Terrible customer service. Never received the product I ordered over 4 months ago. Company will not issue a refund either.

Review: I ordered two runners watches in July and was charged on my credit card in July. I have yet to receive the watches and it is Sept. 4. I have left at least 12 phone messages on their "customer service" number and have yet to receive a return phone call. I sent an email in August and a lady finally called me to tell me I would have the watches by the last week of August. There is no customer service with Suddenvalues. They take your money and have it to float and earn interest while you wait, and wait, and wait for your product. They do not return phone calls as suggested by the message at their customer service number.Desired Settlement: I would like the watches shipped to me immediately and would also like a 100% refund.

And still have not received any form of product or shipping info, yet my debit card was charged almost immediately. I emailed and haven't heard any form of response. I emailed again tonight and wanted some form of communication that the products were actually sent. I have been getting emails from these people and have never ordered before but thought this was a pretty good "deal" and am still waiting for my order.Desired Settlement: I want what I ordered and I'd appreciate some sort of monetary retribution for how long I've had to wait. There's absolutely NO reason for a consumer to have to wait OVER A MONTH for something when having been charged within a week. I've checked their "shipping" info and I at least expected to hear that my order was shipped or in the process of being shipped. I've heard neither of these. If this order isn't coming, give my my money back. Plus give me some sort of compensation for how long I've been forced to wait after paying up front. Unacceptable

Review: I ordered a Dry Herb Vaporizer NEW AGO G5 Portable Handheld VAPE 2013 Model on 1/25/14 and haven't received the item. The voucher number is: [redacted] and the stated shipping status is: Awaiting Update from SuddenValues Distribution Center. I have emailed the company numerous times and have only received an automated responses. The company does not respond to further email inquiry, even though they recommend replying to the automated email for additional information. Email seems to be the only way to attempt to have a dialog with this company. I cannot find a phone number anywhere on their website or through any internet searches. I'm shocked that a company with this kind of visibility is allowed to conduct business with their record of unfulfilled orders and extensive complaints of various kinds.Desired Settlement: Either deliver the item that I have purchased or issue me a refund. And as a secondary outcome, I would like to have this company investigated for their fraudulent practices and then close down their business after they've made restitution with all claims against them.

Review: I placed an order for a 1 inch Chi Flat Iron and the funds were immediately withdrawn from my account. The order was placed on December 13, 2013. As of today, March 23, 2014, I have not received my order or any updates regarding the status of my order. Review: I placed and paid $59.99 for an order on December 13, 2013; (7 months, 11 days ago) for their advertised 1” Chi Flat Iron. Several attempts to find out the status of my order were made via phone, email and voice mail; the phone messages were not returned; a few emails were returned once from a [redacted] the rest were just general mail box; (Request # [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], [redacted] and [redacted]); the last email was from [redacted] stating my order would ship by mid-February; needless to say it never arrived. I sent an email on March 4, 2014 asking for a full refund in the amount of $59.99. I’ve had no response. Today was my last inquiry asking for a full refund. I sent that request via email; voice-mail and [redacted].

Review: Bought a defective iPad shuffle counterfeit/clone and it broke within 15 seconds. Have followed all their refund policies. Company hides behind answering machine and worthless promises. A truly pathetic company, full of cowards. I have let numerous people know of my documented experience over the last 10 weeks and warned them to beware and take their business elsewhere. Review: I orderd a Barnes and Noble Nook through Sudden Values back in Oct 8 2012. I accidently hit the button twice so I was charged twice. I contacted them by e-mail because nobody would answer the phone on Oct 8 2012 to see if I could get a refund for the one because I only wanted one Nook. I got a response saying they would send the refund over to accounting to get it resolved. I have yet to see anything from them. I contacted them many times after this and got the same response. Then in January 2013 I asked again about my one reimbursement and my nook and they said they are no longer in stock of that item and they are just issuing refunds. I again have contacted them multiple times since then and have gotten no help. I was able to get in contact with a lady there and she stated that accounting was working on refund and I asked to talk to accounting or anyone else and she said that she could not let me talk to anyone else. I have multiple e-mails stating I would get an e-mail when my refund was issued, but have gotten nothing. Ive tried to dispute it with my credit card company but since I did not get in contact with them within 60 days of the charge there is nothing that they can do. So because I was patient and was waiting for a refund from the merchant there is nothing my credit card company can do to help me either. I just want my money back.Desired Settlement: The two refunds of 79.95 each for a total of $159.90.

I'm happy to hear that they responded. I was hoping for a little more detail because like I stated before, I've heard that same response multiple times and it has been months now. I'm not quite sure why they would only be issuing refunds on Friday's if they are so far behind, but I will be looking for my refunds. I would expect it would be no longer than a month. I will give them until May 17th before I try to resolve this issue again. If I haven't recieved a refund by then I will be in contact again. Thank you for your work on this, I greatly appreciate it.

Review: I ordered an item from their website January 28th, 2014. I have yet to get the item. I talked with a [redacted] via email as no number on their website works or goes to an actual person. Over the few emails I have received he keeps putting me off that they are behind as their business has grown too fast. The last email stated I would have my item by the end of the month, which was in May. I have not gotten it and the status on the website it still the same, that it has not even been shipped.Desired Settlement: I either want the item within the next week or a full refund at the very least.

Review: In early November I ordered 3 toy helicopters for my grandsons for Christmas. The $102.00 was immediately charged to my credit card. Early to mid December I was notified that the toys would probably not be delivered by Christmas. I then canceled the order and asked that that the charge be taken off of my credit card. Review: On March 18, 2014, I ordered 2- $12 for a Camera Lens Stainless Steel Travel Coffee Mug with Leak-Proof Lid a ($59.99 Value), Total Amount Paid: $ 29.00. I received confirmation that both mugs were shipped on April 24, 2014. To my dismay the items were not as specified. The coffee mugs are not stainless steel, nor do they have leak proof lids, they are cheap copies of what was ordered. On May 1, 2014 I sent an email through the sudden values website requesting the correct item be shipped as I am unsatisfied. I also made several phone calls to the business in question with only a message left to call me back. I have not received any response back, and consider this false advertising.Desired Settlement: The business should send out an appropriate item as specified in their ad.

Review: I ordered a Wall Charger+Sync Data Charger Cable+Car Charger+3pcs Screen Protector for iphone 5 on 11/6/2013 and have not received the product yet. The following is a summary of my effort to get my product:

12/5/13 Sent cpy of purchase to [redacted], 12/9 [redacted] said it was shipped 11/12 so I asked for a tracking number, 12/12 [redacted] contacted me and said she will bet back before the end of day tomorrow (12/13), 12/18 emailed [redacted] asking for update, 1/2 emailed [redacted] again asking for update, 1/6 called and [redacted] said she will call me back, 1/22 [redacted] shaid it was shipped and again I asked for a tracking number; she will contact me tomorrow. 1/28 was informed it was sent to a wrong address and will send it out again. 2/25 logged a ticket on their website (changed the way their customer service can be contacted) asking where product is. 2/28 [redacted] said she is looking into, 3/7 emailed again asking for status, 3/24 emailed again asking for status, 4/17 emailed again asking for status, 5/1 emailed again asking for status. Still have not received ANY contact regarding my inquiry that I submitted online.Desired Settlement: If they are unable to deliver the product, I would like a credit back for the $13.00 they charged me on 11/6/2013.

Review: On 10/8/2013 I ordered ear buds from SuddenValues.com for $65.00. My confirmation stated a 4-6 week delivery time. During Thanksgiving 2013, I began calling and emailing to track down the location of the item order. After leaving numerous messages, I persisted in calling, and finally reached a female representative. She stated to me that the items had not arrived yet and that they should be in receipt of them the first week of December. I waited til that week and began calling again. The same female representative answered and I stated that I was not in receipt of my item. She stated to me that the items were stuck in customs, and I should try back next week. I waited, I called, and on December 18, I was told that I would receive the item, not in the color I ordered but I would receive them by December 21. On Monday, December 23, I called repeatedly. On December 26, I phoned again, stated that I wanted a refund. The representative told me the hours of the accounting dept for the holidays and that they would process as quickly as possible. To date, I have left 8 messages and have sent several emails, called everyday, and I have not received my refund. On January 8, a representative answered. I stated that I did not want to speak to a recording, asked for the manager or supervisors names and extensions. No refund as of today and again no answer. I have been calling for 2 hours.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back.

Review: I ordered a pair of Power Beats earphones from Sudden Values on 1/20/2014 and I have still not received them. I have made multiple calls and emails to Sudden values requesting status updates as to when I will receive my purchase item and have not heard back from them.Desired Settlement: I want what I paid for to be delivered asap.

Review: I ordered a cell phone case in June of 2013. I was told it would ship within 4-8 weeks. After that time period I began calling to check on the status. I was given several different excuses along the way but in a nutshell I was told it would eventually ship. Finally in December I was told they would not be able to ship the product and I would receive a voucher for their website. I didnt like that answer but it was only $30 so I figured id find something. I did and requested they ship it on 12/13. I was then told I couldnt get that product because the specific product was from their partner company and the voucher only applies to products from their company. So I found another product they sold and requested it on 12/19. I was told to login and purchase the product and they would issue the credit to my account then. I was not comfortable with that at all as they should have been able to just apply the credit and send me the product without me spending more money that I would never get back. So I requested they just send me a check for the refund on 12/20 and I was told the accounting department would contact me once the refund was issued. I never received it nor a contact so I followed up with emails and phone calls. The emails have gone unanswered and the phone calls go to a generic voicemail. I also purchased another product from them on 12/04 and have yet to receive it. When I have followed up on it the same thing occurs. No answers to my emails and no answers to the phone calls. Can you please help me get my money back? I have emails with proof of the conversations where they say the refund would be issued and never was.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the money I spent. $24.99 for the cell phone case and $125 for the Beats headphones I still have not received. Im sure compensation for all of the heartache will not be given so im not even going to bother asking.

Review: On January 14, 2014 I purchased one packet of 100 seeds of the rare black rose flower for $10.00

On January 10, 2014 I purchased (2) 2 winter face masks $10.00 ea. $10.00 for shipping $30.00 total.

On January 07, 2014 I purchased a 9inch Android tablet with case for $99.00 + $13.00 for shipping. $112.00 total.

I never received any of these purchases, they took money in full out of my account for each of these.

On January 31, 2014 I sent an email to Sudden Values asking where my orders are. Received reply from [redacted] on Feb 04,2014 request #[redacted]

Still didn't receive goods.

On February 14, 2014 I asked for a full refund for all of my orders. [redacted] replied. Request [redacted]. Said they have placed

a hold on my purchase and will send your refund request to the accounting department.

February 28, 2014 Asked when I can expect an answer about refund. [redacted] request [redacted] replied that accounting department is aware of your request. As soon as it is processed you will receive a notification. Said she contacted acc dept, requesting my refund be expedited.

I am still waiting to hear from them. Sent another email on March 31,2014 and two more after that. I no longer get replies. I have called repeatedly and only get an automated service with no option to speak to anyone. I have copies of all emails sent and received, and can send them to you if needed. I will also get bank records if you request.Desired Settlement: I want my money back in full for everything they took out of my account.
