Did not provide full refund for all items returned I returned an order and only received a partial refund despite all items on order being returned Multiple inquiries sent to the company have failed to produce any satisfactory information or results

No delivery of repeated orders & customer service has referred to me as an "ANGRY WHITE MAN" I placed an order over a week ago for cashmere coats & provided all correct billing & payment information I also used "shop-runner" which is a service I pay for that allows me FREE 2-day shipping via Neiman Marcus My coats never arrived & when I inquired customer service promised me they were upgrading me to FREE Overnight Shipping I still never received them & then I inquired again on Sunday 10/29/where the customer service referred to me as an ANGRY WHITE MAN She thought she had me on mute but she did not If you record these calls I invite you to listen to this as you will see I am 100% telling the truth Then out of nowhere the order gets cancelled! They refuse to issue a refund because it's past there day policy although I explained I was ill an unavailable to send the return sooner! I received an email from Neiman Marcus last call in Irving, Texas stating they will not accept the return of order #LCXXXXXXXXXX that was placed online for the Sheridan size tan booties for $72.50! On august 21, I called this customer service and inquired as to why the return was not accepted they said it was due to the timeframe when I explained that I was ill and unable to send it back sooner they were uninterested and unsympathetic to my situation and just repeated there policy with disregard or compassionI have been a long time customer and I am disgusted with their customer service ! They treat customers who return anything with disrespect and have a direct prejudice for them as in my situation I believe they are discriminating against individuals who have an illness or incapacitated at certain times in their lives !
