Review: I purchased a 32gb mini sd memory card from suddenvalues on 3/6/2014 with an estimated delivery of 2-4 weeks and still have not received it 2 months later. I sent a request to the company 3/7/14 because I didnt receive a confirmation of my order but got no reply. Then I sent a second request a few days later 3/14/14 and finally got a response from them on 3/21/14 with the reply that they did not have an "ETA" on the delivery of my item. I sent another request 4/21/14 with no response so I wrote another request on 5/2/14 about my order status and noticed the 4/21/14 request was missing from my file. I am still waiting to hear from this company and delivery of my item or a total refund.Desired Settlement: delivery of order or prompt total refund

Review: On 2/7/14, I ordered a $19.00 for a Wireless Bluetooth Car Speakerphone (a $82.07 value) by Brand-Labels. I was given Voucher Number: [redacted]. On 3/19/14, I was given the following tracking number [redacted] and was told it was through USPS. When I tried tracking, it says that it wasn't valid. I have tried calling and always get a busy signal, no matter what time I call. I have emailed several times, with no response.Desired Settlement: If unable to deliver, I would like a refund ASAP.

Review: On 2/21/14, a teeth whiting product was order from Sudden Values, A payment of $38.00 USD was submitted and paid to Sudden Values through Pay Pal. To date, I have not received this product. To date, I have attempted to contact Sudden Values 3 times through email. To date, I have not receive one return correspondence from Sudden Values as to the status of this purchase. Review: I ordered toothbrush heads for $19.90 on Aug.2, 2015. When they were finally delivered, the Post Office left a note saying the address was incomplete. I checked further and they forgot to put the apartment number on the package, which I had given them. I wrote numerous emails and finally got a response saying they needed an update of my address. The one they had was not the one I ordered under. It was not even my right name. I sent them the voucher and receipt number. More emails and they eventually said it was shipped and they had a change of personell. They said I would have it by 2 weeks ago. I sent another email. The last response was very nasty and they blamed it all on me and said I sent them too many emails. I have saved all of the correspondence.Desired Settlement: I would either like the product or a refund and I think they should be put out of business.

The customer contacted us several weeks back about the return of their [redacted] compatible toothbrush heads they had order from the company (saving them a bundle on standard heads) due to an incomplete address. Our order system had the following address, which did not include an apt number.Lisa F[redacted], [redacted]After repeated request for the correct address, Lisa finally gave us the correct address on September 23rd (about one week after the first request). The following day the product was shipped by our distribution center (of which Lisa was notified via email) and I've requested a tracking number for that shipment be sent to Lisa today.In the communication process, Lisa inferred that we were not responding to her repeated emails, but in fact we returned everyone and acted in the most timely manor possible. In fact, we awaited nearly a week for her to finally give us the correct address. In response to our statement of the facts, which seems to have offended her, she informed us of her intention to report us to the Revdex.com. I have had to threaten customer service with filing a Revdex.com complaint to get a response. They have charged my credit card for the amount December 15, 2013. First they say they had delay in getting product and it would arrive after Christmas. Then they said they had shipping problems. They then said that they hope to have all orders shipped by end of February. I have had four correspondence with company which does not take phone calls for complaints. Today, February 14, 2014, they are advertising the same product for sale at the same price, yet they haven't shipped product from two months ago. If they don't have them in stock and can't ship them from two months ago, how can they be advertising to sell them now?Desired Settlement: I would like delivery of order. If they can't deliver the product, I would like a full refund.

Review: I ordered [redacted] headphones for my grandson (Christmas gift) on November 13, 2013. I have not received them. I have called the company at the phone number listed approximately 12 times over the past two months. They have a voice recording advising that they are extremely busy and for faster service to email them and they will respond within 48 hours. They do not respond via email. I have reached a representative 3 times and have been given information which I trusted and relied on. I have left several messages and they do not return calls. I was guaranteed delivery by January 16th, for sure this time. The representative told me and I quote "I guarantee you you will receive the headphones on or before January 16th." Because I did not receive the confirmatory email I was promised, prior to ship date of January 10th, I called again. This time it only took 4 times to reach a representative. She told me the headphones were not shipped. This is when I realized it was a scam. I requested an immediate refund and was told it would not be immediate. There was a process of going to accounting and once it was processed, I would be sent a confirmatory email. I decided to see if there were any reviews of the company and I was dismayed by the fact that there are only negative reviews and it doesn't look good for the refund. I've had to purchase another pair of headphones for my grandson. During one conversation in December, I complained that I still hadn't received my order. The representative said well the headphones are in but you requested a refund (I had previously advised them via email that if I didn't get them by Christmas as promised then I needed a refund). I said I didn't get a refund. She said it was in processing. I said well I will cancel the refund and take the headphones then. She said "Ok, you will receive an email when we get them and prior to shipping. I said you just said they were in. She said well they are coming in." That was 5 weeks ago. I finally gave up and filed a complaintDesired Settlement: I would like to be refunded what I paid ($119.99)for an item that I did not receive and that I have been repeatedly told would be shipped.

Review: I purchased a pair of Dr Dre Beats headphones from Sudden Value. When the headphones fell apart with in a year, Sudden Value agreed to exchange them for a new pair. I got a confirmation email, return reference number, filled out a return slip and mailed the headphones off to them around Feb 25. I haven't heard back from Sudden Value. I have sent multiple (six) emails with no response, other than a confirmation that the email was received by Sudden Value.Desired Settlement: I would like a replacement pair of Dr Dre Beats headphones sent to my address.

Review: I purchased an item from Sudden Values on 12/22/2013. The item was delivered but was the incorrect item. After several phone calls & emails, I finally received a RMA# and label to return the item. . The item was returned via label sent to me on January 21, 2014. Since then I have not received either the correct item or a refund. I have called numerous times, left voice messages with my name and telephone number and sent several emails. As of today, March 1, 2014 I have not received a response by phone or email.Desired Settlement: Refund to my credit card for the total amount I paid.

Review: On December 9th placed and an order for popular headphones from there website. Delievry time was supposed to be 4-5 weeks. Contacted the company by phone twice, left voicemails with no reposnse. Sent an email to customer service on January 3rd with no response, sent another request on January 15th requesting an update, 5 days later received an update that it was a popular item that are still in route and once received would be sent to us within 24-48 hours after reaching the distribution facility. Replied back as for a better time frame. Received a reponse that they were receiving a shipment in at the end of the week and we were put on the priority list and will have them a few days later. Did not received the headphones the follwoing week and then sent another request for update on January 28th asking for update. Received a reponse that it was a very popular item and have limited numbers that volume is expected to pick up and they should have them out by the end of February. Replied back that another general 4-5 week time frame for delivery was not acceptable and wanted a more definitive delivery date or a refund. Received no response. Sent another email on February 3rd requesting a refund. Received a response that my order is on hold and will be processed by accounting. Still waiting to hear about my refund. Sent another request on 2/10 for refund update and have not heard back yet. Not sure its false advertising also but when I logged into the website to create the suppor request on the main page they are again selling the exact same headphones for the exact same price but cannot deliver on previous orders.Desired Settlement: I just want a complete refund on my order.

Review: Ordered a product that did not live up to the advertisement. Got the appropiate return form from company, returned form and product. Never recieved the refund. Sent numerous emails, each returned an automated response that Says: Your request ([redacted]) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff. Never heard a thing afterwards or got a credit back on my card.

Review: Suddenvalues.com debited my account $145.00 on November 25th for a product "Beats by Dre Studio Edition Headphones" that were supposed to be shipped before Christmas. The very shady company rarely has someone to answer their phones forcing you to leave a voicemail that does not get returned. When you DO get to someone they give excuses to what has happened as why the item has not shipped. I can not get a straight answer as far as when I will receive a refund and I want answers. I am requesting my refund be done within the next 7 business days, as they were so fast to remove the funds with no ship date and no product on hand. I suggest this business be shut down. I do not see any happy customers as they way it is currently run.Desired Settlement: Refund within 5-7 business days. $145.00 And a phone call with the resolution.

I still have not received the item. If I had received the item on Feb. 3, I would not have filed a complaint on Feb 10. I would still like the item to be delivered, if it is available. Otherwise, I'd like to have a full refund back to my credit card.

Review: On April 10, 2013, I purchased two [redacted] cases. The cases did not work and when I called [redacted], they verified the cases were counterfeit. I contacted Sudden Values on April 26, 2013 for a refund. Over the course of ten months, I have been promised a refund that I never received. I have both email and voicemail from the company promising the return. Not only did they sell the counterfeit cases, but they also have not refunded my money, even after the items were returned.Desired Settlement: I would like the $79.90 refunded, as well as the shipping costs to return the counterfeit items.

Review: I placed an order for a product on the Sudden Values website on July 25th, 2013. When I didn't receive that product after two weeks I contacted them and they assured me it was just a delay from the manufacturer. After another two weeks I called again and was told they are still awaiting information. At that point I asked for a full refund and was assured it would be processed within 72 hours. That was on August 26th 2013. Since that day I have contacted Sudden Values multiple times a week where I was repeatedly told that my paperwork was "on accounting's desk" and would be processed promptly. As of January 6th 2014 I had still not received my refund but when I called, Sudden Values had not disconnected their call service and I was instructed to file a "online issue". I have done so upwards of 10 times and each time I request a phone call with someone who can issue my refund. In place of a phone call I am provided with an automated email that says something to effect of "your paperwork is with accounting and your refund will be processed soon. This issue is closed". Needless to say, this issue is not closed as Sudden Values (US Online LLC) has stolen $199 from me and has made no attempt to return it.Desired Settlement: I would like the full amount of $199 to be refunded promptly.

I ordered a cell phone case in March to this day I have not received anything I have tried many many times to call and it's busy or they send me to the complaint dept!!!

Review: This company took my money (via [redacted]) about 3 months ago, but I have not received my order, and other than an initial response where I was given an excuse for not getting my order, they have not responded to any of my additional requests to give me information on my order or to refund my money.

I ordered 3 gel bicycle seat covers on 2/23/14 (shipping was supposed to be 4 to 6 weeks). On 3/24/14 I sent an email to the company stating the following " I have heard absolutely nothing regarding this order, and the Shipping Status is: Awaiting Update from SuddenValues Distribution Center. Please give me some information or refund my money ASAP." The following day I received this response "Our apologies for the slow response, the Company grew very fast in 2013 and needed a reorganization to improve the speed of delivery on orders. The change put us several weeks behind, but we hope to catch up soon. I don’t have an ETA on this order yet, but have placed you into the priority queue for shipment upon its arrival into our distribution center. You will receive an email notification the minute it ships." Subsequently I have sent 4 follow-up emails asking for information on the order, or a refund of my money; I have received no responses from the company other than the automated responses stating that my request was received and it is being reviewed by the support staff. When I look up the status of the order on the company website, it still says "Shipping Status is: Awaiting Update from SuddenValues Distribution Center".Desired Settlement: Refund for the puchase price.

I placed two orders in February 2012 for black headphones and white headphones. They took the funds up front($300 total in this case). I had a March ship date, but the ship date kept getting moved out. I started calling weekly as I needed one pair for my child's birthday in May. I was usually told the headphones would ship by end of that particular week, but they didn't. This went on for months. Finally in the last week of April I received one order for the black headphones. I did not receive the white headphones in time for my child's birthday in May so I had to go out and purchase headphones locally. I then called SuddenValues and told them since they can't fulfill the order for the white headphones I wanted my money back. I told them I had to buy a pair locally so I didn't even need the white headphones any longer. I then waited to receive my refund but never saw it posted to my credit card. I tried calling in several times a day, emailing daily, etc., and would not get an answer or response. One day last week I tried calling again and someone finally picked up the phone. They said they couldn't give me any information about my refund. I finally gave up and even though I didn't need another pair of headphones anymore I told them to ship anyway as it was obvious they weren't going to give me my money back. This was a terrible experience. Now I know why they are rated as "F" by the Revdex.com.

Review: I ordered a product from www.suddenvalues.com on 8/26/13. In the fine print it said it would take up to 6 weeks to receive. Today is 10/21/13. It is TWO weeks passed the promised 6 week delivery window. I have called three times and was told to call back in a week for updated information. The last phone call I had with with a customer rep, she told me to call back the first week of Novemeber and "hopefully" there will be more information on a delivery date. This date would be 11/4/13- TEN weeks after my order was placed. The product I purchased was $150 dollars, and I have been very patient and call about the situation. I asked to speak with a manager and was directed to a voicemail. This website has let me down twice now, and something needs to be done. I DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone to purchase ANYTHING from this website.Desired Settlement: Ideally, I would like a FULL refund in addition to the product that was supposed to be sent to me. And an apology. It is unacceptable for a customer to have to wait almost TWICE as long as promised to receive a product. I bought it as a gift for a siblings birthday which has now come and gone.

Review: I paid for a set of headphones on 8/20/13 and have not received the item. Throughout the course of over 7 months have been emailing and calling their customer service to receive responses that

it should be delivered in a matter of weeks or days depending on availability of product. Eventually the number to call them no longer works and is online/email only of which I send emails and previous emails

and at best getting a response of it is being processed.

I have asked for a credit/refund numerous times since it is evident I will not be receiving my headphones.Desired Settlement: Option 1) My desired outcome is to receive the Bose set of headphones I ordered. Option 2) Obtain equivalent or better headphones such as Dr Beats. Option 3) Obtain a full refund of purchase.

Review: I purchased a chi flat iron for $59.99 and my Visa was charged, this was in December of 2013. Still no flat iron. I have emailed numerous times, finally they got back to me in March of 2014 and said they were having some organization problems, but would get it sent out soon. Still no word form them and no flat iron. All communication with them is by email, there is no phone number to call them.Desired Settlement: I selected a refund, but I would like the flat iron only if they could now mail it directly to my daughter. It was a gift for her, but she has since moved to Dallas and I live in California and I do not want to pay for the shipping now.
