Once again...3rd time, my order was timely, great quality. Any time I see an advertisement, I know what to expect.

I ordered a shirt on 12/1 for the holidays for my father. At the time, it said orders take about 8 days to be shipped, plus an additional 3-5 business days for arrival. However, It's 12/19, and the gift still hasn't even shipped. I've called twice, emailed, and contacted them through [redacted] without hearing back. The website still says that the order hasn't shipped. This is a shirt to wear during the holidays, so at this point, there is no point in him getting it.

No one contacted me to explain the delay. I'm trying to cancel the order online, but it only has an option to exchange, or apply for a refund where it warns I might be charged shipping. I think we're going to have to dispute the charges through our credit card company. I'm frustrated there's been no contact from the company about this.

I ordered a "Go Diego Go" personalized tee shirt for my 3 y.o. great niece, [redacted], as she is a great fan of Diego. When I found your shirt on line I was ecstatic as I could find no others.
We had our family Christmas last weekend & the shirt was an absolute hit. Once on, she would not take it off! Even more special because her name was on it.
Thank you for making me a rock star to this little girl.

Don't order from this place said it was shipped a week ago with ups gave me tracking number and ups just says label created they don't have the item

I ordered from Sun Frog Shirts on December 6th. It was intended to be a Christmas present for my nephew. It is now 24 days later, a week after Christmas, and I do not have my shirt yet. They say it is shipped. The week before Christmas is was shipping in 2 days, the week of Christmas is was shipping in 1 day. This company refused to ship the shirt to my nephew for me, which it now needs to be since it missed Christmas. They are no longer replying to emails and completely dodged my question when I asked if they would be willing to ship it.

Their customer service is horrid, their shipping rate is ridiculous. And they do not care. I will NEVEr order from them again and I suggest others find another company to fulfill their orders.

I waited so long to receive my shirt ordered that forgot about it. When it finally arrived I was very disappointed in the size and coloring of letters/design. It was nothing like pictured and size was very small for a medium. I want a cash refund as I closed out my credit card used and a return label. Will not attempt to exchange or order again. Never waited so long for an order, China even ships faster! Also never received a notice about the delay which was more unprofessional.

I ordered 2 shirts 2 weeks ago and still have not received them. Now that I have read these reviews, I'm just going to cancel my order. It's a shame that the CEO won't take these complaints more serious. There's serious issues here and all he replays is that he's sorry about the negative experience. Do Something about it then pal!!!!!!!

I ordered three shirts at the end of November. I received a shipping notification a week ago and the status still says that it is waiting for UPS to pick it up. I have sent two emails and left two voice messages (just trying to get an update) and have not heard a peep from anyone. Perhaps I should have checked out this site before ordering. I have never had a problem ordering from other smaller business sites, but this will definitely make me think twice, especially when ordering gifts that I will likely have to go out and shop for now because these will not arrive in time.

Very friendly, felt like I was shopping with a friend! Candace spent a long time on the phone with me, looking for a specific design, that I couldnt find... she made my day when she found exactly what I was looking for!!! My order arrived in time for Christmas, just as I had been told, and best of all, my 23 year old son absolutely loved his doberman shirts and hoodie. Highly recommended and will be my " go -to" shop. :)

I ordered 2 hoodies from SunFrog Shirts last week. One of them had a small, but noticeable defect. I called them & emailed them a picture of the defect. They advised me to wash the sweatshirt & if the mark did not wash out they woul replace it. The mark did not wash out & the very next day they informed me they are sending me a replacement shirt. They even said I could keep the flawed shirt. I am very pleased with their products & extremely pleased with their customer service.

I recently ordered a shirt then realized it was not what I thought it was....my mistake. I contacted the company and explained my dilemma and immediately received a full refund. I was extremely pleased with the communication and customer service associated with this company and would not hesitate to order from them again or to recommend to family and friends!!!!

I ordered 2 tee shirts on Dec 12th, 2014. I received a reply to my e-mail on Dec 22nd telling me they would be shipping my order in 24 hours. Per the tracking number I have from UPS, they received my order late yesterday, Dec 29th, and I will get it Jan 6th, 2015. That does me no good, as they are needed for a birthday present Jan 2nd. If they had been honest with me Dec 22nd I would have just canceled the order....
I can not get anyone to help me.
I would not recommend ordering from this company unless you do not need the item for 30 days....

I highly recommend ordering from this company. I ordered 9 shirts (July 2015) and the customer service was excellent. One shirt was the wrong size-- they corrected my mistake within a day. Tracking info was great and shipping was quick. They take out most of the worry of online-ordering. One shirt had been damaged in transit, but they handled it professionally, quickly, and thoroughly. I would order from them again.

I purchased a shirt from this company thru a [redacted] ad. When I received my shirt it was too small. After contacting them to see if I could swap it out they were generous enough to do so. Not only did they swap my shirt, when I asked where to ship the one back that was too small, they told me that part of their "hope gives" policy they asked that I pay it forward and donate the shirt to a charity and they would send me a new one no additional charge. I am overjoyed with this company. This is what excellent customer service looks like. I will be purchasing from them in the future and would recommend them to anyone. So glad to do business with a company like this. Thanks so much.

I placed an order for a hoodie. After my expected delivery date came and went by 8 days I started contacting UPS and Sunfrog. UPS got back to me right away, saying I had to contact Sunfrog. I emailed and called their customer service numerous times. It wasn't until I said I would tell everyone I know not to purchase anything from them, did they get back with me. I will never buy anything from them again!

If you are not from the United States, do NOT use this firm. I got a T-Shirt for £18 ($25). Expensive, but it seemed nice. I could not collect it until I paid the Post Office in the UK an extra £11 as there was a customs surcharge. So I got a basic t-shirt that cost me £30 ($42). This has never happened to me before when purchasing other goods from the USA. Customer service were not helpful and not willing to refund the surcharge to me. So please beware if you are not from the USA. There are added costs. To add insult to injury the Customer Service person (Teresa) referred me to their terms and conditions via a link to a page that did not exist, and said a very witty (not) "Well, this is unexpected. The page you're looking for isn't here. It might have been here last Thursday. But on a Saturday morning . . . I guess it's just you and me. Hmm."... not great. Beware.

I placed an order for a sweatshirt in a size extra large. The company sunfrogshirt.com sent me a size small and I have emailed them two or three times already only to get the automated response that they will get back to me in the order that it was received and it might take up to 48 hrs. It's been a few days now and still no response. I just either want to be refunded or get the right size. Would you believe they want me to write down all of my credit/debit card information on a form they offer and then mail it to them! Then want to charge me a 3$ re-shipping fee. This is ridiculous, I spent nearly 50$ on this sweatshirt after all said and done with the shipping fee, I just want the correct item. I would advise everyone to steer clear of sun frog shirts if I were them. It's one of the worst online purchase experiences I have ever had and they offer the worst customer service I have ever seen.
