These guys are crooks. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM. I placed an order on 12/6/14, my credit card was billed 12/6/14, it is now a month later and I still do not have my order.

My wife normally wears a small or medium shirt. After ordering and receiving a shirt from SunFrog, we realized that the medium was too small. I contacted SunFrog customer service and although it is stated in the FAQ that women's shirts run a size small, they sent me another shirt and asked me to donate the original shirt to a local charity. They were very responsive to my concerns and very easy to work with in resolving the matter.

Awesome unique high quality shirts. Very good detail and incredibly friendly staff and customer service is exceptional. They are very fast at responding to inquiries as well.

Is going to be a month and I haven't receive my order. Bad service!!!

I ordered a shirt on Saturday , online. After reading some reviews about problems getting merchandise in a timely fashion, as well as size concerns.....I decided to contact SunFrog in person ( via phone ) on Monday. I talked with a very nice young lady, who has very helpful with my questions. She assured me that the ladies large was true to size. She also told me that I should have my order within the 7-10 days as promised online. much to my surprise....I received my order on Wednesday ! I must say that I am More than Pleased with the Service and the product I received. The shirt is very nice, the hot pink color is lovely, and the print looks good. Thank you, and I will be placing another order with SunFrog for some more of their shirts for my teenage grandsons. Love their imaginative product selection.

The folks that run this business are TOP NOTCH....my order was in limbo....I emailed to ask why.. I had a response in 24 hours! Granted this was my fault but the girls found the issue....COMMUNICATED with me thru the entire process and fixed MY mistake!!

I'm patiently waiting for my item knowing they're doing their very best to get it to me....

Very good service round the clock. Fast delivery to Europe and I specially like the large assorment ot sizes and pictures on the shirts. A nice touch was to be able to order a desing not anumore on the net side.

I ordered a T-shirt from SunFrog and I didn't read the part that I needed to order a size larger. It took about 3 weeks for the shirt to arrive. I printed off the return form, threw the T-shirt and return form in the bag, sent it back. I ordered a size larger and changed the color of my shirt. It is an one-of-kind T-shirt that I will not be able to buy any where else. It cost me an extra $5.00 and took around 1 - 1 1/2 weeks to get my new shirt. The whole process was very easy and I am very pleased with my one-of-kind T-shirt. Total cost was around $30.00 + shipping cost of the shirt I returned.

I would like to say that this company's customer service is outstanding. When I contacted them about some shirts that I ordered, I was very pleased by their courteous and prompt service. Unlike some businesses where you have to deal with several representatives, I only dealt with one. Ashley continued to stay in contact with me through e-mail until my problem was corrected. I will definitely purchase more shirts from them in the future because of their outstanding customer service and because they have an assortment of unique shirts!

Being a family of math geeks, I was pleased to find the first Pi Day of the Century shirts for 2015 on Facebook. I followed a link and purchased 2 shirts. I was disappointed when they arrived and one shirt was the wrong size. I quickly dashed off an email stating my problem and with 18 hours had a response asking me to send a photo of the tag of the incorrectly sized shirt. Within 12 hours of sending the photo I received a nice apology and was notified that the correct size shirt would be rushed to me immediately with an offer to keep the incorrect shirt. I received the new shirt within 3 business days and gifted the too large shirt to a student. Definitely great customer service!

I had given a neutral review about a shirt on here not too long ago and sunfrog reacted quick. They reprinted the shirt to my full satisfaction and sent it to me without any further cost. Great service. Thank you!

Has solved my request on shipping our order from local to international shipping within the day!

. It's not common to find good customer service these days. I ordered a shirt that didn't arrive on the date of 7/21 as promised. It was sent UPS/USPS. Could not get any info on where the shirt was or where it went. Sunfrogs refunded my money. It finally arrived a few days after I was refunded. I contacted the company to verify their paypal address and I would pay for the shirt....they said NO!!! Keep the shirt as it should not take that long to receive it.
I would really recommend this company and will be buying from them again.

I ordered 5 hoodies that read "Keep Calm and let (my last name) handle it." I just love my hoodie it is so soft on the inside and kept me very warm today. The other 4 went out to my family & I can't wait for them to get theirs. Delivery was quick and I was happy because I got to wear mine at work.

I would love to order a hoodie that says "This guy loves his Beckey always and forever" but I haven't seen one like that yet. I wanted that for my sweetheart as you have one in his name for me already. Anyway I could get one? I'm in love with this hoodies!

I ordered a shirt on Sept 1, it wasnt even customised. I saw it on an AD as a ready made shirt and I want to give it to a friend who's leaving on the 11th.

The ad says 3-5 days shipping but now after the tracking number it showed 12th, which is way too late.

Emailed their customer service, who kept calling me with a different name despite being corrected already. She was very dismissive and told me the weather had something to do with it, but thats just dumb cause I live in [redacted] and right now September it does not rain, the only thing we have is hot weather.

Liars and misleading ad, will not buy again.

I ordered a couple of T-shirts from Sunfrog and they were too big for me. It was not the company's fault because they sent what I asked for. But Apparently the sizes are different from one country to another. So I emailed them to see if I could exchange the T-shirts with a smaller size.

They replied "Hello [redacted], I have imported an order for replacements to be sent to you as soon as possible. In place of returning the items and in the spirit of SunFrog's "Hope Gives" policy, we would ask that you pay it forward by donating the item to a local charity or someone you may know that is in need. Thanks again for your order and for giving us the chance to make it right for you"

This is inspiring! I hope more companies have this policy :)

I have ordered t-shirts for my companies for many years. SunFrog is the Best! Excellent customer service! If you need anything taken care of, ask for Amanda! She is excellent and really cares about taking care of all your needs.

I have sent several emails with NO response. There is NO phone number to cal and speak to a rep to even see if I can have a resolution to my issue. I ordered 17 days ago and these shirts were meant to be Christmas gifts. I HAVE HEARD NOTHING!!!! I emailed asking to cancel the order so that I now can find alternative gifts but, still NO response. I am very disappointed in the lack of communication. I would have been willing to forgive if the items were in fact being processed and it was just taking longer with the holidays but, I have had no communication regarding my $100 order.

I order a shirt in the wrong size in Nov, and when it had arrived in Dec I realized my mistake. It took me about a week to get a hold of the sales staff (with it being Christmas and everything) but when I got through they helped me get the info for an exchange in less than five minutes.

Amanda, the rep that I talked to was friendly, personable and knowledgeable. She quickly got me the info I need and was exceptionally nice about it. To the point where I asked if they had any kind of feedback system and she directed me here. This is my first time visiting Revdex.com.

I ordered a t-shirt from sunfrog that I saw on [redacted]. I received the shirt and the colors were wrong and it looked faded. I sent an email to the company and Emily P said sorry ( of course) and that she would take care of it. I just recieved my shirt and the colors on the t-shirt were fixed , the bears t-shirt on the character is not red anymore , its orange, the hair on the character is not red anymore it's Brown, the shoes on the character are not red anymore , they are Brown also, ect... but the shirt still looks faded, it looks cheap. I wish I could post a picture of the t-shirt that was on ** and the t-shirt I received. The t-shirt on ** was nice and the colors were sharp not faded like the one I recieved.
