 I am sorry, but I have not received a call from the company. If they are phoning me, then they should identify themselves when they call, I received so many phone call from number that I don't know so I leave my answer machine on. The company should at least say something when the machine comes on so that I can know who is calling. Thank you

I was very upset it had to come to me complaining to the Revdex.com. GE should stand behind their products and have less confrontational customer service people.The original people I spoke to were very rude  to me and my situation. I probably will never purchase a GE product again knowing that when there is a problem they don't stand behind their products.

Please be advised that GE [redacted] was out on July 16, 2015 to service Ms. [redacted]’s refrigerator. As of today the unit has been repaired and is working properly.
