I contacted key credit and spoke to them concerning repairing my creditThe representative I spoke to informed me that I would receive a confirmation phone call within 24-hours in order to fully proceedI never received that phone call so therefore I selected another companyOn the 28th of this month $was deducted from my account by key credit repair and I have tried to go through there refund department but they have denied the return of my money

I had purchased the accelerated program for fast results from Key Credit Repair and initiated contract on 02/24/for $per month for months following months of "free service" Over the course of 1/months the services have been extremely slow, and I am and have not been 100% satisfied with the service that I have payed for I was also told by Key Credit Repair that they as a company would be able to and would contact the consumers directly on my credit report with the intent to enter into litigation for settlement and to have the negative items removed Key Credit Report failed to do so, and failed to provide the services as promised, the contract was therefore in breach

I wanted a business to help me fix my credit file I called Key Credit Repair and was told that they needed my PASSWORD for *** *** Anybody and Everybody knows that you ARE NOT supposed to give out PASSWORDS, but they insisted on it They wouldn't even do a 'soft search' of my credit report Just wanted everyone to know that please do NOT give out passwords to ANYONE!!! You just never know what kind of trouble you are seeking if you do!!!

This is a great company and they have already raised my credit score in less than months!

worst company ever! Service is horrible you can never get anyone on the phone! I called for the past two days to the toll free number I got the answering machine every time! The hours open is a lie! Also, they don't update anything or return phone calls or emailsThis company is a scam and they owe dollars for their crappy service!

I started with Key Credit in February 2017,when I started I had a nice lady I was working withWithin months I received another lady and she didn't know me or my account situationAfter we talked I began to feel comfortable with her working on my accounttwo months after that she was goneTwo ladies gone in four months and I was furiousI did not get competent help from their customer service folks, bad English, limited knowledge, bad connection and long hold timesThey also lied on me and about me regarding my second to last payment to theyI called them twice that day attempted to pay, as I have done in the past and the young girl was a real charm with a bad connection and she totally had no clueI hung up and called right back same person again I told her that I am trying to make a payment over the phone, she wrote down my info and didn't take the payment at that time, as I requestWhen the company finally got around to processing the payment (next day) I didn't h
