Superior fundraising

Just wanted everybody to know that I started with Key Credit Repair in Oct' of with horrible credit scores The lowest and The Highest around all due to Account charge offs' collections' Auto repossessions' etc..I was even Thinking about filing for bankruptcy chapter my credit was so bad! but after four months with the Great Folks at Key Credit Repair' They have had deleted over items from my three credit reports..Now my Eq score is 738' Trans union is and Experian is A Big Thank you to [redacted] ' [redacted] and [redacted] for such a great job! you guys ROCK!!! They have updated all my accounts and I am super Happy with the results and the progress thus farso anyone Thinking about filing Bankruptcy' or have Horrible credit like I did..Please give the wonderful folks at Key Credit a call..Trust me..you'll be glade you did!

I receive numerous text messages stating that there are problems with my billing, but when I call my bank there are no holds or returned transactions. I also receive automated phone calls and am instructed to press 1 to speak to a representative only to be transferred to a voice mail box. I am very dissatisfied with this company, their customer service, and the product they claim to offer. Not only would I like an apology but I would also like a refund for the service I paid that I thought I was going to receive.

They are making this easier for me.

I had received updates in my key credit repair portal showing that several accounts were deletedOnce I received a copy of my [redacted] credit report I noticed that these accounts were not deletedI called a few times and when I was actually able to talk to someone without being disconnected, I was told I was looking at an old report or the third party I was using didnt have the updated version eitherI tried to get an explanation through the notes in the portal and received the same answersDecided to wait for another updated report (from [redacted] , not credit karma, not some old copy) to be sure and those accounts are in fact not deletedI then attempted to resolve this by replying to an email their CEO had sent me and after a few days, no responseBetween the communication and being told one thing by them and the opposite from [redacted] , it has become a very unpleasant experience

Key credit report has been a good business working on my credit report and the customer care that theu provide has been awsome! I would perfer anybody to them that like to have a positive life about there credit issuresThey work with all credit files at the same timeI thank them truly

We had been working with Key Credit RepairWe have paid $Their promise to us is they would continue to work on our credit reports for monthsThey have stopped working on fixing my credit report as promised
We have been working with *** ***We have left him several phone calls and he does not return our callsEver since we made our last payment to them they have stopped working on our credit
We like a full refund of $asap, as now we have to pay someone else to help with our credit scores
We have continuously contacted them since July with no forward progress on their partI feel we were mis leaded and taken advantage of as consumers

Hired them to fix credit report but they take my funds every month and nothing has changed I had inquires and other items on report I still have them so I called and demanded a full refund they said wait hours for a decision they I called back they said hours then I called back they said to days they told me they fixed percent of my credit that’s another lie it’s the same they said I would hear from the people as they remove stuff that never happen they just take money and lie to me I have tried to *** this but they constantly lie and post pone you so I guess they want you to give up so they can keep the money

I have been trying to cancel this payment and set it for another day no responses need the money becuz my wife has a cancer mass on her neck and I have to see a GI specialist myself so I’m going to be out of work for a little while so I need this Payment back
