I found a toll free number to which the associate redirected me back to the New York storeI told her I didn't want to be transferred for the above reasons and she put me on hold to reach out herself- the line was disconnectedI then called your New York store and was told that no one currently has access to FedEx so I couldn't be helped, that took another minutesI asked for a customer service phone number or e-mail and she told me "this is it" and that "they don't give out e-mail addresses"I asked to speak with a manager and stayed on the line and was ultimately disconnected as there was no voicemailAt this point, I could careless if the shoes ever make it back to the store I just want a refundThe service displayed was shameful and far from luxuryYour associates have zero grace and lack any common senseI will not shop with Bergdorfs ever again
