Gift card (Order NoWNXXXXXXXXXX) purchased online on 2/10/ Initially this card was scheduled to be delivered on Valentine's Day, and after the card had been shipped and the delivery schedule delayed to a date after Valentine's Day, I called Neiman Marcus on 2/14/to request the delivery address be changed I was informed that this would not be possible so I then requested a refund to cancel the order I had to speak to a supervisor for this request, and the supervisor informed me that this would be refunded to my card However, it is now 3/2/and the charge for the $gift card as well as the $shipping fee are still on my credit card I called Neiman Marcus again on 3/and was informed that the gift card could not be canceled so now I am interested in understanding:
