I recently purchased a Hoodie from Sunfrog but wasn't sure on the sizing as I don't like a tight fit. I reckoned you can adjust something that is too large but not something that is too small so I chose the medium size although I am a small person. Lucky I did as after washing it shrunk just a wee bit and after reading reviews I am glad I chose the larger size as other people have stated the sizes are not "true". Overall I am very happy with the product.

I never received my order. And my funds couldn't be refunded.

The Tshirt I ordered took several weeks to arrive... And was such a poor itchy quality I can't even wear it. Will not be ordering again for sure!

customer service is a joke and any kind of time table they provide is unreliable

I ordered two Packers shirts from SunFrog Shirts and there was a problem with them. Below is my first email to them and then their response. These shirts are the super hero shirts that I have ordered off of a [redacted] page.
In the past I have ordered XL shirts but after a major weight loss, I have bought medium shirts locally. Recently I ordered two shirts order Numbers [redacted] and [redacted] in medium and they are too small. Can I return these two shirts for a size large?

Do not order from this website I received my sweatshirt and the graphics were all messed up when I contacted the customer care center I was sent automatic emails and they want to charge me for the return in the replacement.

This company keeps sending me emails, I keep asking to be removed from their mailing list. They ignore me, and continue to send this crap., I'm not interested in buying.

I just wanted to take some time out to praise this company. I placed a rather large order and upon receiving it realized that I received a piece that was a mistake and after contacting the company they immediately corrected the issue and I was able to donate the item that wasn't mine.

SunFrog not only corrected a problem with my shirt quickly, but they just told me to donate the incorrect one. I've had shirts from them before & they have been great.

I had a very pleasant experience making a purchase of tee shirts from SunFrog recently. I had an issue with an item in my order and when I contacted the company I quickly received the help I needed to make the order right. The true test of a business is how they handle customer concerns. A company that stands by their product and their customer service is a rare thing these days. Super happy with SunFrog Shirts! Customer service was wonderful. They helped me tirelessly to find the right shirts for my husband and I. When I ordered, my shirt was a bit small so I wanted to return it. They again were so helpful in getting me a replacement right away. Very responsive. Great shirts!

Orderes 3 shirts (over 70$). It has been 8 days and still not printed. They said they are backed up which seems to always be there claim based on other reviews here. Trying to cancel for full refund,will update with a copy and pasted response from them the second I recieve one. If they refuse to do anything I will have to file claim with bank so they take back the money I paid.

I recently ordered several shirts from SunFrog and was extremely pleased with the product. Eight (8) of my co-workers liked my shirts so much that they are ordering shirts for themselves. The shirts are made out of nice, solid, durable material and wear well. The design on the shirts are top of the line and wash easily and are good quality. When I had questions, Customer Service Rep. Ashley went above and beyond to assist me. Her customer services skills were amazing and she truly put the customer first. She responded and answered every question I had in a timely manner and was always extremely helpful. I will continue to use Sun Frog for my future orders and can speak for my co-workers when I say, they will use Sun Frog for future orders as well. ~Extremely Pleased~

They ignored my emails...you cant even speak to a customer service rep. Bad service all around still waiting on my merchandise. I ordered it ten days ago. AND HAVE HEARD NOTHING!!!!

I placed an order for shirts with this company and received a confirmation. After weeks passed, I realized I never received anything. I found their email confirmation, and clicked on my order only to find a note saying I needed to contact customer service. You would think they would send me a message to convey that if they weren't sending my shirts. Now I need to find out if they charged my card.
