The shirts are very small relative to a normal L and XXL shirt. The print quality looks nothing like the picture on the website and I am very overall dissapointed. I would like to return, not exchange, the product but I do not see on the website how to do so. Please advise how to return these products and get a refund.

I saw there add said 3-5 days for my shirt to get here I ordered it on sept 5 so should be here by the sept 10 but nope won't be here till the 12 by than I won't need the shirt and it took them forever to respond to email asking if they can over night it and they wouldn't pick up a phone now by the time I get the shirt I won't need it

This company is a joke!!![redacted]? Where's my order and on top of that I go to track my order only to find out that the tracking number don't exist!! Seriously, u want a good review, then maybe you should take pride in skiing the joins correctly, where IS my order??? This is very disappointing, I spent like $50-$60, there's not even a real way to contact u guys, what kind of company is this??? Are u even a real company???

WOW! What service!! I ordered a shirt on a Sunday and it was processed immediately and shipped out on Monday. I tried to correct the size right after I purchased and contacted SunFrog. They corrected my order and shipped out the correct size. What a pleasure!! I do love their "Hope Gives" policy... Pay It Forward!!

I would definitely purchase from this company. Charlotte was amazing to work with! The shirt we ordered was wonderful quality and my daughter who has a daughter with leukemia absolutely loves this shirt. She didn\'t want me to purchase any other shirt except this one. The bonus was that Charlotte was amazing to communicate with and she responded so very promptly.

Very happy with the products and customer service. I ordered 2 shirts off of a [redacted] ad. One shirt was not printed right. I was skeptical that I was just out of luck due to buying off [redacted]. I replied to the email sent with my order confirmation. Received immediate response acknowledging my request and a personal response within 24 hours. A replacement shirt was sent very quickly and without extra cost. I love the product and am now a HUGE fan of SunFrog Shirts!

There was a problem with the first shirt they sent, customers service quickly replaced with a good one, no hassle!

I'd like to commend SunFrog for their superior customer service. I recently ordered a T-Shirt (I find some of the most creative design on SunFrog too.) When I got my confirmation e-mail, I noticed I had missed adding a whole address line. *Yikes*. At the bottom of the email were two addresses to contact SunFrog depending on the nature of your problem. Of course, because I was in a panic I chose the wrong email address. *Gasp*.Not to worry, SunFrog employs SMART people who realized I didn't want to cancel my order, just update shipping information. So instead of cancelling the order they just sent the email to the right department, my address was fixed and the order is green lighted! How wonderful, no having to reorder ho email telling me to use the other email address, just seamless customer service. Thanks SunFrog!

They take forever to print a shirt ..
It's been 6 days and they didn't even print it yet imagine how long it may take to ship

It has been a long time since I have had such a prompt, courteous and considerate experience with an on-line purchase. The first contact I had was on 9-4-2015 when I requested information about a certain item. They responded w/n 24 hours and I placed the order on 9-5-2015; it was delivered well within a reasonable timeframe (9-18-2015), but unfortunately it was an incorrect item. Their web site gives detailed information concerning returns and I contacted them the afternoon of 9-18 - and received a direct response this morning assuring me that the proper item has been ordered -- and THIS IS A SATURDAY! The correspondence has not been 'canned' -- it has been personally composed, directly addressing my specific comments/concerns, and I look forward with confidence to the correct item arriving shortly. -- in all fairness -- the mistake that was made was very 'obvious' as to what happened -- I wanted 'ARkansas' but receiver ARizona instead -- an error that would have been SO easy to make.

Two of my friends and I ordered a t-shirt. We were shocked and disappointed when they came. They are about 2 size smaller than the normal size. We have no idea to return these shirts for a refund. There was packing slip in the envelope. We are all very very disappointed.

The product is terrific, but the very best part of this company is their customer service. The post office failed to deliver my first order, so I contacted SunFrog and they IMMEDIATELY shipped me a new shirt. They contacted me several times by email to make sure that I was receiving the product. Today it came and I am SO impressed by them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Thank you!

I will NEVER order from sunfrogshirts again, and I HIGHLY suggest others reconsider! It has taken them a MONTH before they even shipped out the item! A month! There was NO warning on their website at the time that it would take that long. It was ordered as a christmas present from my young son to myself (I am a single mother). I have YET to receive the item (which is now shipped), and with all of the reviews I fear that the quality will be horrible! There was NO phone number to reach a human, and NO way to cancel my order. Not only that, but the shipping fee they charged me is RIDICULOUS! My order was almost 50$ with shipping. Clearly, customers aren't the priority here, the money they're bringing in is.

I must note that I ALSO attempted to reach them through social media on their FB page. Rest assured I will make sure to use my twitter account to let everyone know about how poorly this company is run!

I have tried to contact them several times about several stolen images from my company that we have copyrights to that they have on their website for sale. I can not get anyone to answer my phone calls. They have hang up on me! I have left messages. They just won't answer! I submitted numerous infringement complaints and the images are still up for sale!!!! This place steals good hard working peoples images and makes a profit off of them. I've turn them over to my legal staff now! Very disgusted that people like this try to make a buck off other peoples work.

I have tried hard to order a shirt for my daughter in Minneapolis. However, the online system claims that a London address as a billing address is "not found".

Please can someone please inform your staff that London is one of the largest cities in the world and they need to find it!!!!!!!

Not a satisfactory experience.

This group blatantly false advertises to customers with promises of rapid delivery of items. When items are not delivered they are shamefully unwilling to provide any kind of customer service.

Recently I ordered a shirt from Sunfrog, and when the day of delivery arrived, lo and behold, the post office said they had delivered, but nothing was actually there. While dealing with the post office trying to get my package found, I also contacted customer service with Sunfrog. Candace replied to my request for help rather rapidly, and let me know that if my delivery issue with the post office was not solved, to let her know, and she would try to make it right. Several days later, after coming to no reslolution with my local postal service, I contacted Candace again, and let her know that they were unable to find my missing delivery. She immediately let me know that they would be sending me a replacement ASAP. Generally speaking, a great number of businesses wouldn't bother to do that, they have your money, and someone else made a mistake, but not Candace at Sunfrog. I am in the process of letting everyone know, both verbally and through social media about my great service experience.

I ordered shirts from SunFrogShirts and when they arrived, found a wonderful product with a clean design. They were prompt and delivered what was expected. They was a good business experience.

A friend of mine received a special surprise in the mail the other day from Sun Frog. On Valentines' Day, she and her husband headed out early to [redacted] to enjoy a three day weekend with their kids. My friend put on her brand new sweatshirt, "This GIRL LOVES HER BRITTANY", she bought on Sun Frog.
About 11:00 am, due to a sudden whiteout- they were the last vehicle in a 11 car pile-up. Upon entry in the ER- they quickly cut off her sweatshirt. Of course they had too... But it broke her heart to lose her new favorite sweater. She told another woman, in the group we're all in, how sad that made her. So the woman contacted Sun Frog and told them our friend's story and they offered to send a NEW Shirt with a 'RUSH' on the postage!! She received it and was beyond happy! Thank you so much for this kindness!
