Multiple online ordering cancellation and errors that have gone unresolved

On Friday evening, June 10, I placed an order #WNXXXXXXXXXX for a Givenchy Nightingale bag, model #NMS16_V2JTN This was the 'last one' according to the site when added to my cart Bag was on sale for $ I noticed on Sunday morning, June 12, less than hours later, all Givenchy Nightingale bags were an additional 25% off I contacted NM Online via phone and was told that the discount would not be honored because others after me purchased it for that price Of course they did, that was the price at the time and the discount was not advertised until Sunday morning I then contacted the chat line and was told that the additional 25% off could not be honored according to the "supervisor." Neiman Marcus cancelled order of discount shoes purchased online at Neiman Marcus website
I purchased a pair of shoes (order# WNXXXXXXXXXX) that were on discount online at Neiman Marcus website on March 11, The order was accepted immediately and credit card was charged A few days later, order status on Neiman Marcus website indicated that the shoes were backordered and eventually the order was cancelled and credit was issued back to the my credit card account I called Neiman Marcus customer service and the explanation was after my order was placed, they could not locate the shoes anywhere in the warehouse or in the store I am disappointed that Neiman Marcus would advertise and sell an item that they are not actually sure they have in stock
