I would love to say my expierience with Sun Frog was so awesome. Tressa J was the most genuine and honest and very helpful representative I have spoken with in a long time. The whole business is awesome. I would never hesitate to do business with them again and neither should anybody they get it RIGHT!

Horrible wait times and customer service. No offer of refund and still don't have my shirt. Customer service rep said she was "sorry I was disconcerted with their service." Stay away!!!!

My order delivered just in time, Quality was better than I expected,Fast and responsible support as well.

I placed an order with this company from the Facebook ad. It made it seem like it was going to ship in under a week. It's been 10 days and all I get is emails saying oh we're sorry you order hasn't shipped yet. I had to go to the Revdex.com website to get a contact phone number for these people. When I did call them the young lady that answered was Rude and just told me they're a print to order business . She further said it's printing I can't tell you when it's gonna be done but it shouldn't be too much longer. Customer service was nonexistent They seemed to be annoyed to get a call and have to talk to me. Don't waste your time with these guys

SunFrog Shirts is fantastic. I submitted an order and a few days after it shipped realized I had entered the incorrect zip-code. There was literally nothing I, or Sunfrog could do to get this corrected with USPS.

This was to be a surprise birthday present and the recipient was moving within a few days of scheduled delivery. Instead of making me wait for the return process to start via USPS April offered to expedite printing and mail another shirt to the correct address, for free. This entire issue was my fault and they just knocked the customer service out of the park.

My friend received his birthday present before his move and loved it.

I purchased a tshirt from SunFrog. They charged 24.95 plus shipping.
For $25 you'd expect to recieve a quality shirt made with soft material, what I received was a glidden shirt. A cheap scratchy shirt.
I emailed the company who said I was free to send the shirt back on my dime.
If I chose to do this I'd be paying over half the cost of the shirt in shipping just to return it.

I recently bought three shirts from this business. I received the shirts two days before I expected to receive them. I was excited to receive them early. However, one of the shirts had two holes in them. I sent customer service an email regarding the defective item. Their return policy states that I have to pay return shipping, and an additional $3.00 for them to ship another shirt. In my email, I told them that I received a defective shirt, and didn't feel I should have to pay anymore than I already had. Customer service got back with me the next day, and asked for pictures. I sent them pictures, and they stated they would send a new shirt out as soon as they could with no additional charges. This is what customer service is all about. I had such a wonderful experience buying from SunFrog, that I plan to buy from them again, and will refer th to my friends and family. It's hard to find true customer service like SunFrog's.

I ordered a t-shirt from Sun Frog Shirts on 3/10/15 it says it was delivered on 3/14/15 but I did not receive it. The post office says it is 'delivered' but it wasn't. Contacted the site 3/19/15 and received a reply from Hannah the same day and they're going to send me another one to replace the one lost.

I am looking forward to doing more business with this company in the future. They are doing an awesome job. I have been sharing t-shirts from this site with family and friends.

I cannot say enough about the incredible customer service sunfrog provides to their customers. I ordered a T-shirt, and the colors were a little off. They immediately offered to replace the T-shirt at no charge. The staff was friendly, and accommodating, and bent over backwards to make my experience with them pleasant. A+++++

I ordered a hooded sweatshirt on Nov 23. Ive yet to receive it.It appears an impossibility to speak directly with anyone in the company. All phone calls are answered by a recording and when you leave a voice message the response is an email that does not resolve the problem. In the email the asked me if I wanted them to track the order through UPS or the Postal Service. Obviously their were not very attentive to the voice mail I left. In addition I never received any notice that tge order was shipped. Having read numerous similar complaints, I question how this company could possibly earn an A+ rating.

I purchased from this company with some apprehension.

I had no logical reason for this and my experience confirmed this.

Do not waste your time or money. Overpriced and very poor quality. Takes over 3 days for them to respond to emails or not at all. Ordered 3 adult medium tshirts. There were all different sizes and quality. I sent them 6 emails over the course of 2 weeks and on 3 occasions only received a computer generated reply.

Paid nearly $60 for two shirts that I was beyond excited for. Upon arrival: shirts are faded, the printed material looks like it was printed using machines from years ago, they look like they were made for a school project, the material is cheap and grainy and one of the shirts looks like it was copied and pasted directly from a distorted [redacted] image. I'm very dissatisfied. I feel like as though was scammed, so dissapointed. Strongly recommend not buying from this company, they won't refund my money or even send me fixed versions of my shirts.

The folks at SunFrog are awesome!. I made an order online, screwed up the colour, figured it out, emailed right away and THEY FIXED IT!!! They are fantastic. Period. Love the sweatshirt. Customer service is great. When I want a cool t-shirt or sweatshirt I will DEFINITELY come back here.

GREAT COMPANY - GREAT SHIRTS I ordered several shirts and needed them shipped to me ASAP but the website said the shirts had to be printed before they could be shipped. I contacted customer service and Candace put a rush on my shirts and they were shipped the very next day. Great Customer Service and Candace is a superb representative.

The shirts are very high quality and do not shrink or wrinkle when washed. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND these shirts.

I recently ordered and received a medium t-shirt. I can barely get the shirt on! Sizing is a joke. My medium t-shirt was probably two sizes smaller than typical. Wish they would have stated on their Facebook ad that their t-shirts are 1-2 sizes smaller than standard sizing! Their website FAQs states their shirt sizes "run small." That's an understatement. Now comes the hassle and charges of exchanging it for what should have been a simple purchase.

I want to compliment this business on it's excellent service and prompt action. I ordered a tee shirt from them online, and due to my slow internet connection the order was entered three times. I was unaware this had happened until I checked my online bank statement a short time later. I sent them an e-mail explaining what happened expecting to hear back in a day or two as is the norm with most companies. I got an immediate reply and two of the orders were cancelled and my account credited. I will definitely do business with them again.
