Excellent customer service.. Maria was wonderful assisting with all my needs. Sweatshirt design was awesome...

I just want to express my complete satisfaction with Caroline @ Sun Frog Shirts. Her level of customer service is amazing. She helped expedite an order for us & then when we realized we forgot just one shirt, she helped us get that one expedited as well. She really went above & beyond. That is the kind of business a person enjoys doing business with.

All the reviews are true! This company takes FOREVER TO SHIP. You can go to your local embroidery shop and pay a little extra and get something done quicker then going through Sunfrogshirts. I placed an order 12/21/2014 and I still havent received it. Its really annoying. I do not recommend business with them unless you dont need something for at least a month. Now lets just hope its right whenever it finally gets here!

I bought a hoodie and the item is not what I hoped. the letters are not well printed and the fabric is very thin.
It was too expensive for that quality. In my opinion It should cost 20$ or so.

I absolutely loved the shirt product that I received. And the customer service from Maria was fantastic! I originally had an issue with the sizing.. the sizing guidelines online were very skewed. I am a consistent size 2 small and the shirt I received was for a small child - not a small adult! Maria quickly corrected the issue and sent back another shirt in the appropriate size. Furthermore, the company has GREAT practices and they asked me to donate the wrongly sized shirt to someone in need. They really set a positive example and have great business practices!

This company oozes integrity. I accidentally ordered the same shirt twice. Instead of just refunding and asking me to send it back, they refunded AND asked that I pay it forward by hanging onto the shirt and giving it to someone in need. I am now a customer for life.

I ordered 2 shirts from them for my husband as a Christmas present on Dec. 1st. The order was shipped on Dec. 10 with UPS and I got a tracking number. From the moment my packages shipped it has been a mess. Ups never gave me an estimated shipping date so I went by what their website said which was domestic orders take 3-5 business days to ship. Over a week later still nothing and my package was transferred from ups to usps which makes no sense to me! I am really disappointed on how ridiculously long this has taken. I am not ordering from them again!

I went to SunFrog to order a sweatshirt for my father for Christmas. They were very upfront on their website - letting customers know that any shirts ordered after Dec. 10th were not guaranteed to arrive in time for Christmas. I still decided to order the sweatshirt - at the end of the check out process the website returned an error message that the order could not be placed at that time. Later that day, I received an email inviting me to come back to the site because there was product in my cart, so I could finish my order (all of this happened on Tuesday, December 16, 2014). I did not have time to follow up and decided I would wait to purchase the sweatshirt for my Father's birthday in January.

Today (Friday, December 19, 2014), I was doing some online banking and noticed not 1 but 2 charges to my account from SunFrog in the amount of the sweatshirt/taxes/shipping etc. I went to the site to see if maybe the order did process even with the error message..... the database did not return any carts/orders/tracking information for my account. I called the customer service number (several times) - each time after many many rings - I got a recorded message saying they could not take my call and I should send an email.

I went back to the website and sent an email to customer service, and received a message that it will take up to 48 hours to receive a response.

I called my bank and let them know what was happening - when I file a complaint, it will take 7 - 10 days to put the money (over $100.00) back in my account..... it is the week before Christmas..... $107.00 taken out of my account for purchases not processed and double billed for purchases not processed is not fair.

I will never do business with this company.... the layers of issues I have dealt with as a first time customer - who will not receive product and cannot speak to anyone directly about the problem..... it is ridiculous.....

Quick delivery, quality shirt love it

I placed an order about 20 days ahead of time for a birthday gift. At 14 days I still had'n't gotten an update, so I emailed customer service and explained that this was a birthday gift and that I needed it here no later than Friday.

I received a response back that said, essentially: Sometimes our products take longer than 14 days to print. You will receive an email when it's shipped.

Zero concern for getting my item to me in a timely manner. My wife didn't get the shirt for her birthday and it was too late for me to cancel the order. I won't be back.

Its been 10 days and no change in status. I had called them and the only answer is we have published when we will ship items on our website. Frankly I have to call to check what is the status and if the answer is the website I dont need to call them. Everytime I called they said tonight printing is done and will be shipped tomorrow and still no shipment. I dont understand. Why take orders if they are not able to keep up with the time mentioned. Extremely unprofessional .

Bummer... I ordered 2 shirts for my girls on 27 September. The payment was processed via paypal... then I waited and waited and waited. No shirts. Contacted them on 11 October and they said a "glitch" happened and they refunded the money. I WANTED the shirts. But guess what. No shirts because they were a "limited time offer" shirt and they will not make them for me even though I ordered them during the time the were offered! I already showed the pictures of the shirts to the girls and they were really looking forward to them. Do you sell a product or not? If you won't sell the product, then don't put it on your website! If the "glitch" was your fault, then make it right and make the shirts and send them!
On the positive, they did send the money back quickly. :-(

Their shirts are absolute garbage. Cheaply made, sizes are incorrect, and good luck getting any sort of customer service.

I ordered on shirt from Sun Frog. It took 11 days to receive it. It is very poor quality. I am sending it back. Unfortunately, I have to pay $3 to return their garbage. Horrible experience. Shirt really is horrible...thin and cheap.

I have tried contacting this commonly all day concerning my order I placed last week. The money has been taken out of my account. However, I NEVER received my conformation email so I have no number at all to reference. No one will answer my call or my voicemail. My concern is they won't let me fix this situation because the order is already placed. However I've tried to contact them and NOTHING. Not a good experience at all.

I will definitely shop with SunFrog Shirts again in the future! Their products are well made and their prices are reasonable. But, their customer service is simply beyond compare! I received a package containing 4 items I did not order. After I emailed them a brief description of the problem, I received an email & within the day got a phone call from a very pleasant and knowledgable representative assuring me the charges would be reversed. I was told I could keep the shirts or donate them, as is their policy with returns. They also suggested I contact my credit card company since it could be possible fraud.
I have been singing the praises of SunFrog Shirts to anyone who will listen! This is an exceptional company!

I purchased a Weimaraner shirt for my wife. Unfortunately, when it arrived it was obvious that it was too small. I spoke with Amanda in Customer Service inquiring if I could return the shirt for a larger size. She told me they do not take returns, but they would ship me a larger size at no extra charge. I offered to send the original shirt back, but Amanda told me to to just donate it to an organization that could use it. Our Weimaraner come from a rescue group, so that is where the item will be donated. SunFrog's policy and Customer Service is OUT STANDING!!!

I ordered a Hoodie from Sun Frogs. I wanted the highlights to be pink, when I received the hoodie the highlights were in RED. I hate RED.
I sent an e maid explaining my problem. I was contacted right away buy someone named Ashley M.

She asked me to take a picture of the hoodie and send it to her, I do not know how to do that. I told her I would send it back, but did not feel I should pay H&S, since it was their mistake.

She said at this time they do not have return shipping, several e mails later, she refunded my money. I would like to give her 5 gold stars. not because she refunded my money (that helped) but because she replied to me promptly and was very willing to help.

I will order again with this company when something else I see I might like.

BEWARE, THEY ARE NOT VERY AWARE OF HOW TO HANDLE POTENTIAL COMPROMISES TO THEIR IT SYSTEMS. Wow, I was not prepared for such a horrible experience when I requested a manager. Somehow, after placing an order with this company (which was processed and delivered without event), I received an email "from them" offering me a coupon. I clicked on the "[redacted]" link in the email to take advantage of the offer. The link took me to another email address which was immediately flagged as a malicious site (highest level of warning). So I wrote the company and forwarded the email I received. A few days later I received an email basically telling me that coupon was expired. The issue of whether the email even came from the company was not even mentioned. In a follow up chat, the "chat person" basically responded the same way. I requested to speak with a manager. S/he asked a few questions and, eventually, said she'd forward my info to their IT department. Not once did s/he acknowlede my concerns, thank me for bringing this to their attention, or recognize my feelings, inconvenience or the potential compromise I may have experienced because of having done busines with them. I have copies of all emails and the chat.

I ordered a shirt for Christmas 2014 to give away as a gift. The shirt arrived, however it was severely yellowed around the print and of poor quality. As a result, I could not give the shirt away as a gift. I tried telephoning them, but was NEVER able to reach anyone. I emailed them to state my complaint and as how I could return the shirt. Instead they sent me another one, worse than the first!! Large yellowed box around the print (on a light blue shirt), and looks like there is drops of yellowish fluid on the shirt as well. Again, I tried calling them, but no one answered. I'd like a complete refund. If I had known they were going to send such a poor quality item, I would NEVER have ordered anything. SunFrog shirts, as far as my experience, sells inferior, defective, and poor quality merchandise. I am VERY disappointed.
