has been about 5 months since I have ordered the products and have contacted Sudden Values through email since the begining of April regarding these purchases. Sometimes I even emailed then twice in one week and still no response (you can no longer call them directly). At this point I have no idea what to expect and or if I am ever going to get the product. Customer service is horrible as they DO NOT return emails and or offer something as an appology for the length of time that it is taking. Throughout the last 5 months they have also listed these items for sale when they cant even fill my order?Desired Settlement: I would love to get the items that I purchased but if they cannot fullfil the order maybe they have another suggestion. If not, a refund is necesarry.

Review: I purchased Bose IE2 Audio Headphones July 9, 2013. They broke September 28, 2013. I emailed SuddenValues to inquire how to handle a refund. They sent me a RMA number and a form to fill out and requested return of the product. I completed the form and sent the product back. I have inquired numerous times about the status of my refund. The general response has been: It's been forwarded to our account department and they will email you once it's processed. Review: On 7/9/13 I ordered two [redacted] cases from SuddenValues they are [redacted] cases for $49.90. On August 21 I sent them an email asking where they were. On August 22, they sent me a reply they were experiences some shipping delays with the manufaturer. However it is in route to them and as soon as they receive it they will ship it to me within 24-48 hrs and send me a notice they are doing so. August 27th they sent an email saying they were expecting the delivery the beginning of the next week and would be shipping right out. Sept 17th I emailed them asking where my product was, feeling I had been scammed. And if I was not going to receive them in 24 to 48 hrs I want a refund. Sept 26 they sent me an email saying they were shipped to the wrong address, they are being rerouted to them now and once they have them they will be shipping them right out. It is a scam. Why else would they have a [redacted] email address to handle [redacted] complaints>? Because they receive so many complaints. I just want my money back they have not honored their agreement to sell me and send me the products I paid for. Thus I want a reimbursement of my payment.

Review: I have two issues. I received an order that I need to return but have no return information. I also have two products that have not been delivered. One was ordered 2/7/14, and the other 3/2/14. I have emailed support twice on 3/10/14 and 4/3/14 with only an auto response that my question was received and that someone would contact me. I used my debit card and Sudden Values completed the transaction and took $59.99 out of my bank account on 01/22/14. This was for a CHI 1 inch flat iron for my wife. I waited and waited and never received the product. After 3 months, I began to send emails to their contact support email address. I sent 5 emails total over a 2-3 month period and never received a response. During this time, I also tried to contact their 888 phone number and left messages, but got no response. I also tried their number ###-###-#### that is posted online and got no response. Now I sit here 7 months later, out $60 and can not even get this business to respond. I am not sure what to do at this point as I have all the documentation, just can't get hold of them.Desired Settlement: At this point, I just want my money back. Either by credit back to my credit card, check from the business or whatever means possible.

Than you so much for assisting me in my complaint. I received a check from the vendor last Monday. I just checked my bank account and it appears as if the check cleared the vendors bank (I was waiting to reply to you just to be sure the check didn't bounce). The vendor was supposed to refund $5.60 for my cost to ship the defective merchandise back - but at this time I'll absorb the cost and consider this case settled. Again, thank you so much for your assistance. I really appreciate it.

Review: I ordered slim camera pen in Sept. 2013. It did not arrive until November and it was very difficult getting an update on the delivery date. Item was to be a xmas gift. Item was defective.
